Excellent customer service. Nice guy, showed up the very next morning. Took him a while, not his fault, but cleared our main from all the trash previous owners flushed causing the blockage. We appreciate his commitment to solving the issue. Very reasonably priced as well. Thank you so so much!!!

Thank you thank you thank you to Freddie !!! I had an issue with my leaking tub faucet taking all my hot water throughout the night ! I had 2 plumbers come in and told me they would have to rip my tiles apart due to having cabinets on the other side of the faucet . And charging ridiculous prices. With Christmas here it was such a burden not knowing what to do . Freddie came and took 5 minutes, told me what was wrong . He went through the bottom of my cabinets. And let me tell you not much space there to work! He did it !!! And now I have my hot water again !!! Thank you so much ! Wish I can give more than 5 stars ! He saved me money big time !

We had our kitchen sink back up at home one night. The next morning I called Freddy, he discussed pricing, and was at my home a few hours later. The job was done quick and customer service was great! Freddy gave me a 30-day guarantee on the work done and said to call back if anything wasnt right. Now the sink drains better than it did before!

New Year’s Eve morning and my pump for the basement bathroom stops working. Freddy was called and at my house within a 1/2 hour. I did not get charged extra for a Sunday. He was in and out in no time, explained what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. Definitely a 5 Star company!!

I called to have a technician check out our dishwasher plumbing to make sure everything was all set before turning the power on, they came out a few hours later. The person who came was extremely nice and professional. They were very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions for me. They didnt even charge me, everything was already in good shape and no work was performed. But from that little experience with them, I could tell that they are an honest and reliable company. I will defiantly be using them for any future problems and would recommend them.
