I Hired The Plumbing Guys to install the tankless hot water heater I purchased from Amazon. They showed up on time and got the job done within the estimate they quoted me. I also had The Plumbing Guys out on another time to reset my 3 toilets and sinks after having new flooring installed in our bathrooms. As expected, they arrived on time and were quick and professional in their work. They are honest and I highly recommend them.

Had a leak on the first floor coming through to our finished basement ceiling that bubbled the paint. Aron came out and located the leak quickly, replaced the faucet in the shower and recaulked the shower components. As a new homeowner, Aron also went out of his way to give me some tips via water shutoff locations etc. I’ve worked with other plumbers/technicians before who made me feel like I was in their way by being around but Aron was happy to talk me through what he was doing and involve me in the diagnosing process. I’m thankful because it helped me become a better homeowner. I also feel like I wasn’t being tricked into anything or coerced into something that didn’t make sense. His troubleshooting process started with the small fixes and worked their way up. That way, our leak didn’t turn into a whole remodel. Aron was professional and kind the whole time, the price was affordable and the problem was solved quickly. The Plumbing Guys are definitely our home’s new plumbers, and I’ll be recommending them to our friends as well.

Had some drainage issues and called for assistance. After very thorough investigation, they discovered we had a collapsed sewer connection -- with the access point being roughly 10 feet underground. They give you estimates prior to starting work. Theyre professional. And they got our complex job done ahead of schedule. Based on past experiences with other plumbers, I also know their rates are very fair. Would happily call on them again.

I had a hot water tank that failed. It was also leaking into the condo garage. I contacted The Plumbing Guys (TPG), and they came out with a new tank the next day, installed it, and hauled the old tank away.It was so nice to again be able to take a hot shower.Thank you Plumbing Buys.

1 of the things that I like most was the ability to schedule & communicate with them (Shawna) electronically (email) and not have to leave multiple voice mail messages to make arrangements etc. Their tech showed up on time, was EXTREMELY courteous and did an excellent job. Dale from The Plumbing Guys replaced our low voltage recirculating pump on our water heater. He is very efficient and walks FAST going back and forth to his truck to get parts! This plumbing outfit does REALLY good work so sometimes they can be booked out a ways. Last summer I had a leaky outdoor faucet that needed fixing right away so had to call a different plumbing outfit and they were the ones who messed up our recirculating pump and caused it to burn out because they didnt ask if we had one. In doing the work they did, the pump lost its prime and burned out. Dale was also very good about explaining how the valves and timer worked. Definitely a 5-star rating !

TPG is the only plumbing company I plan to use in the future and can highly recommend! After unsatisfactory experiences with 2 other local companies, I had TPG come out and Aaron was able to fix the problem with our tankless water heater and get the needed part under warranty. I feel like this company does honest work, has reasonable prices, and will not rip you off.
