    I am very pleased with the fast and superior service received. Cody quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a quote and was able to fix the complex issue in about 1 hour. He had all of the tools and supplies needed to repair the broken faucet including the saw needed to cut through our internal wall to access the piping. He even installed a quick access panel which relieved me of the burden of having to patch and paint drywall. He was respectful and had a good sense of humor. Overall I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience for the urgent situation. I highly recommend this company and Cody in particular. He is a fine craftsman! Thank you Cody.

    Richard did a great job servicing my furnace. He went over many details and explained things well. He paid attention to detail and took care of a potential problem if left as found. He let me know to watch the water heater because of its age. I will definitely call them back when needed.

    I experienced great maintenance service from LaVergnes plumbing and heating this week. Both Kevin and Jackson were personable, communicative, knowledgable, efficient, and neat in their work on my Vola single lever faucet that was leaking (cartridge replacement), plus they added lavatory piping shut-off valves concealed in the wall. I highly recommend them!

    Richard and Camden showed up on time. Did an estimate with different options and explained each to me. I chose what I wanted. They pointed out some concerns and said they would get my water heater replaced and up to code. They were efficiently and got the job done. Now we can take a hot shower.

    They were able to send someone the next day and he was able to come earlier than projected. Brian let me know when he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional, had everything he needed in his van. He gave me a bunch of options—enticing, but not really necessary as I just wanted one thing done. He set to work, was thorough and did a great job. He even improved on the previous plumber’s installation inside the wall. He left everything neat and clean and checked his work. The cost still seemed like a lot, but I’m used to doing things myself. It was worth it and was about $150 less than one other bid I received that didn’t come with any warranty. I am glad to have hired LaVergne’s and highly recommend them.

    We had an emergency leak at our vacation cabin! Luckily, LaVergnes was quick to send out Luke! He not only quickly fixed the problem, but also calmed our fears by checking the rest of the pipes just to be sure. We actually had him come out when he worked for another company, so we were happy LaVergnes has him now! Well definitely call them first, especially for Lukes great expertise and customer service!

    With multiple properties and projects, this company is always my resource for plumbing! After 25+ work projects with them, I always know they will do it correctly and by code. Melissa in scheduling is excellent. She is precise and so helpful. Brian is amazing! He is professional and has excellent communication skills. I appreciated the before and after pics of the work. Kevin and Michael went above and beyond my expectations! Their experience, problem-solving, dedication, and customer support are exceptional. Also, they were always very calm, which was extremely appreciated. They also have the best work that Ive found in the industry!

    Brian Marsau came to my house 2 hrs after I discovered a puddle in my downstairs hallway. He replaced all of laundry hot and cold and shut off valve. He even came out 2x after the initial leak due to my exit hose falling out. This past week I believe his name was Mike came out to check all the hoses for my washer to insure everything was hooked up properly. He also went and checked my water heater and showed me how check my water pressure and my outside turn off.     I came home after a busy and tiring work week to find my kitchen island sink backed up. I did everything I could do and the water level did not budge.     We called LaVergne’s this morning to schedule a replacement of our broken garbage disposal. We were informed of the service charge to get a plumber to our door, but they hesitate to give an estimate for the cost of the job until the plumber assesses the situation. James arrived 3 hours later (amazing!), was very courteous, but the cost of the job was too much for our liking. We were very impressed that he wanted us to be satisfied, so he took it upon himself to call the office, the service fee was waived, and off he went! Realizing that plumbers are in short supply, we should’ve realized the high price, but for a garbage disposal, we’ll be plumbers for a day! Thanks very much, James and LaVergne Pkumbing!

    These guys did a great job! I had a water system emergency on a Saturday. They responded right away. Their estimated time of arrival was exactly right, and the Plumber who arrived, Richard Harris, did a great job with a great attitude. Within minutes it was clear that he was here to solve the problem, whatever it took. When we needed further help on Sunday morning, a phone call got him quickly back and happily working. Not cheap, but completely satisfying in terms of availability, response time, parts on board and available at the shop (even on Sunday!), and all around excellent attitude and a pleasure to work with.

    My daughter turned on the bathtub faucet. It broke and water gushed everywhere. My husband had to shut off all the water. The faucet was broken deep inside the wall. It was a complicated problem. We called Lavergne and they were there within the hour. The job was complicated because of the tight quarters in the bathroom.A cupboard had to be removed and the wall broken through but everything was repaired and replaced. The job took several hours but was done efficiently and effectively as well as professionally. Ten out of ten.

    We smelled gas in our utility area and made the call to LaVergne’s Plumbing and Heating. Kevin came out and detected a gas leak from out hot water heater.While Kevin was here, he also cleaned out Our drains that were slow in the bathroom sink and shower drain.We determined the hot water heater was over 15+ years and needed to be replaced. Kevin took the time to go over all the packages and explained In detail what would fit our needs. We appreciated not being sold anything we didn’t need and really appreciated Kevin’s professional opinion. LaVergne’s was able to install a new water heater the next day and hauled the old one away. The crew, Kevin, Frankie and James, were very conscious of our space and was sure to put drop clothes down where they worked. They cleaned up the area well and let us know about future service calls and other offerings if we needed them. To find such friendly, knowledgeable and professional services was a blessing. We can’t thank LaVergne’s crew enough about getting what we needed done and in such a quick turnaround with quality craftsmanship. We will be sure to call on LaVergne’s in the future and refer them to other friends and family who desire exceptional care and work on their home systems. Thank you for an awesome experience!
