    These guys are the, “Superheros of Plumbing “, in my call book! I’ve used their services many times over the past few years and they are excellent! They troubleshoot the issue, give a quote and stay in contact until the job is completed. Fast and reliable service all around.

    Excellent company. Had a gas leak (non-emergency) under the house and called in a service order at 11:15 AM. By 1:30 PM the company was on site and by 3:10 PM they had fixed two leaks and had everything ready for the gas company to reconnect the service.Workers were knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything that was going on. The price that we were charged was well bellow of what we had expected (had work done around the house here in south-west Oklahoma for the past 20 years).Highly recommend this company.

    4M plumbing has been amazing. First of all they actually answered when we called. I have called several other plumbers in the area and no one would answer or return phone calls. Secondly they helped my mom with a few gas leaks at her place. Not only were they quick but they were so nice and made such a poor situation for her that much better. She genuinely enjoyed interacting with them and they are even returning to do some more work for her. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

    I’ve been working with 4M to resolve an ongoing plumbing issue and they’ve been great. I was working with another company before and was not satisfied. 4M is professional, responsive, and they listen to their customers. I’ve been working with Colt as well as the owner, William and they’ve been great. After the great service I’ve received I won’t work with anyone else in town again. I wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality plumbing services.

    4M has provided excellent service for all of the projects carried out at my house. They replaced all of the lines in my house and added vents that have been missing since the house was built. That was all done in a day. They replaced drain lines and sewer lines and replaced my lateral lines and leach field in a day as well. They are professional and pleasant and at the top of the plumbing game as far as I am concerned. They can problem solve with the best of them. My septic tank is proof. It wasnt standard in any way, and yet they located it and excavated it to work on the lateral lines. The tank was almost six feet deep! They were conscientious in putting the ground back as it was and cleaning up as well. The last project is probably the sixth time I have called on them and every time has been a demonstration of skilled excellence.

    They never called back. Once they found the oversight, they contacted me immediately and scheduled an appointment.They came on Friday afternoon and repaired the leaking water line. The 2 young men were very professional and polite. The job was simple for them to complete with the correct tools. Yes, I will recommend this company for your plumbing service.

    I have used 4m a few times now. They are by far the best in Altus. 4m always answers the phone and gets you schedule in a timely manner. Very professional and friendly to deal with. I will use them from now on for any future needs.

    The 4M crew replumbed my whole house, kitchen, bathroom, and utility room, including gas lines to the stove and hot water heater. Its an old house and was definitely a challenging job. Most plumbers flat out refused the job. One plumber came in and did a kind of wonky start, tore everything up and never came back. This was the mess that 4M walked into and I was in a serious bind. Yet 4M boldly went where other plumbers feared to tread. They rode in like the cavalry and had the whole house finished in about two days. It was amazing and the quality of the work was superb. I was especially appreciative of their attention to codes.They fixed everything the other guy had messed up and completed the job for the price they quoted, which was absolutely reasonable, especially considering the mess they had to fix. These are good, honest, RELIABLE, people. Once you are on the schedule, you KNOW they will be there when they say they will be there. Mr. Moss and crew are absolute GOLD. I will be forever grateful for the help and service they rendered. Not only would I recommend 4M, I would earnestly advise those in need of a plumber in the greater Altus area not even bother calling anyone else. Let him who has ears to hear it, hear it.

    Called this company based on their reviews and I’m so glad I did. Team 4M plumbing was here quicker than I expected and was absolutely great. They identified the side of leak was from in garage floor, cleaned the plugs and repaired the pipe. Very professional and efficient. This 4M plumbing team was upfront and honest on what the problem could and couldn’t be and what our options were. I will DEFINITELY use this company again if need be. I and my husband even called the company after they left to let them know what an awesome job guys did. I’m big on reviews and I hope my review will be the reason why someone else will go with this company as did I.Thank you again for your service, 4M plumbing!!!

    4M plumbing LLC did a wonderful job fixing a bathroom drain pipe. They are very professional and proficient. We have had no issues with the bathroom drain since they repaired it. When making payment or setting up appointments, the office personnel are very kind and professional. Overall great service.

    Job well done without proper water for 4 years, plus the owner- crew safe my life a large gas leak was discover underneath my house (Center Point Energy Center missed it)(4) Plumber miss it. Everything work out for the first time. Replace old copper pipes and update new ones. Im not a plumber just have to trust he fix the problem right the first time.     Awesome people. Tons of experience, veteran owned and most importantly they will answer the phone. Called on a Saturday morning to repair a leak which would have been a full insurance claim. They arrived near the estimated time they could fit me in, and had me back up and running quickly. I couldnt be more pleased or thankful to them. I think I have found my new plumbing service. BONUS NOTE: They are also on contract with American Home Shield.

    EDIT... American home shield assigned 4M. The iwner came our, apologized for the incident thr 1st time they came out. Just line last time, they did a good job, were right on,time. Would definitely refer to,others.The end result was great. New hot water heater was installed.Getting their was the problem. I have American home shield, so they decided who to use. Received a call from 4M to schedule a time to come by. Was asked by the owner what time would be best for us. I stated their us alwats someone here. He then told me that they all have other full-time jobs. They are air force and do this on the side. No big deal, because I told him anytime will work. Then, instead of coming to look at the job, they asked for pictures and measurements in text. We obliged, we were finally set up for a late Saturday evening. They had an emergency call to take care of before us. Turned out to be a bigger ordeal than they expected. So received a call saying they wont make it. We asked about coming out on Sunday. They couldnt because they didnt have a baby sitter so scheduled for Monday. Monday comes, techs show up and my wife over hears one say to the other he didnt thing the hot water heater would fit and dudnt understand why we couldnt send better pictures and measurements. If they have an issue with pics and measurements, I would suggest they go to the job site and take their own measurements. In the past, AHS has sent Jaymar. They are always punctual.

    I have a home service agreement, my sink was clogged so I submitted a repair request. A different contractor was assigned. After waiting 10 days I called the owner was very rude and unprofessional. So I requested a new contractor and was assigned 4M this morning. I received a call from 4M late morning and they were on site shortly after lunch and had the issue corrected in no time at all. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Definitely recommend 4M for all of your plumbing needs!

    Excellent customer service. Unlike other plumbers in the area, they answer the phone or call you back in a reasonable amount of time. Water heater quit on us, they came and gave us an estimate the same day we called, and fit us in to replace it the next day.

    4M is awesome. They have done what I chose but also have installed a water softener filtration system as well. William and Bonnie make a great team and with the addition of their sons makes a strong team. They take their business serious and time doesnt get in their way, they stay until the job is finished.     Called them to get a clog out of my washer machine draining pipe and was able to be squeezed in short notice. I was a bit nervous being a first time home owner for this type of job but there were fast and fixed the issue with no issues at all. I lan to use them more in the future for sure.

    Called late evening with a shower that would not drain and company staying over. Within 25 mins of hanging up they were at our door ready to get us all fixed up. And that’s exactly what they did. And they were QUICK, less than a half an hour inside the house the clog was gone, tub was drained and they even cleaned the tub floor from all the dirt and grossness that had came up. The price was amazingly in budget and we are beyond thankful! The most responsive, reliable and quick plumber we have had the pleasure of using.
