    Kyle Smith from Inspector Plumber did some much need plumbing work done at our home today. He did a great job, completed the work quickly and it looks great. Kyle was very careful not to damage or soil anthing in the home and covered his shoes each time her entered the house. He was friendly, extremely polite, and professional. We could not be happier with Kyle Smith and Inspector Plumber.I highly recommend Inspector Plumber. They have done work for us on numerous occasions and we have always been completely satisfied.

    I recently had a plumbing issue at my home in Wood River, and Inspector Plumber came to the rescue on the same day. This was the third time I’ve used their services. Kyle Smith was prompt and professional. He quickly resolved the problem, which turned out to be a clogged sewer in the basement, and even cleaned the area to ensure everything looked great. So far, everything is working perfectly, and once again, we’re very satisfied with their work.

    I am very happy with the service I received from Inspector Plumber. I called them for one of my rental properties recently. They provided same day service on drain cleaning. The initial cleaning had to be supplemented by additional work to completely alleviate the problem. I appreciate the diagnosis and solutions Inspector Plumber provided for my tenant. Scott, Chase and Michelle all provided exceptional service. 5 stars all around. I will use them again.

    Great job! Prior to calling Inspector Plumber, I called two other plumbers to replace a hot water tank... both took several days to schedule an appointment. One said the job would be easy but they couldnt complete it because they did not have a mechanical license and the other said they would email a quote after only being on-site and looking at the water heater for less than 5 min... still never received that quote. Called Inspector Plumber on a Monday evening and a tech was scheduled for Tuesday morning. Chase, the technician, was on time, very informative, knowledgeable, professional and personable. The job was complete in a couple hours. There was a miscommunication with the billing on my behalf but the staff took the time to re-explain. Even the owner took the time to assist. The entire experience from the young lady that received the call to the tech and even up to the owner was very professional. Well definitely recommend Inspector Plumber and will call for any future issues.

    They responded to fix my leaking toilet within an hour ! That kind of response is unheard of nowadays. The plumber was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem immediately. A specialty part was required and he called around, found the part, picked it up and had my leaking toilet fixed within half an hourThis was not my first time using Inspector Plumber,and If needed, it wont be the last.

    Lan Weishaupt was my technician from Inspector Plumber he did an awesome job. I had issues with my hot water heater, and they said it needed to be replaced. So I wanted a tankless water heater. He answered all my questions and got it installed the same day he had other guys that came and helped out, and they were also polite and friendly, they were all approved by my puppy and she got to greet them all she was happy. They also did an outside sewer issue for me in the summer they are always friendly and efficient, I have hot water again and love my new thankless heater. I hope I have no more issues, but if I do, I will call them again. Thank you, Inspector Plumber and your staff.

    We had a (very) slow draining kitchen sink. Chase Murray and Joseph Smith arrived within an hour to assist us. Chase left on another call and Joseph did the work to clear our drain. He also advised us of some other issues that will need to be corrected. We are very pleased with the prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service we received.

    I have had a very good relationship with Inspector plumber for several years now and they have ALWAYS been responsive and completely professional. I recently had a new toilet installed in my basement and I was provided options that best fit my situation as far as style and installation. The service man arrived but ran into some slight unknown difficulty with the floor and the drain being slightly out of level. The Technician assed the situation and provided me with advice on how to complete the job correctly. I was really impressed and felt that my tech completed the challenging job just like he would have done in his own house.     Inspector Plumber is the best! Great customer service and licensed & knowledgeable employees. Rob replaced my garbage disposal & Joel replaced an outside faucet, replaced the leaking pipe & installed a shut off valve. They are both amazing workers. They did a thorough job of looking at every angle of a plumbing smell situation we’ve been dealing with in our old house for a few years.     Chase did an excellent job when I had a plumbing emergency at my Airbnb.     Today, Wednesday, 06 March 24, Rob Albrecht & Tanner came to my home to replace (2) Toilets, (4) faucets & some other work.I don’t know where to start with how pleased I am with these fine young men.They were on-time, cared about my home & put booties on so they would not get my home dirty!They were knowledgeable, worked efficiently and were kind enough to answer any questions that I may have.I have used Inspector Plumber for several jobs in the past and have (always) been very satisfied with the work of the technicians that came to my home!Yes they are not cheap! I have read some of the reviews about the cost.You get what you pay for!! You don’t get a guy that does plumbing on the weekends!These guys are (Professional Union Plumbers).They get the job done right the (first time) because they are trained (Professionals)!!Yes, you pay more for quality work and the Union guy can support his family!Again, you get what you pay for and these guys are the best!!As you can tell, I am for the Union!!

    I called about a leak by our meter. Marc showed up just a few hours later and was extremely nice and helpful. He facilitated the conversation with the city and stayed until they arrived. After the city left, he explained the situation to me. The leak was the city’s responsibility and I was not charged a dime. Will definitely be using inspector plumber for any plumbing issues in the future.

    I had a kitchen sink clogged. It completely stopped draining. The plumbing in my kitchen was not installed correctly by the previous owner even though he was a home builder and contractor. He took shortcuts that I have been dealing with since I purchased it. Ian and the young man with him worked several hours running the snake. They got the clogged pipe unclogged. They redid some of the plumbing under the sink and installed a vent. They did a great job. I offered to clean up from the mess that splattered from the snake. They said they would take care of the clean up..and they did. They did a great job. Waiting to get estimate for more work that needs to be done to prevent future clogs. Great company, great plumbers..

    I recently had Inspector Plumber update 7 shut-off valves in my basement plus the main shut-off coming into my house. They did a fantastic job.     We have used inspector plumber for multiple jobs now. They have consistently provided quality repairs and arrived on time with clear and responsive communication from the office. Before they do the work, they also do a very good job of explaining how and why the price could go beyond the initial quote if they run into issues. So far, they have always come in on the lower end of our quotes but I would completely trust it was unavoidable if it ever ended up on the higher end. Plumbing work isn’t usually cheap, planned, or fun to deal with so it’s great to have clear communication and someone to take the time to give you the full scope of what you’re dealing with.

    When your sewer stops up thats not a good thing. Help was just a phone call away, Scott was very understanding of our situation and came over that day to take care of it. His men were very courteous and worked quickly to get the job taken care of, cleaned up everything and we are back in service. My husband is a retired plumber and knows when work is done right. He was very satisfied. Scott also is going to come back and put a product in the lines to help with the roots in the lines so they do not have to be dug up. Appreciate his knowledge on how to handle this costly problem if we would have had to dug up the line.

    Had an issue with loose pipes in the crawl space. Not only is the issue completely fixed, but he took a screen shot of a pipe that is heavily rusted and gave me a quote on how much it will cost when I want to get it fixed.     Kurt always does a great job. Hes the one I ask for when I call in. I thought I had a frozen pipe last winter, but Kurt determined that it was a leaking drain line behind the kitchen wall. I had been leaving the faucet on a trickle because of the cold temps. Very happy with the repair job. I can always spot someone that takes pride in their work.

    Main water line broke coming into the house. We originally called Tiger Plumbing and they wanted to jack hammer up our concrete porch. We said no, so they suggested we call Inspector Plumber. The next morning they excavated a hole in the front yard and were able to pull out the broken main water line and replace it. The job was done by noon. They cleaned everything up and tried to make it look like it did before the incident. We were very impressed and our porch was not even touched. We paid as much as we expected it would cost. Tiger either did not know what they were doing or they tried to scam us. Either way, we are so glad they suggested we call Inspector Plumber. We will only use Inspector Plumber for our plumbing needs from now on.

    I cant recommend Inspector Plumber enough. They are a union shop, and their staff really know their stuff. Theyve been very helpful with a variety of plumbing issues and their employees are respectful when explaining what is happening and how it can be fixed.     Jeremy Cox from Inspector Plumber and his excavating team replaced my main sewer line. They started and finished in the window they estimated (8am to 4pm). Jeremy also held his end by meeting the amount he estimated for the job. I expected Jeremy would have his team doing the grunt work while he supervised, but i was incorrect on that. I was very impressed by how Jeremy was right there in the action whether it meant shoveling down in the ditch opened by the backhoe, glueing the pieces of pipe together, sawing apart and removing the old line or assisting in reclosing the fence they had to open to get the backhoe into my yard. Jeremy would climb out from the hole to get his next piece he needed and be sweating from head to toe and still have a smile on his face and in his voice. I am very pleased by the work Jeremy provided and loved his professionalism throughout the entire project.

    Very professional service. I would recommend and use them again without hesitation. I had them come out in the fall of 2021 for a line backing up in the basement that was tied to the washer. They arrived the same afternoon I called. Although, they couldnt locate my outside cleanout, they ended up snaking every line under the basement floor in an attempt to get up and out to the roots causing issues outside. They were successful and stuck to making it happen within 1 hr. to avoid more charges. A few weeks later, the water backed up again. They came back out free of charge (per their policy). The outside cleanout was located this time and I have been problem free since. No one wants to pay for a plumber, but all in all their prices are reasonable and they really strive to get service done within the first hour. Their employees are clean cut and all the staff is friendly. I also noted that they take extra little steps like wearing shoe coverings and even slip them over the equipment coming inside your home. My service man even tried to clean up the basement floor after his intense struggle fighting the snake and clog for a full hour . . . I told him to not worry about it, as I would just mop everything when he left, I was that appreciative. For those with in-home plumbing warranties, this company may not be on their list of providers, but you can request them and I recommend you do.
