    My wife and I shopped around for the right company to handle our kitchen renovations. We chose Clazak because we were impressed with the quality of workmanship that was evident in their projects.     Very professional from design, install, to final inspection. Our installers, John and Shaun, are prompt, highly skilled, meticulously and very personable. Not only did they do amazing work they were happy to answer questions throughout the process. The job was started on schedule and finished on the day promised.     I can’t praise Clazak enough!They brought my dream kitchen to life and made the entire process easy and actually, enjoyable! From the showroom staff, interior designer, electrical team, to the father/son crew that worked tirelessly to bring my vision to life……everyone was professional, sweet, and just down right amazing to work with.We were told that kitchen remodels are “the worst and most stressful” by friends and family….. but obviously they didn’t use Clazak! They were done with our project TWO DAYS EARLIER than what they initially quoted us, always on time each day, and the crew was great about putting up with my questions and curiosities throughout the project.And is it weird that we were sad when the crew left on that final day????I’m making a list of other home projects that need done and you already know who I’m calling………

    Our experience with Clazak couldnt have been better. They were on time and on budget. The craftsmanship was of the highest quality. Brandon, Ian and the rest of the crew were always kind, considerate and very talented and knowledgeable. The remodel of our pantry, half bath, laundry area exceeded our expectations.     From the first visit until the final walk-through, the team at Clazak was professional, personable, skilled, flexible, patient, and kind. They remodeled our Master Bathroom into what was truly our dream bathroom. Stace was the project foreman. He was fantastic! His skill and craftsmanship are incredible. His partner, Joe, was simply great. They were very patient with us as we worked through the many on site decisions that had to be made. They made several on site adjustments and were masters at problem solving. They absolutely went the extra mile... over and over again. By the end of the project, we were truly sad to see them leave, they were like part of the family.Phil, the main electrician, was extremely professional and worked through the challenges of our project like a champ.Chris and Mark helped us with the design/selection process and were very creative and solution oriented.Needless to say, I highly recommend Clazak for your project. We will be using them again soon!

    Our process began about a year ago when my wife and I started collecting pictures and ideas that we wanted in our kitchen. We also began making basic drawings of what we were looking for.. Then it came time to find a contractor/ designer……. We found CLAZAK!!! From the first time walking into their showroom they made us feel like family!! Paul came up with an amazing design. All the decisions that go into a total kitchen remodel can be a daunting task, but not with the incredible team at CLAZAK! While we had planned extremely well it was so beneficial to have their designer on hand, with such great experience! The two tone cabinets- handles and lighting we chose for our kitchen turned out amazing!! Along the way we had very specific appliance measurements with Subzero-Wolf and Cove. The crew, Brandon, was so professional-detail minded- and informative. He was mentoring a young man was so patient while still giving focus on our project. This experience was outstanding and to watch our kitchen go from the drawing board to real life was truly amazing!Thankyou to everyone at CLAZAK!We love our new kitchen!!John and Karen

    We absolutely love our new kitchen. Clazaks did a great job, from early planning to demo to putting together all the elements of our new kitchen! There was not one person involved that wasnt courteous & easy to work with. Every detail was covered. The construction crew was awesome!     All members of the Clazak Team were professional, courteous, on time and on budget. That included carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and delivery people. Ean and Mark finished 4 days ahead of schedule. They made themselves available for any questions we had. The work sight was an upstairs bathroom remodel which was cleaned up daily. By the time they left, you would never know there was a project just completed. From the original estimate visit, finish selection at Clazak, time during the project and all the way to receiving our warranty info visit with finished product pictures, it was an absolute delight working with these professionals.     Clazak Kitchen & Bathroom remodeled my kitchen and I love it!! They were very professional and easy to work with through the entire process. The crew did a great job and their attention to detail was outstanding. This may seem a little crazy, but now that my project is done I kind of miss them being at my home. :) I guess thats all part of it being a family owned and operated business.     Contacted Clazak Kitchen & Bath for a 2nd opinion after a technician from another company determined that our heat pump compressor had seized.The first business charged $289.93 for the service call which included a fuel surcharge for the 13 mile drive.Clazak Kitchen & Bath, Wooster, also does HVAC work and agreed to come out the next day. Phil spent about 45 minutes diagnosing the issue and confirmed that the heat pump compressor needed to be replaced. He promised an emailed estimate for both the compressor replacement or a new outside unit. They charged $75.00 for the service call with no fuel surcharge, despite a 30 mile drive.Phil at Clazak emailed within 24 hours with a price for both options.After a week waiting for the 1st company to provide an estimate, I contacted Clazak to schedule the unit replacement, which was completed to my satisfaction.Phil came out to diagnose an issue we had the year before and I am certainly impressed. Hes friendly, professional, and courteous. He answered our questions and made sure that we were satisfied. Hell, he even took his shoes off when he came into the house.I wont be using any other company for my HVAC needs.

    Our bathroom is just amazing after Clazak made all the changes to update. Wall removed, floor, sink and counter all granite now. New ceiling with all new lights.     When we first decided to renovate our 1970s kitchen, my husband and I definitely shared the same reservations about hiring a contractor to do the work. You hear horror stories where trust, quality, and craftsmanship are compromised. We have thus far completed all home projects ourselves, so we know the work involved as well as cost. This project would have been too big of an undertaking for us to complete in a respectable amount of time which is not something either of us have a ton of.After interviewing and requesting quotes from various kitchen remodel companies and contractors, we chose Clazak. They were not the cheapest but we were sold on the fact that they have their own team to come in and complete the job start to finish. No subcontractors to wait on because materials arent in, or project holts because one person didnt complete previous needed tasks. This means not only we would know who is in our home and when, but there would be work done every single day until the project would be finished. The amount of organization that Clazak demonstrated is undeniable. Everyday single day they had a plan in place and written tasks to follow. We knew what was going to be worked on and when. EVERY SINGLE DAY. This helped us stay on task with decisions and timelines for our part. Figuring out our layout was so difficult especially since it was hard to see the potential through the current lack of functionality. The virtual tools the designer and staff utilized to showcase ideas on paper, going back and forth tweaking layouts was undeniably essential. We truly felt Clazak cared just as much about our kitchen as we did. Having a group that really invested their ideas along with ours helped create such a dramatic after that we are still in awe every time we walk in the kitchen. The entire team at Clazak was AMAZING. We loved working with everyone and to be honest, kind of miss everyone lol. I could probably keep writing for another few paragraphs about the quality and craftmanship of the custom cabinets, the luxury vinyl flooring, or the intricate details in the final finishing touches, but I think pictures would probably do more justice. Thank you to the entire Clazak team! You all were truly great to work with and we could not be happier.
