    Giovanni answered my call right away and was so helpful over the phone. He walked me through instructions to unclog my toilet on the phone first and when it still wasn’t working he sent Kyle to fix it. Kyle was at my house within 25 minutes and I had a fixed toilet 2 mins later! Amazing service, so professional and efficient. Will definitely be using them moving forward for any issues!

    Giovanni went above and beyond to get our job done. He arrived when he said he would and was determined to get the job done right. What should have taken about 1 hour to 1 hour& a 1/2 took 5 hours. He ended up having to cut and replace all the pipe under my kitchen sink. He was patient and set me up for future success if I have this problem again. You dont find people who say what they mean & mean what they say like him anymore. I wont hesitate to call him again if I have to. Class act!

    Our drain line clogged on a Saturday night and we called Giovanni for help. He was able to determine via phone that it was the township responsibility and gave us instructions on how to contact them. He followed up the next day to ensure that all was well.     We had a broken pipe and valve in our house. Giovanni came over our house and fixed our problem in a timely fashion. He even went up to our attic and changed our air conditioning filter for us. He is very thoughtful, professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions as he is very knowledgeable. He is reasonably priced.     I had a clogged toilet , and after a weeks battle plunging and snaking, I broke down and called Giovanni, he asked me to try a method I hadn’t yet tried. After walking me through it verbally, he immediately sent me a video. I tried it and had my throne working I less than 1 minute. This is the exact kind of service I expect when choosing a local contractor, rather than an overpriced big name contractor. Rather than charge me for an unnecessary service visit he instead offered me a quick and easy remedy. I will always recommend Florida drain service to anybody in need of plumbing, and he is now locked in as my go to contractor.     Wow . What can i say about giovanni .A real stand up guy .Instead of getting brand new vanity and sink he found a round sink option that saved me about $500.He also saved me on labor .I thought labor was going to cost me $500 and he charged half of what i expected .Also the installed some really good quality sinks and faucets ..Really sharp.I finally found the best plumber in galloway

    I live in South Carolina. My Aunt who resides in New Jersey informed me she had a sink clog. I looked up local plumbers who handle cleaning drains on Google. I found Florida Avenue, and they immediately handled my Aunt’s kitchen drain problem. On top of that, once they learned she was battling cancer, they didn’t even charge her. Good hearted people is hard to find. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

    Had a sewer back up in my house. Before he would come out to house, Giovanni suggested I call the city to have them come out and check their part of the sewer line. I called and they came out this morning and located a giant root ball under the manhole cover in the street. Said that should tco the issues. Giovanni even called me back after I explained what they told me to make sure I didn’t have problems. I am so grateful for his honesty.     I called in for Plumbing service as my main drain was clogged. After explaining the problem the owner advised me to contact the city first and if they denied then to contact him. So I contacted the township and they fixed the problem. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism this owner and plumber has. He just saved me couple of hundreds $$.     Florida Avenue Drain Cleaning was the best experience I have ever had with anyone doing work to my house. Giovanni was very honest and upfront. He first told me what to do myself to try and get my clogged drain fixed to save me some money. I tired and and it didnt work. No other plumber was this helpful or even told me that I could have just done it myself. When I wasnt able to do it, I call Giovanni back and showed within a fee hours, on a SAT! His rates were less then half what anyone else quoted me and work was fast, clean and neat. He will be future go to guy for any work I need around the house. The most honest person I met in the trade. I will recommend 100% to friends and family and anyone else needed any work. Dont get ripped off going elsewhere.

    Excellent service. I had a clogged toilet and had texted the owner, Giovanni, for a quote to come out. He gave me a quote but before he came out he gave me suggestions on how to unclog the toilet myself. He even followed up with me at 9pm at night. I was unable to fix the problem myself so Giovanni came out on Saturday with no extra charge. He quickly unclogged the toilet. He told me the toilet ( which is probably 20 years old) had a worn out flapper inside the tank. He advised replacing it but he could tell that I was clueless as far as how to replace it. So he went to ACE hardware for the part , replaced the wornout part and charged me less than the part cost for doing it. Giovanni was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend him.

    Giovanni was EXCELLENT and VERY determined to get my STUBBORNLY-clogged kitchen sink flowing again this evening. He was patient, and dogged in his determination, and he was resourceful to problem solve it from underneath the house (working backward up the line). He was wise to replace my trap and charged me appropriately for the parts he ran out to get at the hardware store. And for 2.5hrs of hard work (tolerating spiders & cobwebs in the crawl space), he FINALLY got that stubborn block blown out.AND he gave me great advice for monthly maintenance as well as blowing out all my lines in springtime (I SAW the gunk that came out, and it needs to be done for good maintenance). I’ll DEFINITELY hire Giovanni to do the blow-out, and I think I’d even trust him to do his work here if I wasn’t home. Grazie molto, Giovanni!!

    After moving into our new (older) home in Galloway, we discovered our main septic drain was backed up. I attempted to clear the problem on my own with a 50 manual drain snake. After trying for several hours and not solving the problem, I rented an electric powered drain augur...I worked on it for 3 hours and still couldnt clear the issue.I called Giovanni at Florida Avenue Drain Clearing yesterday and he was at my door within a couple of hours. After doing a visual inspection of my septic clean out vents in our yard and plumbing system in the basement, he went to work and soon had the drain cleared and water flowing into the septic tank.While he was at our home, he also addressed several leaks in our plumbing and made the repairs. I feel that I got excellent service and it was a great value for the price I was charged. I will definitely be calling Giovanni back for future renovations to our bathroom and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

    Called them with an issue of a leaking kitchen faucet/sink. The owner scheduled his technician to come out the next morning. The issue was diagnosed to old worn sprayer. The tech had a new Gucci (as in nice new) faucet on-hand that was used to replace the old faucet and sprayer. I really appreciate their ability to fit my issue into their schedule and correct the problem. I definitely will be giving them a call in the future for plumbing needs.
