    Yesterday Thursday October 16, 2024 I had a real emergency at my house. No water(Well System), No Ac, No Water Heater and the Stove not working what else I can ask right?? I try to fixed from my own but I not the expert and decide to call this Professional Company called Super Fast Electric. Folks the name is real theyre super super fast. I called around 3pm and I spoke with this knowledgeable lady called Beverly extremely super friendly, knows everything and works super fast. I asked please I need same day service and right away enter my information and at 5pm the Technician arrives. Mr. Carlos Rentas very professional, knows everything that I ask him, very detail person, super super friendly and gave different recommendations in order to improve my Electric Service in my house. Thank you very much Beverly and Carlos you save my life. Many Blessings to all the staff. Reliable company you can trust 100% without any inconveniences it all.

    I had Robert C. installing 4 ceiling fans and troubleshooting 3 of my living room outlets that were not working. One of the fans was broken once he opened the box. He was willing to wait for me to exchange the fan from Home Depot while he had his lunch. He went above and beyond to complete the work. I truly appreciate it.

I got grounding for the house installed, Home level Surge Protector, some simple wiring in the house, and rewiring of multiple outlets in the patio and everything went smoothly.     I needed to have a ceiling fan added, a ceiling fan changed and my lights in my kitchen updated, adding a much needed light for the stovetop. I also wanted to change the switches to smart switches. They were able to come out to give me a quote the next day and the work was started the day after that. It was “Super Fast” 🙂 Robert by electrician has a 5 star rating and I can see why. I also rate Robert a 5! I’m very pleased with the work that was done and have already scheduled another project! Highly recommend!

    We needed an electrician fast. I found this company on google and called because of their 5 star reviews. They did not disappoint. From my first encounter talking with Susan to set the service call, to the techs (Kevin and Joseph) who came out, they were amazing! They went through and checked the main points to make sure we were safe and there wasn’t any bad things going on that we weren’t aware of. They explained everything that they saw and recommended. They also never once pressured us to spend lots of money. We have an old house and need a rewriting in the future and they gave us a quote. But also four other quotes for things they recommend and one for the actual problem we called about. We could pick things in our budget or pick packages. We will always use them for any of our electrical needs and when we decide to do the rewiring! Great, honest company!! Thank you so much!***Follow up *** We had Joseph come out and complete the work we wanted and we still have nothing but absolute rave reviews for them. He was so professional, fast and friendly! After he was finished, he walked us around and explained everything he did and let us know what the problem was. You’re going to spend money. There is no way around that when it comes to your home. Electrical things for the most part are not cheap but you pay for what you get. They are by no means overpriced and for the quality of work you get, they are well worth the money.     Kevin was super professional and informative upon my electrical inspection at a 1930s home. He knew exactly what the existing safety issues in the house were and recommended various repairs. He provided three different quotes, with one including all electrical recommendations, and the other two excluding items that may not be as time-sensitive. The quotes were extremely detailed and reasonable for the professionalism, warrantee, and expertise Super Fast Electric offers. It was nice to also receive a text with Kevins photo and background ahead of time so that I knew exactly who was meeting me at the house. Super Fast Electric is an unmatched company and Kevin is a fantastic electrician!

    Work was done in May 2021Having lived in my home for several years and was seeing some issues with the lights flickering and acting up within my kitchen area which was worrisome, so I placed a call in for a review of my electrical wiring with SFE. A tech came out and he checked all the electrical outlets and gave me some good news but also found some flaws which needed correcting. He provided four different work suggestions, and I went with the first one which was repairing the issues of my main panel not being standardized and being very old. The office went about getting the proper permits needed which took a few weeks and then I received an email almost a week and a half beforehand stating the date which the technician would come in to do the work, time frame between 8 - 12pm. Early that morning, I already received a text stating that the technician would be arriving. He was knocking on my door by 8:10am. I left the garage open while he promptly went about getting the installation of a new 150amp main panel, new 60amp disconnect for AC surge protection, new grounding system and surge protection done. In the time he was working, I went to the library, visited my parents and around 3pm, I received a call that he was waiting on the Casselberry inspector to check on the work and that I could head back. By the time I made it home some 20 minutes after, it was all good to go. I walked through the house turning on all the switches and making sure everything that needed to power up worked fine. He gave me a break down of all the work done, emailed me the paperwork and pictures of the work plus provided me the documentation. Extremely professional every step of the way.

    I needed another outlet Added for a kitchenette. I saw that Superfast Electric allowed for online bookings, which I appreciated since it was a Sunday. Varick Harris, electrician, arrived at my house on time for the appointment, and was very professional, polite, and informative. He provided suggestions relating to the health of my electrical system, but did not pressure me into extra services. I appreciated knowing what will need attention in the future and can budget for it. Varick completed the work efficiently and showed me that the new outlet was working correctly before ending the appointment.     Had Kevin and Joseph out to our house today because we had a couple of lights flickering. When we called duke energy they came and told us we had a melted wire in our electrical panel and pulled our meter leaving us with no electricity. I was surprised they came so quickly after noting my concerns online about interruption in electricity and a burning smell. Kevin quickly diagnosed that our home was k irregular energy in phase A and B which was giving us too much power and not enough in other outlets. He informed me my energy company had to fix the issue on their end. Kevin was very helpful, wellknowledged and courteous.     Baylen came out (the same day I called!) to fix a homeowner oopsie for me, and while he was here I had him quote an EV charger installation and 4 new ceiling fans.He was able to come back out two days later to complete the EV charger and fan installs and he did a wonderful job on both, including rewiring my switches so I had separate switches for fan and light on each of the 4 fans.Baylen did a fantastic job on our charger, putting it exactly where we wanted it and making the install look as clean as possible. Likewise, our fans were installed just how we wanted them, and he was more than happy to install the smart switches we provided while he was at it.Super Fast Electric is a bit on the higher side price-wise, but not unreasonably so and they more than make up for it with their responsiveness and professionalism.My only complaint with Super Fast Electric (and this seems to be a trend across multiple reviews) is that they seem to push a whole-home surge protector regardless of what type of service you call them for. Whole-home surge protectors can be a valuable upgrade for your home, but the way it was presented felt like a disingenuous sales pitch. This is not a dig on Baylen at all - Im sure this is something theyre just required to do, and he was not pushy about it in the least.Overall, were very happy with the work Baylen and Super Fast Electric did, and they will be our first call for any future work.

    Kevin is a spectacular electrician who prioritizes safety and knowledge above all else. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will answer any questions that you have and gets the job done right the first time. He swapped out my dryer outlet and converted it from a 3 prong to a 4 prong and my new dryer works perfectly. Kevin also does a full inspection of your home to make sure there are no safety concerns. He checks for Co2 and smoke detectors, faulty outlets, improperly terminated lines, etc, as well as the overall health of your breaker and main power terminal.
