They went beyond the job spec and replaced other siding pieces since I already had the materials and they were already laddered up as seen in the pix. Fantastic work.     Weve been using Up and Above Contractors for various projects over the last 20 years and is always a 5 star in my book! They are professional, courteous, reasonable, take pride in their work and do an excellent job! There are follow up calls and staff keeps you well informed. Most recently was for flashing around the chimney. Paul came out, did the estimate, we gave our deposit, technician was out within a couple of days and completed the work. Weve had this same technician on previous projects and he takes pride in his work and does an excellent job. Keep up the GREAT work!

    We cant say enough about how impressed we were with Up and Above Contractors as a company and with their people. From the office staff, Jackie and Brook, to the estimator, Paul, to the construction foreman, Luis, and crew, we found them all to be such excellent people to work with on getting our home to look as we hoped it could be.Paul came out to give us an estimate. He offered options on how best to achieve the look we wanted for the front of our home and it made all of the difference in the world in the finished product. We would never have thought of doing it the way he suggested and we couldnt be happier in the outcome.About three weeks after signing the contract, a week earlier than the anticipated early date for a start, we received a call to schedule the work. Paul arrived first and reviewed the worksheet with us. Then the crew arrived and he went over the scope of the work to be done with Luis, the foreman. The crew consisted of Luis and four crew members. They got to work right away and were very systematic, working so well together as a group. Once things got started Paul left but came back multiple times to check on the progress. What started as a fine Fall day quickly changed into a raw, cold, rainy day. The crew had to be freezing but you would never know it. Then the wind picked up into strong gusty spurts from out of nowhere. Again, the crew was focused on their work and they did not cut any corners to get done and out of the horrible weather. They took time to be sure that everything that they did was right. They were really the best crew and we really appreciated that they cared and took pride in their work. You dont see that near as often as we should anymore and they stood out in comparison.When we have anything to be done on the house in the future we will not look any further than Up and Above Contractors.Great Job!!

    Excellent service all around. Priced very well. Show up when they say they will. They repaired an eyesore on our home caused first by a downed wire and then worsened by a squirrel digging a hole into the area where the siding was destroyed. Long story short, perfect match on the siding, done quickly. Cleaned everything up after as well. Definitely will use again and recommend.

    UP AND ABOVE CONTRACTORS, LLC recently put a new roof on our house. I cannot say enough good things about this company! They came on time for the estimate as well as to do the work. The crew was efficient and left our property cleaner than when they arrived. Between the time we hired them and the day that the roof went on, a tree fell onto our house and did some roofing and siding damage. To our amazement, they even parched up the facia and siding! And there was never any high pressure sales pitch. Bravo and many thanks!

    Easy to do business with and their pricing was competitive. The workers executed complete roof replacement in 2 days. Only issue, although called out in the contract, was that we lost some costly landscaping pieces. But, I suspect if i called it out before they started to tear the shingles out, they would have attempted to preserve some of the high cost items. Overall, very satisfied.

    Up and Above has always done excellent work , at a fair price. I’m a repeat customer, and they have done our roof , windows , patio doors and now, renovated our deck. They tore down the old , wooden deck , and installed trex deck and railings . Total time was 3 days , start to finish. They handled all the permits and inspections. Additionally , office staff is courteous and prompt. Truly a five star contractor.

    They came out right away to give us an estimate. Our roof was leaking really bad after a storm. We had a big tarp on it to keep the rain from doing any more damage. They worked us in the schedule very quickly because our roof was so bad. I would recommend this company.

    Up and Above Contractors not only did a - sorry, it is not supposed to be possible - PERFECT job with residing our house, certainly for the siding quality, but also tending to all of the things attached to the house, like electrical fixtures, vents, etc. They also did so at a cost within the quote they provided before starting. We really tried to find a way to give them 10 stars, but 5 stars will have to do.

    Cant say enough good things about Up and Above. They were able to make an emergency visit to repair shingles that were blown off in high winds. Followed up with a salesman as I knew the roof was at end of life. Fair price was given for full replacement as well as adding gutters. Work was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks. Exceptional workmanship and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

    I highly recommend using Up & Above. I recently had a new roof & gutters installed on my house. Paul provided me an estimate, explained my options, answered all my questions & left me a nice package to review. I accepted the proposal & signed the contract. There were no hidden fees. Everything was exactly as quoted. Jackie was very accommodating scheduling my work to be completed with a date convenient for both of us. They were actually able to complete both the roof & gutters on the same day even though it was 2 separate groups doing the work.     On July 2023 we contacted Up and Above Contractors, LLC for an onsite visit and estimate to replace our 22 year old gutters and leaders. Paul arrived and surveyed the house. I requested him to consider my concern for some heating cables and downspout to dry well connections. He did onsite, prepared and presented a quote for the job. We were (without getting other quotes) acceptable to the price. Our job was scheduled and within two weeks a crew of three arrived to start and finish the job. William and his two associates positioned their vehicle and workstation in the road; a plus because it was not on our driveway. We were in the house during the whole operation. William and I were able to communicate questions and answers. They worked very quickly, quietly, and neatly. We are very happy and satisfied with the results. We certainly will recommend your company to others.

They did a very professional job and am very happy. They also installed a new roof 4 years ago for us under a tight deadline due to our homeowners insurance carrier deciding to wait until winter to pull the rug out from under us. They did a first rate job then as well and the roof has been bulletproof. Highly recommend them.

They came early to do the estimate and arrived earlier than scheduled to do the job which gained major respect from me as I am a stickler for being punctual. They had my roof off, flashing replaced, and roof installed in 7 hours. The workers were really professional, polite, super hard working and did an excellent job cleaning up. They left my home better than they found it. They came back the next day to do the gutters which were installed with as much professionalism as the roof.     The entire team at Up and Above Contractors LLC was a pleasure to work with. From my initial inquiry regarding our roof and possible replacement to the finished product, Jackie and Brooke over communicated with me throughout the entire process.Paul, who came out for an estimate, was at our house in less than 24 hours after our initial call and we had an estimate the same day!Gary and his team worked hard to completely replace my roof and even repair a flat roof with ponding due to old yankee gutters. They were even able to install new gutters properly, which was a concern because o our old yankee gutter system.     Absolutely the most amazing work crew I have ever seen. These guys and gals were like a well oiled machine as soon as the trucks pulled into my driveway. They had my roof off and replaced in about 7 hours, and my roof needed 32 squares to complete the job, and they replaced 3 skylights. They were polite, helpful with my questions and cleaned up when they were done like they had never been there. After measuring the job, a price quote was immediately provided.     Up and Above Contractors did an amazing job!!! I would highly recommend them and would use them again for any home projects. They transformed my family room from start to finish. My family room had paneling and a cathedral popcorn ceiling. They took care of everything: removal and disposal of old paneling and ceiling, sheet-rocked walls and ceiling, recessed lighting installed, replaced trim around windows, and had baseboard for heat reinstalled. Communication was easy and I was kept informed during every step of the project. They would get back to me immediately if I had any questions. They finished the job in the time they stated. The final cost was actually the amount of the estimate they gave to me. No extra costs or issues. This is not usually the case with other contractors I have used.They are professional and did a beautiful job. The room looks incredible!!! Thank you Up and Above Contractors!!     Up and Above. What can I say? They replaced and installed a new GAF Camelot Roof, copper valleys and 5 inch gutters in 2010. It’s still the best and prettiest in my neighborhood without a doubt. This year I decided to convert 600 square feet of over garage attic space into a primary suite. My wife and I decided on 55x30 Velux Skylights to bring in the natural light. There was no other question than Up and Above. In and out, one day professional service. Great workmanship and they always follow up on communications.

    After getting three estimates up and above was the most reasonable of the three, but that’s not the only reason I hired them. I have several friends that used them and they have a five star reputation with them all. Best of all you are dealing directly with the owners Gary and Jackie. I needed my roof fast because my house is on the market and wanted to have nice presentation for the open house. Even though they were booked out for weeks they were able to accommodate me. The team of nine men were at the house at 7AM sharp and was wrapped up by 2PM. Very professional and meticulously neat. I didn’t find a nail left behind.     This was my second opportunity to work with UP and Above. In my first work with them, we had new roofs/gutters installed on our house and pool house. We additionally had new windows installed on the front of the house. The result was extraordinary, excellent workmanship, fast (efficient fast not rushed), clean and fairly priced. My most recent opportunity to use UP and Above was for some finishing work on our house, shutters, planters etc., a job much smaller than the first work done, and I imagine some contractors would have passed on the work.Up and Above nevertheless accommodated our work with the same professionalism and excellent service they delivered on our larger job.Finding good service is not easy and finding the best service typically involves some luck. Theres nothing involving luck with Up & Above. They are quite simply the best....there isnt a close second...and their pricing is quite fair....absolutely the first and last stop for contractor work.
