    We worked with Mike on our insurance claim & he was nothing short of relentless on getting us a new roof! Our original adjustment didn’t have any roof damage, to which fought insurance a bit and ended up getting the whole roof!The process was so easy, and he walked us through it step by step. Our claim did take a bit more time just due to some readjustment needed, but communication with Mike & A-Team construction was great!After our claim was approved, getting the new roof process started & on was so quick. The team that came out to do our roof was professional, quick, and cleanup around my property was fantastic! I have heard many horror stories around nails left behind by roofers, and that was not our experience at all with A-Team. They treated our yard like it was theirs & they had little kids playing in it that afternoon! So refreshing!We will defiantly be using A-team again in the future for any construction or insurance claim issues as long as we are in the greater twin cities area!

    Michael French at A-Team Construction handled my storm claim from the moment he introduced himself until the claim was closed successfully!The insurance company initially pushed back trying to avoid paying for my claim. He assured me we had other steps we could take and explained each one to me throughout the process.Everything he said happened the way he explained it would and now my siding and roof are brand new and no longer am with that insurance company. He upgraded me to an impact resistant shingle and now I actually save on my premiums.I couldn’t suggest anyone more professional, knowledgeable, friendly and effective!     Amazing! These hard working, respectful, and professional group of guys were great to work with and couldnt be happier with their work and the outcome.     We love our new roof in Nantucket Morning, a Harvest Blend Color. We also appreciate that the new gutter system has elbow joints and wide downspouts so it looks great and works efficiently.     #1 in Customer Service. I called because a contractor I had at my home saw raised shingles and thought a plumbing stack had been roofed over. A-Team (Tim) came out and inspected what turned out to be a flaw in my roof decking that had swelled and created a lump under the shingles - a rare occurrence Tim assured me. They had roofed my home back in 2019. Tim fixed the issue - and also caulked some screw holes for me. This wasnt even their issue and they took care of it. Over and above the call of duty is how I see it! Thank you Tim, and thank you A-Team.

    A-Tram Construction was suggested to me through a close family member after my property was severely damaged after a storm. Michael French was the point of contact referred to me and he was prompt to inspect and identify damage and walk me through what was next.My adjuster tried to come to my property u announced to avoid meeting with my cotractor. Luckily Mike was already at my neighbors house finishing up another adjustment. My claim was approved and so was my neighbors! Both of our houses look fantastic!

The team was able to get the roof done all in one day (even with a delayed start due to rain) and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. If you need a roofing contractor for anything, I’d recommend A-Team.Update: 9 months later, when renewing insurance, I needed a letter from a contractor to confirm the roof’s condition. A-Team was able to help super quick! Love the attention this company gives its clients!

    Extraordinary experience! We had horrible storms that left a large area with major hail damage. Contractors were knocking on doors so I called our insurance company for advice. A Team was highly recommended by our homeowners insurance so we didnt hesitate. We needed our roof, siding, door and two large windows replaced.From start to finish the communication, punctuality and craftsmanship of the contractors proved so far beyond our expectations that we cannot possibly write a review on every aspect of the final result. Our home is beautiful! A Huge Thank You to Mike of the A team! He communicated with our insurance and stayed within the parameters of the insurance estimate. He was straight forward with us and explained why some of our design choices werent the best. He was right! Not only will we continue to recommend A Team we already have.     The work was completed quickly with local laborers, and the salesman took his first payment. When I reported that the headwall roofing appeared sloppy I was told it would be checked. It took several weeks and I needed to remind them (giving a bad review) but they returned and made acceptable corrections.

    I cannot say enough good things about A-Team. They have been fantastic helping us with the worst insurance company! We spent years arguing with our insurance company about the damage that needed to be fixed from a fallen tree. A-Team pointed us in the right direction and got us in contact with the correct people to fight the insurance company. Once we finally won A-Team did a fantastic job fixing our deck railing and siding. It looks amazing and they completed all work in a timely manner.

    The contractor Bob was on site every day and extremely quick to respond and get our roofing and siding job done quickly and professionally. He worked very well with our insurance and got out the job done right. Bob even came to our house after the dumpsters were taken away to pick up extra nails that fell on the driveway. The roofing crew finished our whole house in 6 hours from start to finish! The siding crew did extremely nice work, installing beautiful siding asked us, the homeowners, questions along the way to ensure things were done properly. Would recommend the A-Team every time.

    Ray came by following a hail storm and offered to check for damage on our roof, and share the photos for insurance. He then helped us through the process of getting through the paperwork. In parallel, the team also discovered some hail damage on the siding. Once insurance approved it, he set a time with my husband and I to choose the materials and colors, offering appropriate advice on the colors and some technical issues on the roof and gutters.The work itself was done well: the roofing last Fall, and the siding this month. I was expecting that we would have a big mess for two weeks, but they did one section at a time and cleaned up every day, which was also much appreciated. The facelift and new roof look great!!

    Our cedar shake roof was just replaced with a 50 year warranty GAF asphalt roof. Dan worked tirelessly and repeatedly with our insurance company to get our roof mostly covered when other companies would not even attempt to submit a claim.Andrea, Epy, Bob and the rest of the team were outstanding and very responsive.The crew worked very hard non stop.     I had an emergency ice dam that created my ceiling to leak. Mike from A-Team got the ice dam removed the next day, the interior dried out and all repairs done in a week. His crews were great!     Update Oct 2023 - We bought a new clothes dryer and the dryer vent line needed to be cleaned. It was plugging up at the roof damper and we wondered if the damper was installed incorrectly when the roof was replaced (see review below from 2 years ago). Called Bob, not only did his team verify the damper was working properly, they cleaned it out! And even though it was not his issue to fix, Bob didnt charge us for the visit. Such a great team to work with!We were referred to A-Team by a neighbor after a hailstorm damaged our house. From beginning to end, Bob took care of everything! We had the roof, siding, gutters, window screens, and cedar columns replaced, and painting/staining as well. Bob worked directly with the insurance adjuster to ensure all items were covered. All we needed to do was pick the colors. He was on-site when work was being done and ensured everything was picked up when finished – including using a magnetic roller in the yard to pick up all the nails, which was extremely important with kids playing in the yard. Bob is honest, hardworking, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend Bob and A-team and will definitely work with them on future projects!

    A-Team is actually a really good company to work with. We had them come out to put new roofs on 7 buildings. We vetted other contractors and by far A-Team was the most straightforward and obvious choice. You want to ask for Michael French. He spearheaded the entire project and came out multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. He never pushed us to do anything and took time to sit down with us. They started work at 7:00AM and completed work by 4:00 PM. It was like a military team the way they coordinated everything. You could tell they are very experienced.     Bob has redone the roof at 2 of our properties. He first did our house in Prior Lake. He showed us a variety of options and ultimately helped us choose the best color and quality. His crew worked from early morning all the way until sun down. We have a 3600 square foot rambler and not only was it done quickly, but with no issues, perfect quality, and an awesome cleanup. We were so impressed that we asked if he’d be willing to go outside the metro and do our cabin up on Gull Lake in Brainerd. He agreed and boy were we impressed. That job required some carpentry work around the exterior of the fireplace and its the best work I’ve ever seen. Since completing the Prior Lake job our neighbor asked for the same company to which I gave them Bobs contact info and sure enough another quick and perfect job. In both of our personal cases he sorted things out with the insurance company and it was basically hands off for both my wife and I. I would highly recommend A-team construction to any and all people and would certainly be willing to answer any questions for those that may have some. Thanks so much A-Team.     For starters, I just want to say, hire this contractor to do your new siding or roof renovations because you will not be disappointed. Like many other folks in Oakdale, we had pretty significant hail damage to our roof and siding as the result of a bad storm in May 2022. We had no experience filing a claim on our homeowners insurance, and we hired a contractor that turned out to be a disaster. Luckily, we were able to get out of our dealings with them unscathed. Our insurance agent recommended Mike Swafford with A Team Construction, and after dealing with the previous contractor, Mike was like a breath of fresh air! It was evident after our first meeting that Mike had integrity, and we felt we could trust him, and that feeling bared out. He explained the whole process with reimbursement on an insurance claim and how that worked, so we felt at ease immediately. He had a great selection of brands and colors to choose from for both roof and siding. He made some awesome suggestions about color choices and schemes that were very helpful. The other thing about Mike is that he got back to me with every email, text, and phone call within a day. He is accountable and true to his word without exception. All of the jobs were done on time. The new roof and skylights were completed in one day in October, and we couldnt be happier. Everything was neat as a pin when they finished. The siding job with new gutters and trim was just completed in mid-May. We are BLOWN AWAY by how great the house looks. And, the crew finished it in three days! The crew was great, they did an AWESOME job and we could not be happier. You will not be disappointed if you hire A Team Construction to do your home siding and roof renovations.
