    Our plumber Edwin was timely and professional, and was able to swiftly diagnose the issue. Just as quickly as he was able to diagnose the issue, he had it repaired. Five star experience! As a bonus, I would like to call out the attention to cleanliness. He was very careful to ensure that the work area was clean, but also made sure to keep his feet clean by donning and doffing shoe protection as he entered and exited the home. For the office, I had a great experience in scheduling the appointment. I noticed the leak on a Sunday and had an appointment at 8AM on Tuesday. Thank you!

    Edwin Reyes and Joe Guilloty came to address a leak that required immediate attention. They quickly identified the cause and shared a plan to repair. After they were done, they noticed something was off with one of the toilets and discovered that the clean out valve was crushed. Immediately got approval for the repair and now I have a fully functional plumbing system

    After some initial issues with the original quote, Joe addressed and fixed the discrepancy. Chris was sent out to do the installation of our tankless water heater. I cant say enough about Chris. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. George, the service manager, came by to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. After a rocky start, Chris (Joe and George) made it worth it and delivered. I would HIGHLY recommend requesting Chris for any plumbing/electrical work. Technician Jullian Ayende provided the estimate and did the removal and installation at my home. Jullian is a knowledgeable, experienced plumber, focused on providing customer solutions, excellent customer service, following proven industry standards and practices. Jullian is a very personable, pleasant person, thoughtful, detailed and a customer advocate. Jullian did a great job with my whole house water and filtration system installation and I highly recommend seeking him for any of your plumbing needs. Mechanical One is a good company and Jullian is a great employee. If I owned such a company Id hire him and 100 clones of him.

    I had purchased a home over the summer and wanted to upgrade my thermostat. Saw that Mechanical One was the original installer for my HVAC unit so decided to give them a call.The HVAC Tech, Laz, came out to do the install. He was very professional, kind, and informative. He was able to upgrade the thermostat to my requested model pretty quickly and also took the additional time to answer questions and provide me some helpful information about keeping my HVAC unit in good condition.     The main line coming into my house had split at the PVC joint after my meter, leaving me with a high water bill and low water pressure. The city came out and told me it was up to me to get it fixed because it was on my side of the water line. I called Mechanical One and they sent out Juan right away to come and get me up and running. This happened in the span of an hour. Absolutely pleased with the level of service and professionalism they provided me with! Should anything else happen in the future, I know I can call them for my needs.

    Great work by the Mechanical One guys. Laz and Abby were on time, friendly and did great work. Needed a thermostat moved and they took care of it with no issue and did it quickly. Great job guys. Cheers!Had to use their service again, this time to check our A/C unit. Josh came out and checked the entire system, made some adjustment, and replaced the filters while he was at it. Super knowledgeable and courteous. These guys are tops.

    The response was fast to get this fixed. They also finished quickly. The service tech was Joseph Guilloty and he was friendly and made sure to put on booties to keep the floor clean.———Edit:Needed plumbers to come back again and Antonio Hall came this time. He is very friendly and resolved the issue very quickly and showed me a few things I can do myself as maintenance which was nice. Very happy with their service.

    I had a wonderful experience with Joseph Guilloty who came out to check to see if our house has a leak because our water bill has been threw the roof. He was scheduled to come between 8am - 12pm and arrived around 8:30am. Joseph was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He checked the water pressure of the house and our water box to diagnose where the leak might be. After confirming everything looked good, he noticed our grass was extremely wet and our irrigation box was filled with water, leading us to believe this is where our water issues are. Since this is handled by our HOA, there was nothing else Joseph could do at this time but it brings me peace of mind to know the leak isnt in the house. Thank you Joseph!
