    I did a quick Google search for a late night emergency plumber i called Kyle he came right out fixed my main sewer line. He is very knowledgeable and professional! We chatted for a bit and decided to install a garbage disposal. He came out the next day got it installed very quickly. Definitely would recommend.

    After not receiving a return call back from others, KBC answered, on a Saturday, and I was able to make an appt for Monday morning (as I was unavailable the rest of the weekend).He texted me, 15 minutes before arrival time letting me know he was running approximately 45 minutes behind schedule as the current job was taking a littler longer than expected. He even texted me letting me know he would arrive in 7 minutes when he was enroute. I was very impressed with the level of communication.The sink was not draining, he snaked it and cleared the clog.Kyle was professional, answered all my questions, and even instructed me on maintenance to prevent clogs in the future. The job was appropriately priced as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will definitely call in the future if needed.FYI….he arrived in a car, which was a little suspect, as most have a work truck, which he does have and uses for larger jobs, so PLEASE do not let this deter you from using his services.

    Our office had an emergency water main problem. I called several companies. Kyle was one of the only ones who answered my call. He gave me recommendations on what to do, but he couldnt make it out here because he had a full schedule. When I called him back about advise because of what another company said he was kind enough to make time to come see our problem. Kyle came, cleaned out the pipe and put a snake with a camera on it to see what the problem was. After he explained the problem and what needed to be done, he unfortunately didnt have time in his schedule to get to me quickly. BUT....Kyle has a big heart, he made time in his schedule to be able to come do the repair. Id also like to add, we had the city out to check to see if it was clogged on their side (but of course it was not) the city sewer maintenance supervisor said..and I quote...this guy is very knowledgeable, more so than the other plumber you had here.I highly recommend Kyle and KBC Drain Cleaning. Kyle came out to my house the day I called and unclogged my outdoor PVC drain, which drains from my gutters , going under patio pavers, and into my grass drain emitter.     KBC Drain Cleaning recently came out to our home when we discovered our toilet was gurgling, our drain was slow going out of our home, and my own attempts to resolve these issues were going no where. I contacted this company late in the evening and they were here early the next morning. Kyle used a drain clearing device and was able to remove root and debris from inside of our sewer line. We also decided to utilize his camera service to identify the condition of the pipe. This was a great move because the pipe was cracked in two locations that was visible on the camera. Because of his vast knowledge and experience he was able to suggest a plan to fix and correct the issue in a very professional, fast and reasonable manner. During the repair he paid very close attention to the pitch of the pipe and properly filled and packed under the pipe for proper support. The end result was incredible as the sewer line now allows all water lines to flush out of the house quickly and freely. I would highly recommend this company for your drain cleaning and maintenance needs.

    We recently had an emergent drain situation, when a DIY went wrong. The drain cleaning snake we had rented became lodged in our outside sewer line and would not budge. A close friend recommended KBC Drain Cleaning & Maintenance. It was late on a rainy Friday afternoon. Not only, did Kyle respond to our call promptly, but he was at our home in less than an hour!
