    I highly recommend this company and the technician Adam. I was able to quickly get scheduled for a service call.     Adam was a fantastic techician, took the time to show me everything he was doing, explaining what needed to be done to keep my furnace operating for a few more years at least.I have used Lambert probably half a dozen times since moving here 13 months ago, wont go anywhere else, all their techs are amazing.Was a little snafu with the scheduling, but Adams customer service didnt warrant a 4 star review. We all get over booked from time to time.Definitely recommended in the Altus area.

    I loved this guy.. Adam. He explained what he was doing and showed me what he replaced with a lifetime warranty. It was a better part than what was installed about three weeks before. He was a very professional employee. Very friendly. He is the kind of person you would want your son to be on the job. I will use your business again if I need help with my AC again.     Lambert Heat and air were able to come out on a Saturday early evening to fix my central air conditioner. They arrived within the hour. Theyre an exceptional company. From the office personnel to the service professional. The office individual was extremely kind and professional. She was able to expedite getting a service person out in a short amount of time. The technician, Adam, was great. He was able to pinpoint the areas that needed to be resolved and explained everything each step of the way. I believe there pricing was very reasonable after working in this industry many years ago. They have a program for home owners for yearly inspections and much more. Again, Adam did a great job at explaining everything. I would absolutely recommend this company if you happen to have a problem. They also work on plumbing issues and updates to make your home more energy efficient. I had a great experience.

    Terry was helpful, showing me what the issue was with my system then explaining options for repair or replacement. While replacement would be optimal it is not financially feasible at this time, so he repaired the unit and bought me some time until I can afford to replace. I am very satisfied with my experience with Lambert Plumbing, Heat and Air.

    3rd time in 3 mo the the capacitor blew out. No one bothered to figure out why. Reported that I was not happy with the service so Matt called me to make it right. He sent Adam out to look it over and install w surge protectors (1 of those for free). Adam looked the system over and swapped out the new capacitor with a better model and installed the 2 surge protectors. System is back up and running and hopefully protected from future surges.

    We just had a technician named Adam come out and fix our air conditioning. He was amazing! He didnt try and talk me into a new unit or his up prices on anything. They have a price list that they have to look up and quote that they have to go by just like any other business. We have AHS for our homeowners insurance and Alltech/ Lambert are the ones that are called it to do the work. Weve had Alltech out to fix some plumbing issues in the past as well and those guys were awesome as well. Their names were Josh and Tyler. They were all very friendly and professional. Never have to call Spring or Fall its the right MX at the right time of year. Spring service saved me from an outage. Capicitor was giving Voltage variables.     My AC has been broke for over 3 months. After dealing with another company for three months of them coming out twice and spending 5 minutes on it, only to have it not work when they left, not returning calls, and not showing up on days they said they would after I’d taken the day off work, I finally called Lamberts.     My only source of heat, my wall heater needed a new gas valve. I called several other heating repair services, but they were the first to respond. With winter coming, I went with them even after shortly after, getting call backs from other companies. Im glad I did, the first repairman that came ordered the part and another repairman came the next week and worked hard to put it in. He did a great job, thanks to Lambert and theyre repairmen, my home will be warm. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

    Had Lambert Heat and Air out to service my AC today. This is a service they provide for their club members. The technician Terry was very thorough cleaning both the inside and outside units. As he was checking the outside unit he found that the condensing fan was pulling too much amperage and determined it had internal damage. He researched and found that the unit was under warranty. He placed the order for the new part and it will be replaced when it arrives. I am extremely pleased with the service. Terry was very professional and knowledgeable. So glad I purchased the club package.

    Called on a Sunday and a very helpful worker answered the phone which I was totally amazed because it was a Sunday. Thirty minutes later a technician was at my house working on my AC unit.     These people are AWESOME!! I left an email on a Sunday afternoon requesting information. Later that afternoon (on a SUNDAY) Steven called and asked about my needs. I told him we needed a better HVAC system and wanted a quote. On Monday morning Tyler called and set up a time to come out and take a look at the HVAC project. Tyler arrived at the time specified and gave me a general idea of the work that needed to be done. About an hour after he left I received a quote for the total job. After discussing it with my wife we decided to go for it. When I called Tyler Monday afternoon to let him know we wanted to proceed he said he had to order the unit we chose and it would be delivered on Tuesday. He put us on the schedule to have the work done on Thursday. I expected 3 or 4 people to show up Thursday morning. I was wrong. There were 6 techs. Im not sure how long these guys have been working together but they were all GREAT! What a TEAM! If you need any HVAC work done I hole heartedly recommend Lambert Heat and Air!!
