    Electrician just left (Dylan Byles) and we have WORKING electric again! He was able to troubleshoot our issue and quickly come to a solution on what needed to be done. He ran to get a few parts he needed and was swiftly back to get the job done. He was fast, efficient, and extremely professional and kind! After 4 months of being without electric to our building, we would have been happy with anyone who came to finally fix it… but Dylan was TOP NOTCH and so thankful that we called Hunters and that they sent out Dylan to fix us up! Thanks again Dylan and Hunters for getting to us so quickly! We will never hesitate to give you guys a call if we should need a great company again!

    Amazing team! Amazing customer service! Started with a service request and ended with a complete new HVAC system. Everyone from the first call to the last tech visit was prompt, professional and courteous. Jesus U. diagnosed our issue. Jorge S, after a site evaluation, reviewed our options for a new system answering all our many questions. Jacob M worked ALL day to install the inside and outside units. Before he left at 8p, he noticed a drain line problem and went back upstairs with no hesitation. Overnight the existing drain line had another issue, but Zack B was back first thing the next morning and fixed it pronto! We were so impressed with Hunter Super Techs that we enrolled in the maintenance program.

    I went home on a Sunday afternoon after working and found that my air conditioner wasn’t working. I called Hunter Super Techs and spoke to the answering service, they passed on the information to the office personnel, they called me back within 10 minutes. I received a message from Mateo and he was at my house literally 15 minutes later!! He was great. He found the issue and fixed it quickly. He was very friendly and professional. Awesome service.

    Honestly, the only place that would help in less than a days notice. Then I explained that I was still looking...they held my appointment, and were able to get there 4 hours earlier. Found the issue, was purely mechanical. Jamie I believe was his name..Didnt charge us for B.S. parts, he just fixed the AC. Only people Id call.

    Since we have multiple systems, Mateo has been here a couple of times. I was glad to see a tech I was already familiar with. It did not take him long to diagnose and fix the issue. He is always friendly and does not mind explaining the issue.

    Hunter Super Tech Mateo Gutierrez came to my house and diagnosed the issue with my AC unit very quickly and was able to clearly explain to me what broke. Once walking me through the repair plan he quickly swapped out the broken part and got my AC unit back to blowing cold air. Would recommend his service to anyone !

    Hunter Heating and Air did an excellent job of making the repairs to my air conditioner issues. The two repair men did not mind the rain and worked quickly and efficiently keeping me informed about the situation at all times. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and they had the parts so there was no delay to cool my home. The repair cost was much lower than I expected and being on a fixed income was greatly appreciated. Would recommend this company for any and all repairs

    No one likes spending a bunch of money especially on an unexpected expense. These guys were great! They were informative and personable. They made sure that I understood everything and that we were comfortable and safe. Extra extra kudos for them working on my old floor furnace! Most everyone else gave me a flat out no.     Mitchell Grinstead and a coworker came to hook up our kitchen sink as we got new countertops. He was able to install everything and even hooked it up more efficiently than what was previously there. Our countertop contractors were supposed to be finished with everything and were not and they had to work at the same time. I felt so bad and apologized profusely and Mitchell was very kind reassured me it was fine. I know it had to have made their job significantly more difficult but they didn’t say anything. I would highly recommend!

    We chose Hunter SuperTechs to install a ”whole home’ mini-split heat pump system. We also had to upgrade our electrical service to 200 amps to handle the system. And we are glad we did!Cole, Nick and Eddy installed the air handling systems while Mike, the electrician, upgraded the electrical service, They worked together extremely well and were able to overcome many challenges posed by a 75 year old ranch style house.After installing the system all components were tested, and Cole and Mike thoroughly covered all aspects off the electrical upgrades and all of the unique features of the mini-split system. They cleaned the work site and were extremely careful installing the interior air handlers.Overall, it was a great experience! From the initial consultation with Mike to the completion of the project, Hunter SuperTechs delivered!

    Here is your response: My technician A2-Adelmo De Leon Perez was absolutely “The Best” and most knowledgeable I’ve seen in the industry truly going above and beyond to not only ensure my HVAC system was working properly but also checked my home for other safety issues such as clean dryer vents and carbon monoxide safety check as well. Even recommended which replacement filters to purchase and suggested I look into purchasing surge protectors as well. I very much appreciate this level of high quality service.     I called looking for someone to fix my disabled father’s AC on a hot summer Sunday after it had been off all weekend. The lady that answered the phone was helpful and quickly got the service call to the on-call tech (on a Sunday). Within minutes I got a text that the tech (Jamon) was en route and within 30 minutes he has fixed the issue and had my dad’s house cooling. I’m thankful for their help!

    2nd timeThis is the second time weve used Hunter at our home. Different issue, not a revisit.Had a pinhole leak in the water pipe in the wall. Noticed a lot of bugs in the house and with the size of the leak, it has probably been there for months, about the time we noticed the bugs.Turned out to be a pin-hole sized leak on the pressurized side.Anyway, the guys that came out were professional and polite and clean.     Had a small issue with scheduling but that was a miscommunication issue. After I called to see what the problem was they corrected it and had a tech out here in 30 mins. It’s a 20 minute drive.     We had Mr. Townsend come out and do a rough inspection on our new build as we have had a few issues we felt a second opinion was needed for. He was able to show us all the things we need to get resolved with our new build. Some items we have to work with builder to repair but other items we will start getting done just as a preference so that we know the work is done right to avoid possible issues later down the road.

    Hunters installed a Lennox AC and all the duct work 10 years ago. I have had 2 maintenance calls in 10 years. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Even when you dont know what something is called. They can figure it out. They are quick to help you out. I will never use anyone else.
