Hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with! We had a dream project that I had drawn up, with many special features and expectations, including a pool addition. NuPro met my expectations and BEYOND. They even coordinated / recommended a pool contractor who also delivered an amazing product. We are so happy with our deck and roof extension/ bedroom walkout. Absolutely STUNNING work, hands down superior craftsmanship. EVERYONE compliments the project that stops by. NuPro cares about the end product as much as the homeowner. Its so refreshing that there are still companies that are hardworking, stand behind their work, have competitive and fair prices with no surprises, transparency every step of the way, and show respect to the homeowner. I would recommend NuPro to ANYONE. I trust the group so much Ive asked them for referrals for additional projects in my home, flooring, etc. Thank you, Team NuPro!! -

Ive worked with a number of contractors over the years. This is the first time Ive ever had a project completed with no drama or surprises with the cost, the time to completion, or the quality of work. NuPro replaced my old 12x16 wood deck with Trex materials and added a 16x16 stamped concrete pad to expand my outdoor living area.Not only did they do an excellent job on both projects, but when there were challenges with the weather, they kept me appraised of when they would be there and then.... they showed up exactly when they said they would!The estimate that was provided was competitive with all the other contractors I looked at for this project and the final cost matched the estimate.Bottom Line: They showed up on time and ready to work. They completed the job on time and on budget and with the quality of workmanship exactly as I expected.Bonus: The crew was very friendly and personable. It was very easy to talk and work with both Paul and Aiden. I look forward to using NuPro again. -

NuPro completed two projects for us - adding a roof to an existing deck, and extending a concrete driveway.Our primary contact was with Paul throughout the entire process. When gathering quotes, he showed great attention to detail. A lot of things that usually need relayed were thought of well in advance, making the planning process very smooth. Paul provided a detailed breakdown of the quote and concept art for the roof that made expectations on both ends very clear.From signing the contract on, we were always kept informed with timelines and what was to come next. Early in the process most communication was through email. As construction started, discussions with Paul were constantly made on the phone and he always returned calls quickly.We definitely recommend going with NuPro for any projects that you have! Any future project we have, we plan to use them. We could not ask for a better result from NuPros workmanship and professionalism. -

I was most impressed with Paul from Nupros’ ability to come up with solutions that would make it possible for me to rebuild my unusually shaped 2nd story deck and pergola and make it adhere to code. He’s open minded to different ideas, very good at brainstorming, not afraid of a challenge, and inspires confidence. He was also very good at explaining his decisions when I questioned how something would look, using 3-D software.This complex deck job included composite deck flooring with a wire railing. The rest was treated lumber. An existing concrete patio beneath the deck had to be considered when installing one deck post, and the other two deck posts had to accommodate the two new replacement retaining walls that would flank the patio. The retaining walls were installed later by another company. Because these retaining walls weren’t going to be standard width, and I was overhanging my deck boards (not the usual way of installing them), there were some mistakes in measurements that required some creative thinking to resolve. I wasn’t pleased with having to compromise on these solutions, but they had no real effect on the overall job.They also did a small fence around a concrete pad in front of my front door, and I was impressed that they hand cut all the pickets, which are thicker than precut. This project required brainstorming with Paul as well, so it would look good from both sides.I’m happy with the results on both projects and feel the construction is solid, safe, and well done. It looks like an updated version of my previous deck, just as I hoped it would. The building inspector was very complimentary concerning the construction on the deck. Everything looks great, and the price seemed very reasonable.Sent from my iPhone -

I had Paul and his brother and their team of hard working young men replace my roof. The entire process, from estimate to completion was very professional and competent. They arrived on time, did a wonderful job removing the old roof and replacing it with the metal roof of our choice. We have a rather large home with steep pitches, but they handled it with ease and completed the whole process in two days, including a great job of cleaning up the site. Their entire team was professional and pleasant to work with. They did my sons home the following week in the same professional manner. Absolutely beautiful work! He replaced my roof and it looks amazing! They cleaned up and were very nice and did it very timely also! I got the blue harbor shingles and everyone who sees them loves them. Id recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much! Joann Robertson
