    A friend recommended All Pro for a plumbing emergency. The tech, Eric, arrived at 9:00 pm and worked 3 hours, resolving the line. blockage from master bedroom to septic system and helping to clean up afterward. Knowledgeable, professional and personable.     Had a great experience with All Pro Plumbing last week! Called around 2 pm on a Friday afternoon and had a technician (Jeremiah) show up not even an hour later. Everyone from the receptionist who took my initial call to Jeremiah that came out was fantastic and professional. Thank you for your extremely quick response time and professional, yet personable employees.

    Amazing!!! When i first call to set up the appt, the receptionist was very nice and not judgemental when i was trying my best to explain the problem. John was very helpful. He explained to me everything he was doing to my toilet and washer. He showed me how to do a couple easy things to help my water supply to my washer. Extremely friendly too. He never got frustrated with any questions I had and having to reexplain how to clean out my lines to me because I didnt understand the first time. I would recommend this company any day of the week. If I need help again with any plumbing, I will call them again. šŸ˜€ Thank you for everything.

    Now I know why they cal it ā€œAll Pro Plumbingā€ā€¦b/c our plumber Bull is a REAL PRO!!! when we called with a plumbing problem (on a weekend but not an emergency) he answered immediately, he said heā€™d have the office call us first thing Monday morning to put us on the schedule and at 8 AM our phone rang! They scheduled us immediately for the work we were looking to have done (we were under time constraints due to the pending nature of a property that was under contract for sale). They end up sending Bull to do the work that every day and he was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and got the work done the right way the first time! This company was a realPleasure to deal with ESPECIALLY Bull! would unabashedly work with them again and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good plumbing company.

    All Pro Plumbing was the best! I had an underground water leak that could not be located. All Pro Plumbing came in, did the best they could trying to detect and locate the leak but were unable to do so. This was the 3rd leak detection company we called. They suggested re-piping the entire house as a possible solution. We did it, signed the contract, and it was done just as promised. Day one was the re-piping; they came in, 5 or 6 plumbers, each took a bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and attic. They ran all the pipes, hooked up everything, pressurized the system, and cleaned up all within 7 hours. Day two was the city inspection; Day three was the sheet rock repair. Finished on schedule and without any problems. The price was fantastic and fair. Happy as could be.

    My tech was great. He went to home depot to grab materials to complete the job. He threw in a free sediment trap. Unfortunately, it was installed upstream of the shutoff valve (which is backwards). I would use this company again, though. I would advise management to have some tutorial sessions with their techs on proper sediment trap placements.

    Eric, Chuck, Sebastian, Dee and Lorey are FANTASTIC!! Not only did Eric and Chuck literally walk me through a slab leak they repaired it at the most reasonable price I ever thought to be possible. Eric is an Angel, he talked and explained every single thing to me, spend over an hour explaining every option possible, Chuck walked me through what was going to happen during a repipe, Sebastian and Dee we absolutely fantastic, not only did they arrive on time, they cleaned up along the way basically leaving nothing for me to clean up, the repipe they did was phenomenal!! Lorey is a sweetheart to deal with as far a payment, permits, etc. This company and these employees are the most honest easy people you would ever meet, they hold your hand from start to finish and answer all your questions with no issues. They never once tried to up sale me anything. Hands down the best plumbing company in Orlando! They will be my forever plumbing company! Thank you so much for your phenomenal services!!!

    Called All Pro to replace a tub drain shoe and strainer and tie into the existing steel and cast iron in our older home. Ben came within two hours on a weekend and arrived at our home when we were out at the store. By the time we got home a few minutes later, he had done most of the work. He did outstanding work with speed, pointed out some additional work we should keep in mind down the line, was VERY fair on pricing, and was a pleasant, genuine person to meet.     Got a slab leak like I did? Call these guys to fix it. They know that getting water restored to the home is critical, so they get here fast and they fix it right. I chose them because my leak detection technician recommended them: they do a lot of these, they come right away, and they do it right. The only problem we had was that my remediation and clean-up guys removed the marking for where the leak was before the plumber got here. But the plumber - Michael J****n - called me right away, I got him in touch with the leak detection technician and they got the location pinpointed over the phone. Thanks to Michaels skill and experience with how plumbing is laid out under a home, getting to the leak only required a small hole in the floor. Best of all, the price seemed reasonable to me.

    There was pooled water on the side of our house, we called All Pro once we confirmed it wasnt our sprinkler system. Bull with All Pro called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly.     Called them on a Saturday night to explain the issue I had with my endstop needing to be replaced with a new. They were able to come the next day in morning to assist in replacing the endstop. Alex and Eric were awesome keeping my updated on their arrival time. The came in, I showed them the problem and throughout the process they were awesome and taught me what to look, where the problem actually was and how to prevent it since this was a small issue.This is my second time using their services. The first time was with a guy named Shane and he was just as awesome as well. He was a lifesaver and he was able to reconnect my toilet to the exist flange and install new bolts to bolt down the toilet again.Definitely recommend these guys here.

    These folks are awesome. They were very helpful in working with me and the warranty company 2-10 home buyers. Actually much more helpful than the warranty company itself. The had Fred come out in just a couple days to address a few issues we were having at the home. Fred was very nice and was considerate of me while I was working from home. He even happily moved his truck when a dump truck of woodchips came to the house! I mentioned an issue that missed the work orders but he was able to call up and verify the issue had been mentioned. It was my Pressure Relief Valve! Fred and all pro were even able to completely replace and fix my pressure which was way too high. Fred also diagnosed a larger issue that my warranty company doesnt cover but insurance does so Ill be able to get that fixed completely! Im very grateful for all pro and how they handled my situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone.     Woke up one morning to my apartment room carpet completely soaked. Three days spent of other plumbers coming and apartment maintenance not really doing anything. They determined it was a pipe in the ground. Eric from All Pro Plumbing was called in to inspect and he found a small leak in the wall right away (seriously within 5 minutes). Super professional and friendly and will answer any and all questions you have. Should i ever need plumbing help again Eric will be the one to call!!!!

    I highly recommend this company. From my experience with them they did what we hired them to do. With that being said this industry in which I choose to be apart of for many years is more complicated then what most consumers think, so many things can happen so quickly ruining schedules and so on.     I have used the All Pro Plumbing services on two occasions. The first time was a backed up toilet. They took care of that problem after another plumbing company (no names) couldnt get the job done. The second time was a water heater that needed to be removed, as the platform that it was sitting on was water damaged. They had to remove the unit and then come back and reconnect it, again done to perfection.

    I called All Pro Painting to put a tarp on my roof because I thought I had a roof leak. Josh came and found that I had a pipe leak in my attic not a roof leak. He was able to fit me in the same day that I called and saved me thousands of dollars in damage. I cant say enough about Josh and his team that helped me out.
