Had an emergency hot water heater issue first thing in the morning and called Cardinal Plumbing. Ryan, the owner, was on the way before I hung up the phone. He assessed the situation, educated us on the problem, provided several options and was able to squeeze us in at the end of the day with putting in a new hot water heater. The workmanship is very good, they test everything before they leave, they clean up after themselves and are very good to work with. Everyone is extremely polite and they treat your home as if they were working on their own. Thank you Cardinal Plumbing for an outstanding job.

Austin was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Talked me into updating our shut-off valve to a more practical ball valve with no pressure to do so. I told him it was hard for me to find a bad Google review on their company, and now that I’m a customer, I can’t say I’ll make it any easier to find a bad one. 10/10 on communication, estimate was provided with photos that I sent them (super convenient), arrived within the time frame they said, and were in and out in the time frame they said they’d be. No doubt we will be using them again. Highly recommend giving them a call!

We were very pleased with Cardinal Plumbing today! Our plumber Ryan was friendly and worked to replace our dishwasher in a timely manner, for a very reasonable price. He hauled away our old dishwasher and also went out of his way to grab a needed part for the dishwasher that we forgot to purchase ourselves. What a professional company! I had called five or six other plumbing companies in my area to only be disappointed with their inability to come and service my home today. I was away on a trip to come home to my main valve in my basement leaking. Well, the basement sump/ejection pump died and I called Cardinal Plumbing. It was way after hours, but they answered the phone and took my information.They called back immediately and asked me a retired accountant, not a plumber, what I thought was the issue. They listened to me! They brought the necessary tools and equipment with them early this morning. They had to have moved around appointments to squeeze me in! That was most appreciated! They removed the old, dead pump, and put in a new one. Didn’t take very long at all! They tested to make sure it worked correctly and it did. They also said if something happens to change, to call them! We now have a warranty along with the quality work! Thank you again and again Cardinal Plumbing!

Our old water shutoff valve was rusted and started spewing water after we had our new kitchen sink installed and Cardinal plumbing was able to send someone out in less than 24 hours and get it fixed for us. The owner Ryan actually called to insure we didnt need immediate help and offered to come out after hours on a holiday. We ultimately decided to keep our water off and wait until morning but thought it was wonderful customer service for him to call us and offer given the circumstances. Zac was our technician and he did a great job! He was kind, quick and effiencent. Everything is brand new and no leaks and at a reasonable price. We would absolutely use them again.

UPDATE: My project has been completed and I am very happy with the work performed. Cardinal Plumbing scoped my cast iron pipe and found that most of the line had either collapsed or was constricted. Zac and his apprentices saw cut and jackhammered my concrete floor, dug out the dirt and then installed a new floor drain, kitchenette sink drain (with clean out) and properly installed a new tub drain (replacing the previous drain pipe that was stuffed into a floor drain). They also replaced all of my cast iron drainage pipes and connections with PVC, installed a new cleanout in the main sewer/vent stack, and added venting to the floor drain, kitchenette sink and tub that was also previously non existing. Crew worked hard the entire time the were at my home. Communication was always clear and consistent. Thank you Zac and crew!**************************I was highly impressed with Cardinal Plumbing from the outset. Their new location on Humbert Road caught my eye, and their website was user-friendly and made it easy for me to schedule a service call. Within minutes, I received a response with the day, time, and technician details. I also received a text message on the day of service with the technicians name, photo and estimated arrival time, followed by a phone call to address any questions I may have had.So far, I am pleased with the exceptional communication, professionalism, and expertise displayed by Cardinal Plumbing. Within 2 hours of the technicians visit, I received and accepted a more than fair estimate for the required work. I am confident that I am in capable hands and looking forward to working with them.That peace of mind is invaluable, especially when the job involves cutting up concrete and replacing drainage pipes in a basement bathroom renovation (installed by a previous homeowner that wasnt remotely close to satisfying any plumbing codes). When you dont know how to do something, its probably best to leave it to the professionals that do.
