    In 2015, I engaged the services of Riley & Sons Plumbers Co. to replace my private well pump and tank in Ada. I was thrilled with the exceptional job they did. Fast forward to the following year, I suddenly found myself without any water supply in my house. Although the pump was running, it wasnt pushing any water. I reached out to the same team who did the initial installation. True to form, Tracy came out and quickly identified the issue. She found out that the suction side of the pump had a faulty PVC piece with cracked threads and also that the discharge side PVC piece was loose. Both parts were promptly replaced, the pump was primed, and to my relief, my water supply was restored. When I attempted to settle the bill, Brayden informed me that it was all covered under warranty - no charge at all! I genuinely recommend Riley & Sons Plumbers Co. They are a reliable team that takes excellent care of their customers.

Bright and early on Monday, Tracy and her assistant showed up and got right to work. Watching them work, it was evident they were efficient and experienced with the right tools and knowledge. They installed the new system and completed the plumbing work flawlessly, replacing the old bulky systems with compact, efficient ones. Tracy was patient and answered all my questions, big and small. They even helped clean up the mess caused by the water damage from the failed heater and left my place cleaner than they found it. The office handled all the paperwork for the rebates, and within two days, I was able to enjoy warm showers again. Choosing a good plumbing contractor in Ada has been a challenge in recent years. But I can confidently say that Tracy, who learned the trade at a young age from her dad, is a reliable choice. Her dedication to her work was clear in how she expertly installed the new system. The invoice I received later did not indicate any additional charge for the sink cleaning nor the shower head repair, only the initial agreed amount. Brayden came out to our place in Ada this morning and did a jetting and camera inspection of our sewer line. After a whole year of issues with our old clay pipes, we braced ourselves for the news of a collapsed pipe, only to learn it was just roots and our pipes were actually in great shape!
