Had an amazing experience with DeSoto Plumbing when my water heater broke the other day and they came right out and fixed it. The Plumber was polite and worked diligently on the repair until it was completed. The office staff Katie I believe was polite, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. My family will be using them again for sure and I will be referring my friends and neighbors! -

Our cast iron pipes were in really bad condition and was recommended by multiple companies that replacement or repair was needed. James from Desoto Plumbing came out and evaluated the situation and suggested their pipe coating service rather than lining. He explained everything step by step and showed me the progress throughout the job. It was a big job that was very costly, but it is complete now and we should be set for a long time. -

My most sincere thanks to Jason at Desoto Plumbing, who handled the claim and communications with CenturyLink adjusters and contractors for me while I was out of town, came at the drop of a hat when the CenturyLink contractors showed up this morning, and completed the job immediately, (and at a bit less than the original estimate). He communicated with me throughout and kept me in the loop while I made an emergency trip out of state for my husbands surgery. (He didnt even laugh at me when I did my spontaneous happy dance in the yard after he knocked to tell me it was all done, after having waited over 2 weeks for CenturyLink to respond and lift the wire that had caused the issue. That must have taken restraint! ).I could not be happier! -

Use Ben and Daniel to line your old cast iron pipes. Its worth every penny my pipes are brand new. They were both professional and kept my house cleam. I tipped them and would recommend them to everyone. -
