    Needed to convert rangehood hardwire to an outlet. DSL is the only place out of 6 places i called that actually gave me a quote for the job. The owners son came as expected and was courteous to put boot covers indoors as it was snowing outside. The job was done quickly and expertly. The electrician installed and checked to make sure everything works before cleaning and leaving the site. There was some flakes leftover from the cutting but the majority of the debris was cleaned before i vacuumed the rest off. The charge was exactly the same as the quote and there was no unexpected fees (except for the 3% CC processing fee). Its nice to see that there are still places that try to be clean and professional that does a decent job no matter the work size.

    Called DSL to have an electrical panel upgraded. They were great to work with. They were very punctual, took care of everything with disconnecting power, and calling in for inspections. Not very often these days you find people that actually do what they say they’re going too! These guys are great, and would call them again in a minute for any electrical services that I needed!

    Daniel from DSL electric came to do some small jobs around my home today, and he was on time, quick, friendly and very efficient. He was easy to talk to about what I needed done and made me feel like no job was too small for him and his company. Overall I had 2 ceiling fans, 3 light fixtures and 2 outlets replaced in less than 2 hours, and for a very reasonable price! I will gladly use this company again and recommend them to anyone!

    Daniel was very professional and helpful. He came out within days of me calling him. I would have had to wait for weeks with some other companies I called. My outlets outside in the front and back of the house did not work. It was a very easy fix. Since it was a quick and easy fix Daniel did NOT charge me.     If you need any type of electrical work done you should definitely go through this company. The pricing is extremely fair and they are very nice people to work with. They came in to install a thermostat for my heated flooring. I called 3 other companies and DSL Electric was the only company who was comfortable doing it for me. They also came on the same day, literally two hours after I called. GREAT SERVICE.

Readily available insurance and certification backup upon request. Arrived Saturday morning prompt and had to reschedule due to no fault of his own. Was able to come next weekend and work was done in time promised. Good quality work. Will use in future when the need arises.

    Came quickly after calling due to our electrical panel having to be turned off because it was going bad. Worked fast and answered all our questions! Got the power back on within a few hours. Even updated the panel but didn’t try to overcharge us for unnecessary things! Also checked the dryer plus that we Thought was questionable but fixed the problem through the panel replacement. Wonderful work!

    After a week and a 1/2 of dealing with other people and high estimates I finally got ahold of DSL electric he came out that day and gave me a great estimate to fix what I needed, which was the outside power meter and powerbox outside needed an upgrade and ran up to the wire that goes to the power pole outside.He was there the very next day in the morning to make sure it got done he then when he went to get the permit at the city office got them to come out that night and do their final inspection, which was 3 oclock on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. He did that so that I could get power back onto my house tonight he went above and beyond he is very good at what he does and hes awesome all around and I would highly recommend him to anybody that needs electrical work done to their house anywhere anytime.

    I called DSL electric and had an issue with a GFI connection in my basement. The gentlemen I spoke to advised that the likely cause was having Christmas lights plugged in outside and condensation getting into the outlets. That was indeed the issue. Instead of charging me a service call fee and coming out they let me know the likely issue over the phone. I would say a very honest business. Any issues in the future I will remember them.

    DSL will sell you what you NEED, at a reasonable price!A 200 year old oak tree took out the power at my 88 year-old mother’s home. Cobb County requires electrical upgrades when the main line has been damaged. I got three different electrical estimates and was sold a bill of goods from two of the companies. You can call Cobb County and discuss this process. I was told by a county representative that they are very annoyed with electricians who are benefitting from this scenario. One electrician told me that if I called Cobb County they probably wouldn’t tell me anything about code because they were afraid owners would try to pull the electrical lines themselves and then get the work approved. THIS IS NOT TRUE! Cobb County was very helpful when I called!The first electrical estimate was a “big box” company listed on Dale Cardwell’s “Trust Dale”. I had actually used them years ago. They quoted the job almost 100% higher than what I paid DSL and they included a bunch of electrical “necessary upgrades” that I didn’t need. The second company was approximately $2000 higher and they did the same thing! Don’t be fooled into paying higher prices with fast talking sales-oriented electricians! One company told me that the “big box” sales models are commission based. The last thing I want is a commission-based electrician!!Daniel will under-sell and out-perform. He won’t promise the power will be restored immediately, unless he can 100% deliver. His prices are far more reasonable and the work was done quickly and steadily and passed inspection on the first try. You won’t get a flashy sales presentation…. just good work for a good price.If you’re skeptical about internet reviews and you want more details about DSL and the process I went through, ask Daniel to give you my telephone number. I’m sick and tired of people trying to take advantage of folks in their time of need!

    I cannot express how much I appreciate Dan at DSL Electric. I woke up New Years Day to most of my home’s electricity not working. Turns out that my main panel began melting down over night. After getting a quote from another company, and almost having a heart attack over it, Dan was able to do the work at a MUCH more reasonable price. He kept me calm. He explained everything and got me back into my home as quickly as could be managed. Beyond being a good electrician, Dan is a decent human being which is becoming rather rare in the world today. I would not hesitate to recommend DSL Electric.
