    We highly recommend BLB. We recently renovated our kitchen with them and it was a massive project. We had never gone through a construction project of this size, and we found the design / build element of BLB to be the perfect fit for us. We had a very good sense of the aesthetic for the kitchen and their designer, Rachel, helped bring that vision to life. Rachel, Tyler and Ben spent many hours with us, bringing their expertise to every decision we had to make.Kitchen renovations can be a bit of a nightmare, but ours was relatively painless. Sure, there were some ups and downs, but that is expected with any construction project. BLB set us up with a fully operational temporary kitchen, which really made all of the difference.Shelby, our Project Manager, worked hard to ensure we were happy with every detail and managed countless details and contractors very well. Josh, the Master Carpenter, did incredible work, along with Mikhail and sub-contractors who were skilled and helped bring the vision to life. We couldn’t be happier with the final product. It is even nicer than we imagined. Our kitchen is now honestly the nicest kitchen my husband and I have ever been in. We highly recommend this very talented team. They are committed to high quality and client satisfaction. Thank you, BLB!

    Ben and his team at BLB were a pleasure to work with during our third floor master suite remodel which included a bedroom, bath, and stairs. It was a tricky space to work with, and the design that they envisioned was executed perfectly and we couldnt be happier. This was our first remodel and communication and quality was very important to me. From the responsiveness during the design and planning phase to project kickoff and milestones, the BLB team and our project manager were on top of everything and kept us in the loop. The quality of their work was exceptional and they offered many design and material recommendations based on their experience. They also worked hard to keep us within our budget, which was appreciated. I would highly recommend Ben and his team for any design / build project.

    Ben and the team at BLB did an absolutely amazing job with our home remodeling project! They completely renovated our first floor and added a whole new second floor to our house. A project of this magnitude is not easy but the professionalism, patience and reliability of the BLB team enabled us to make our dream home a reality.I would recommend BLB to anyone considering a home remodeling project of any scale.

    BLB Construction recently did a remodel of our Kitchen and Powder room. They were recommended from a friend. First, (and perhaps most importantly to us) everyone we worked with at BLB was cordial, friendly, professional, and they took pride in their work and in their interactions with us. We started the process with the owner of the business, Ben Becker, who is a gentleman, and who cares about his customers, and his employees. He helped with our initial scope/plan and with initial drawings. Ben had a lot going on, and sometimes we needed to revisit previous conversations, but he always made time for a call and we always ended up in a good place. Once we signed the Agreement, he introduced his team (for our Project). Josh (Brehm) was the lead carpenter, and he is fantastic - he is skilled not only at finish work, but also has great general construction knowledge, (plumbing, electric, etc.) AND his interpersonal skills are wonderful (we actually missed Josh when he stopped coming to our house in the AM) Shelby was the next most active person in our Project as the Project Manager - she juggled many projects simultaneously, but made us feel like our project was the most important one. Having to coordinate the schedules of many subcontractors is always challenging, and there were ups and downs, but again, things got done, and got done well. We were happy to have Shelby advocating for us, you can tell she is tenacious when it comes to meeting customer needs. BTW - Ben has assembled a great group of sub-contractors (special shout out to Ian and his team who did the plumbing work). Lastly, Melissa, in the office, helped with many of the early details and with the purchasing of fixtures and other details that needed to be managed. Overall, we are VERY pleased with the finished project (and we were not the easiest customer). In this time, where there are horror stories about builders and remodelers taking big deposits, starting a job and never coming back, I can happily recommend BLB Construction as a reputable business, who cares and delivers a fine product.     My husband and I recently finished a kitchen / dining room renovation with BLB. Early on in our project, we had sought out BLB after having a dissatisfactory initial experience with another company we almost signed with. So thankful we found BLB and ended up using their services. Besides the phenomenal work they do, we were blown away by their amazing communication and how easy it was to work with their team. This was our first renovation as homeowners. We were warned by friends and families on how tricky working with a contractor can be at times but we felt none of that with BLB. We trusted Ben and his team from the second we met with them and it was truly a pleasure to have them at our home each day as they worked on our kitchen. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable and innovative contractor in the area. Thanks BLB !

    BLB custom builders is a top quality builder and renovator that delivers customized solutions for whatever needs you may have. We have had Ben and his phenomenal crew and associates of architects, suppliers and designers, on three major projects over the past two years. We had all the floors replaced in the house, followed by window replacements and lastly adding on an addition to our house that included a pantry, family room, large bathroom, studio and porch. Ben’s crew were exceptional listeners and craftsmen that would deliver on what we wanted as we put our own touches on our home design and building needs. His crew of Zach, Jason, John, Jeff, Mike, Adam, Nick, Tom and many more were exceptional at their work, they were on time , tidy, professional, respectful of our neighbors and delivered a quality product. His office staff led by Melissa walked us through each step of the process from project inception, timelines and wrap-ups. Any unexpected issues were met with solutions by Ben and his entire crew. Frequent communication and customization were the key in making us happy with the final product, which was well received and greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to hire BLB Builders in the future for any work needed for our home or if we chose to build a new one, BLB would be our number one and ONLY choice.

    We were in need of a general contractor and after sending several emails, Ben was the first to respond. Ben was on time for every appointment and although our project kept changing, he was was always understanding of our needs. Dave was our project consultant, he was just as timely and always answered emails, even nights and weekends. Bens crew was always on schedule and there was great communication between everybody involved. Even after the project was complete, Ben went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied customers!

    We are just wrapping up a home renovation project with BLB Custom Building and we could not be more pleased. From the very outset, they left us with a high degree of confidence in the way they scoped out the job including a detailed schedule and cost estimate. They were creative and offered a variety options in an effort to capture our needs, tastes and budget. All their workers were serious professionals who took great pride in the quality of their work. No surprise that we were extremely pleased with the results. What we were most impressed with however, was their attention to all the little things that are so hard to find in todays economy...always on time, always neat, always respectful of our home, always in touch if something was behind schedules. These little things mean everything to a homeowner when hiring a contractor. Ben (the owner) clearly recognizes this and has made it a signature feature of the company.

    Highly recommend BLB! They completed a kitchen renovation that turned into almost an entire first floor renovation for us and it exceeded expectations; Josh, Shelby, and Ben were great to work with and every member of their team was kind and skilled. Everything has held up well so far (project was a couple years ago) and we’ve got four kiddos so the space is very well loved - the renovation has allowed us to host so easily and made space for that fourth baby we wanted :)5 stars!

    BLB completed an addition and a 2nd floor renovation, and both surpassed our expectations. The team - Ben, Josh, Shelby, Rachel, and all others with BLB or sub-contractors - were easy to work with, took pride in their work, and worked within our budget and design ideas. Josh and his team checked with us if there was a question on a design plan, came up with creative solutions to maximize empty spaces, rectified any issues in a timely manner, and built an amazing and one-of-a-kind loft bed for our daughter! The renovation was incredibly stressful and disruptive for our family, and they made the process as smooth as possible
