I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Greg is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly get my furnace back up and running. While he was working on fixing my furnace I asked if he also could take a look at my water heater that had been occasionally going out. He was able to diagnose and repair both appliances and even told me about an issue with the filter I had been using. The filter was causing too much restriction in my system potentially leading to overheating and lower efficiency. I subscribed to a maintenance service so Justice Pro Mechanical will reach out to me and schedule appointments in the future. Now I don’t have to worry about making sure to remember to make those appointments every year. Tabitha was also very friendly, she was able to get me an appointment on the same day my heat started acting up. I will be telling all my friends and family to contact them for services.

I can’t praise this company enough! Came home from work to a freezing house during -9 degree outside temps. My elderly mother with dementia lives with me & I own several parrots. I was in a panic on how to safely keep everyone warm. Not only were they able to come out the same evening, after some trouble shooting, it turned out to just be a faulty thermostat. Greg was referred to us by a friend in the real estate business. He is extremely knowledgable about HVAC, and was willing to come to the Detroit area from Adrian to work on our home, which is almost 100 years old. He finished a job that a previous contractor messed up and did not finish. It involved a lot of work: properly reinstalling a whole-house dehumidifier, fixing a humidifier, installing fresh air ducting to a furnace, insulating several runs, installing register and return fans upstairs, closing off a return in the basement, installing a new thermostat, fixing the wiring on an existing thermostat, replacing the ballast on a UV air purifier and more. The contrast between the previous contractor -- whose work was truly shoddy and who took months to do an unfinished job -- and Greg, was stark. He also went above and beyond. For example, he noticed that a roof vent needed to be tarred, so he brought some tar and took care of it. He supplied a filter for the dehumidifier. He brought paint and caulked and painted where necessary on the register work. And he cleaned an air conditioner that I should have taken care of myself but neglected. No hesitation recommending him. Thanks, Greg!
