Scott and his screw did an incredible job identifying a leak coming from our small bathroom and gave me a great price to not only solve the problem. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the options he gave me, see the pictures below for how much it transformed. The work included replacing some of the rotted floorboards, replacing the shower pan, adding a niche in the wall, mounting a medicine cabinet, replacing the toilet, sink, floor, and tiling. The work started promptly and Scott was always available for questions. Highly recommend. -

Scott was fantastic! He was friendly, honest, and took great care in replacing our hot water heater. What stood out the most was that he didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary products—he focused on what we actually needed. His quote was fair and transparent, with no hidden costs. After providing the estimate, he had the new tank installed the very next day, and he made sure it was the perfect fit for our space, meeting all the proper specifications.We had to haggle with other companies just to get pricing that was even remotely reasonable, and their quotes were still $500 or more higher. The original installers didn’t show any appreciation for us as repeat customers and weren’t willing to work with us on pricing.Skip the flashy trucks and expensive ads—those companies are just passing the cost onto you. Scott with Fairfax plumbing has been an incredible help. When we found water leaking through the basement ceiling on a Friday night he came out to take a look even though it was late. Hes such a nice guy and got us sorted with reccomendations for water damage resources in addition to stopping the leak. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue and was very accommodating with my diffilcult schedule. Great plumber and a great person, I would highly recommend Scott and Fairfax Plumbing NV to anyone who needs plumbing support. They focus on resolving your issues and not price gouging you with unneeded items. -

We have a one bathroom house and our toilet stopped draining. We were obviously in a bind and needed help quickly. Leo picked up the phone and immediately set up an appointment and Scott arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fished out a large bottle that our cat had apparently knocked into the toilet. We will definitely be using their services again! -

I knew that I wanted to get my main water shutoff replaced with a ball valve - and to have a PRV added. I appreciated that with pictures and a description they were able to provide a competitive quote via email. The replacement was straightforward and completed about as quickly as I could have expected.The next day, I noticed a very small leak from one of the connections. They were able to get back out the same day to remedy the issue. -

We are repeat customers. We had our water heater replaced. Scott and an associate were wonderful plumbers. They arrived on time and replaced the water heater without issue. Reliable and kindest professional service, especially with Scott! Our floor drain backed up into our master closet on a Sunday late afternoon. Although we were told honestly service would not happen until the morning, we chose to wait as Scotts over the phone instructions helped solve part of the issue. Scott came to unclog my kitchen sink. Previous plumbers would unclog it but Scott determined the clog to be deep into the piping and he cleared it. Price was reasonable for high quality work. Scott is very nice and friendly too. -

Leo scheduled the service and gave us a 2 hour window for arrival and a 20-minute heads up when on the way. Scott was the plumber who completed the job and was fantastic. The experience I had with Scott today was truly remarkable. Not only did he come to my house within two hours of my call for help with my my clogged kitchen drain, but when he saw that I had the right tools as I was trying to fix the clog by myself first, he encouraged me to simply finish what I was doing to save the money (and he gave me some advice on how to use the snake, too!). He also offered to be a phone call away in case I did not succeed fixing the clog. Long story short: with Scotts support I was able to do it myself in no time. Reached out to Fairfax plumbing after hours and received a call immediately. Leo was quick to respond and address my concerns. While another company wanted to replace my water heater, he advised me-it isnt rusted and isnt having an issue-why replace it?! So he suggested a flush and new sump pump-saved me a few thousand! Very honest and trustworthy as well as responsive. I can not stress how lucky I was to fins Leo and will use him for every water issue/task in my homes. -

Called Fairfax Plumbing for a Christmas Day emergency (frozen pipe and broken water line). Within the hour, Leo responded and made time to come by and take a look at our issue. He capped a broken water line and wrote up an excellent report that we can use to file our insurance claim. Professional, thorough and friendly. With young children in the house, it was important for us to get the water turned back on and Leo responded on arguably the toughest day to get service - Christmas Day! My family and I are extremely grateful for Fairfax plumbing and Leo!! They will definitely receive our business in the future! -
