    Our annual inspection with Jake was very thorough and uncovered some issues with the humidifier on the furnace. We, also, discussed installation of booster fans to increase the heat and air flow to one end of our ranch home. A written quote was sent, which we approved after our questions were answered. A date was scheduled for the work to be completed. Jake was prompt, very knowledgeable, polite, respectful of our home and professional. He, also, instructed us on how to monitor and adjust our system. Jake did an excellent job and is to be commended!

    Jacob our technician was great he ran an exhaust vent for our stove and did a great job. He even cleaned our tankless hot water system ( we did not have that scheduled) while he worked on the vent. I forgot to mention that we thought we were just getting an estimate today but much to our surprise he was able to do the job today which made us very happy! We have had Jacob before and he is always in a good mood and is fun to talk too!

    The service tech ( Phil) was on time. He put down rugs on the floor to keep from tracking in dirt as he worked. He explained every step of the work being done. When the job was done Phil took the time to make sure I did not have any concerns or questions before he left. I will be call Whitcher again, when I need work done.

    Had our heat go out in the middle of the night and was able to text the phone number and get a response with an opening that day! Had tech Richard come out and he was able to fix our problem within a few minutes! I appreciate that he problem solved instead of just charging us for a new motor that would have tripled the cost! I will continue to use this company!

    The folks at Whitcher Plumbing & Heating are friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, prompt and understanding. In the midst of a very hot and humid week, my air conditioner quit working. It had taken a power surge from lightening, and it popped the breaker. I called at 8:00 AM and Jacob arrived at 11:30 AM. I am so grateful! Thank you, Shari, for your understanding when I called the office!!! I appreciate all of you!

Our A/C stopped working and they came out same day to troubleshoot.     Firstly they were here right on time, with shoe covers in hand. That means a great deal as I don’t want to be left scrubbing my floors afterwards.Once they were here they were kind, personable and introduced themselves then got right to work addressing the issue. They communicated thoroughly with me from start to finish. Were honest about their assessment and offered options with different price ranges for my problem. I really appreciate that as I don’t want to feel like I’m being over charged or taken advantage of. They left NO mess behind, were efficient and finished in a timely manner.     Last night at 12:15AM mind you, my sump pump went out. My basement was flooded with ankle deep water. I got a call back about 10 minutes (or less) after I left a voicemail to page the on call plumber. And that happened to be Jacob. He was kind, reassuring, and very patient with my midnight problems. We worked out a plan and decided to set an appointment for 10:00 am (Sunday) and within a half an hour Jacob was here, switched out my failing pump, made sure everything worked and was connected and running.Highly recommend Witcher for your all your plumbing needs. They are kind, courteous, professional, and extremely fairly priced. My emergency was fixed in less than 12 hours and was done with the utmost professionalism and care. Thank you, Jacob and Witcher for saving me the stress and worry of the century.We will be customers from here on out.You guys are incredible!

    I want to Thank you for your amazing service I called because we had no heat on New Year eve I was surprised that a person actually answered my call and advised that she would have a technician out today 20 minutes later your Technician knocked on my door he was very pleasant and very accommodating, even offered to put covers over his shoes, which wasn’t necessary, but appreciate the offer. He came down to the basement. Spent a few minutes looking at the furnace. Found the problem with it. Repaired the problem by cleaning. One of the sensors even showed me how to clean it myself for future reference reinstalled the sensor the furnace fired up and is working perfect thank you so much for getting us in and getting our problem taken care of so quickly and had a very reasonable price.     Growing up my father owned a Heating and Plumbing business and always emphasized quality work and professionalism. Woke up to a broken water heater on a Monday morning. Knowing it was 18 years old and it was probably time to replace it, I called Whitcher and Carlos came out and inspected the WH by 9:30. Gave me options and we decided to replace. By noon we had hot water again. Fast, knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned up better than what I left him. Price was reasonable. Do yourself a favor and call Whitcher if you need work. They will get the job done.

    We needed a water heater. They were at our house right away, ask for pictures of old one. When they got to our house we discussed different options. We decided to have a new one installed.They had one on the truck and installed it right then and there. This is 4th time we have used Whitcher Heating and Plumbing. New furnace, central air, washer & dryer moved from basement to up stairs. Had new outside faucet installed.Very professional, do excellent work. Prices are competitive.Would definitely use again.

    Our water heater went on the fritz and we needed help. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Lori who went above and beyond to help us get service quickly with calls back to let us know when to expect them to arrive.     I had problems with my furnace at the end of December. Whitcher came out and looked at it and told me I would need a new one. Mine was forty years old so it was time. Within the next week, I had a new furnace and air conditioner.Dena was the first person I spoke with. She was extremely friendly and efficient with getting my information to the right person and scheduling appointments for me. Andrew helped me with the financing, he was awesome. He was efficient, patient and timely due to me needing a new furnace quickly in the beginning of January. Nate was the technician that installed the unit. He was efficient, friendly and was very understanding with my helper of a golden retriever.Thank you for being so awesome! I recommend them for any needs you may have!

    There was some issue with scheduling/arrival as the appointment was scheduled for 8am and it took a phone call at 10:am to get that worked out.     Called this morning after leaving a text and submitting an online service request through their website; very patient with my stammering explanations of the issues (separate plumbing issue they will be looking at in a few days) and with my questions. Sent someone out same day to check A/C issue -- very courteous and friendly -- and, when the problem was not within their power to fix, made a recommendation and inspected my A/C just to be safe. Also went the extra mile in recommending electricians. Based on this experience, would definitely recommend!Edit to update after plumbing repair: Once again, great experience. Diagnosed and fixed quickly. Only downside at this point is that they dont do drywall repair, too! (Note: not a complaint, its not even in their name)

    Ive been using Whitcher Plumbing & Heating since 2007 for several properties. Cache and his technicians are professional knowledgeable and always excellent with communication. Ive had heat ducks installed, toilets installed, furnaces repaired and pex lines installed.What sets these guys apart are the personal touch and communication that they have with their customers. Back in 2007 it was Jody for several years now it is Sherri and she doesnt amazing job. She was able to correct our invoices and emailed the correction in a prompt manner. They go above and beyond there and have a great reputation and one of the county.I highly recommend them for both residential and commercial. Rare to find a contractor service business that has maintained a strong reputation for quality and care in Lenawee county for for this long. Im going on 15 years as a customer and always feel confident that they are prompt and courteous and will get the job done. 👍🏻👊🏻 highly recommend.

    Our garbage disposal didnt work starting last night, and that side if the sink didnt drain. Called Witcher and was told they couldnt schedule us until next week. Jacob has come out a couple times recently (and another time a couple years ago) and is always very pleasant, and always asks about our previous problems that hes fixed - making sure everything is still working well.     Whitcher Plumbing was professional from the time they answered my phone call until the technician left my property. I was greeted by friendly professionals on the phone who were able to send someone the same day to fix our leaking pipe. Jacob was very professional and showed up on time during the three hour window they gave me. I didnt have to wait around wondering when someone would come out. He was professional, wore booties over his shoes, wore a mask, and did a really wonderful, competent, job of repairing the pipe.     My water heater started to leak a lot .I was so worried about it and called Whitcher . The person that answered the phone was so helpful and kind.     Sump pump kept shorting out power to the garage -- so (get this! I called on THURSDAY and their plumbers were at my house on MONDAY at 8am. Replaced the sump pump and fixed another small item for me -- Carlos was very professional -- excellent text updates from the office, which I really appreciated. Both guys were kind to my dog who is trying to figure out if contractors in the house are dangerous or not -- she decided these guys were NOT dangerous. And you know, we trust a dogs judgement.     While I have said this elsewhere, I believe it best reflects my feelings about Whitcher Plumbing & Heating: We have been dealing with Whitcher for a number of years since our former Boiler man retired. And I can tell you that over these years, Mr. Whitcher and his crew have been the absolutely finest! I cannot think of a single area of their service that I have been in the least bit displeased. This month they did a full replacement of our Boiler (furnace), which was a real bear given how old the original boiler was, and Mr. Whitcher threw as many of his crew into the job as was needed to complete the installation in the pre-stated time frame! WHITCHER PLUMBING & HEATING is absolutely Excellent any way you look at it and I will recommend them to anyone without hesitation OR qualification; they are just plainly the BEST!!!

    I would highly recommend TJ and Whitcher Plumbing and Heating. We have used them for years and they are our go-to when we need something done. We are doing a remodel and needed a water heater installed as well as a lot of heating/duct work corrected. TJ came out to the house several times over a week to get all the work completed. He was always professional and courteous and went above and beyond to ensure the work was done well and looked great.     We called Witcher because we had a lot of water in our in our basement. It was the day before the holiday and I know they were busy but the woman on the phone said she would try to find someone who could come. She called back and said someone would be here. Fred Gilbert came and right away determined that the pipes from the kitchen were leaking. He said he could fix the pipes right then. He did a wonderful job installing new pipes leading from the kitchen drains. The old ones were actually worn through. The leak was between the floors so we couldnt see it from the kitchen. The new pipes and the whole job was so perfectly done. We have not had a drop of water since.

    Cant rate these guys high enough. Had them come out one time after a dripping faucet wouldnt stop after working on it myself and they root caused it to a plugged shower head and only charged me the analysis fee. Had them come out a second time to look at an upstairs bathroom and under the kitchen sink. Found the that kitchen needed a vent line added amd recommended gave me a contact for a pipe cleaning/inspection company that came out quickly and diagnosed that issue. Then called them on the phone over some water color issues and she gave me some things to try to address the issue and all them in a couple days if the issue remained.
