I saw Vinny working in my neighborhood and asked if he could provide me with a quote for the same type of work. He provided me with a quote and came out to my house within a week!! I also had him order me a new basement window and he returned about a month later and installed it. Reliable and responsive. Fantastic job!

I called Sapienza Carpentry to replace all the vinyl siding and some trim on our garage. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They would show up, turn on a radio, work and then clean up at the end of each day. Respectful of my home and yard.Thanks!

These guys are great they took care of my father who is getting older and can’t do things himself anymore. But Vinny removed our existing deck and built us a new one. He worked within our budget and the design I drew him for the new deck. He and his guys disposed of the old deck and handled the inspection paperwork.

I hired Vinny to complete baseboard, door, and window trim on my second floor addition. Vinny an his apprentice did great work and prepped all the trim for paint by filling nail holes and caulking. His work was clean and completed in the estimated time frame. I also had him install two new windows in my attic which came out fantastic. I’d highly recommend Sapienza Carpentry.

Vinny renovated our mudroom. Him and one of his employees removed all the outdated paneling in our mudroom. They insulated the walls and installed sheetrock over all the framing. They installed all the finish work from crown, door trim, baseboards. The following day he had two painters at our house to paint all the trim, walls and ceiling in the new mudroom. Highly recommend, if you live in the Merrimack valley area.

Replaced a majority of rot against the foundation of my house where it meets the siding. They replaced the entire water table around the house converting it to pvc so I won’t have the same issue in the future. Thanks again Vinny
