Fast, friendly, professional service. My system was 20 years old and was very inefficient. I purchased a new 15.2 seer 3 ton system. The price was very fair. The installation went very smooth. We are now super comfortable and saving a bit over 40% in electrical cost. The system is very quick to cool and is so much quieter. They actually follow up to make darn sure your happy after the sale.

They are now my electrical go-to guys!!

Wow this is one responsive AC service company. I filled out a web service request at 5:30AM with a compressor that had stopped working. By 9AM the technician had been to my house, back to Abilene for parts and had it back up and running again. Great service and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.Had Jace come out and fix a blower fan and motor that was going out. He worked hard to find parts and get them installed as soon as possible in 105+ heat. Great service!!! You wont find harder workers than these guys.

We contacted Olympus to install mini split in MIL area we will be moving my mom in to live. She was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s so it was so important for me to make her space comfortable and safe. They knew we needed done quickly - we had a quote and installation all completed within 24 hours! Every encounter from the office to install was professional and friendly. They were very strait forward and fair priced based on multiple quotes we received. Highly recommended! Thank you for assisting us in creating a place to honor and care for my mom!

I was told by another service that I needed a new air conditioner after the cold spell that I had a leek.gave me a estimate for thousands of dollars.Decided to get second opinion after using the other one for years always trusted them.They came out checked it out and explained what happened during the freeze and turned on my heater and it’s been running great since also told me when it got hotter to call them and they would come clean my water pump unit to make sure it was working good so far my air conditioner is working fine but will call them back when it get hotter.They saved me around $15,000.00.They were so nice and professional.I highly recommend them.Thank y’all so muchMelinda

Olympus Electric and Air has been a great company for our family. The first time we used them was the night before my youngest daughter was born in 2019. We were having an electrical spark coming from the light in the closet. Because the wiring is so old, I really don’t like messing with it. I called 5 other electricians in Abilene, none of them could make it out for 2+ weeks. Olympus, realizing we were about to have a baby in that room, came out about 30 minutes later, after hours and took care of the issue. They have since installed a second HVAC system for our home and been out numerous times for electrical issues. We highly recommend them. They are fast, efficient, clean, reliable and professional. If you’re not using them, you should be!!!

Our capacitor on our AC went out and my husband was out of town for work and couldn’t fix it himself , so I called many different Air and HVAC companies. This was the only company that was responsive, kind, and was able to come out fast (this happened on a Sunday and they were here next morning).PROS: Great communication! I appreciated very much their ability to quickly respond and keep me informed. The AC repair guy they sent was courteous, punctual, and very professional.CONS: I was charged $225 for a $20 capacitor. I don’t mind the service charge but charging someone 1000% more for a part is criminal (please keep in mind that this company were in fact the cheapest to go through. Others were charging $600 for a $20 part).We have since ordered a few capacitors ( three capacitors for under $60) to keep on hand for next time this happens. Again, I really liked this company and this would be the only company I’d recommend considering what else is available; with that said, we’re all out here struggling to afford food and pay bills, so charging someone 1000% more for a product is borderline theft. This is a 10-15 job at most. Anyone can buy the capacitor for several dollars online.

Our a/c went out on a Sunday night- they came out the next morning and got our repairs under way. They kept us posted all along and completed the work as quickly as they could. This was our latest experience with Olympus and as before we are so pleased with the quality and professionalism. Definitely recommend!

Giving 5 stars for their response time and manner, communication, and the job that was done, everything looks good and works as it should. I have been working with Olympus for almost a year now. They have been an absolute God send and a pleasure to do business with! I cant recommend them enough. Back story* I am responsible for quite a few rental properties and a/c was always such a headache because I could not find anyone reliable. Believe me I did the leg work and it was a nightmare. Since we have started working together, my tenants stay happy and comfortable and my stress level at work has greatly diminished. They are always available when needed. Excellent customer service. These guys are legit. Called Nick on a Saturday about an electrical issue with my A/C unit and he was able to come out later that afternoon and take a look. After working with my landlord to discuss options, Nick and his crew were out ASAP and got my entire unit replaced. His crew was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took the extra time to make sure the unit was installed correctly; this was reflected in the care they took to not only install the unit, but tie things together, seal compartments, and make sure everything was properly in its place. Not surprised to see the amount of 5 star reviews for this company, but was so impressed with Danjel and Danny I had to add my own. I had them wire up my outdoor kitchen and hot tub. They came in under half of my original bid, and came out late to ensure my kitchen was ready to go. Extremely professional and a great group of guys that are easy to talk to who shoot you straight answers. If you are in Abilene or the surrounding area save yourself the hassle of getting multiple bids, and just call these guys first. Olympus Electric and Air is my new go to place for ALL my HVAC needs! These guys are excellent at what they do. My air conditioning went out last night, but I didnt notice it until this morning. I knew if I didnt find help fast, my house would become an oven by afternoon, especially with the summer heat and the suffocating humidity weve had lately. After running a few tests, we realized that the thermostat wasnt communicating with the central A/C unit and we couldnt turn it on. I also found out around 4:45 p.m. that the company I originally called wouldnt be able to make it to my house to figure out the problem until the NEXT day (by this point, my house had become a hot, humid sauna...it was pretty miserable). So I did some research and wrote down the names and numbers of every HVAC contractor in Abilene that was open 24-hours a day. Then I looked over the Google Reviews for each company and ended up choosing to call Olympus Electric and Air, since they had 95 reviews that all gave them perfect 5-star ratings. I didnt see one complaint in there, which was impressive! I had also reviewed their website, which was extremely informative and I could see that they prided themselves with striving for excellent customer service and satisfaction. They were at my house within 2 hours and they went straight to work. Within 5 minutes they had my air conditioner running! They had found a fuse that had shorted-out and repaired it, which was the reason we couldnt turn the unit on with the thermostat. We had bought a new thermostat earlier that day, just in case it needed to be replaced (it didnt NEED to be replaced, but we did anyway since it was a Smart Thermostat and had more features). We asked the HVAC guys how much theyd charge to install it and they were nice enough to do it free of charge. Their service call price was very reasonable and their work ethic was top-notch! I read on their website that if they dont respond to your request for a service call within 48 hours, theyll waive the Service Call fee altogether! Ive never heard of any HVAC contractors/companies offering such an awesome guarantee before! They were in and out within 20 minutes and fixed my A/C problem in less than 5 minutes. They looked over everything to make sure there werent any other pending issues that could come up in the future and then left. It was a smooth, very fast, professional job and I will stictly use them in the future for all HVAC repairs and maintenance in my home. If you choose these guys, you will be 100% happy with their work, as well. I absolutely recommend Olympus Electric and Air if you need repairs on you air conditioning and heating. Thanks to Danjel my problem was solved fast and easy. My outside outlets all stopped working. With all the Christmas lights I put up, this was a big problem. I looked for the cause, but all the breakers were in the on position and I couldnt find a GFCI that worked on those. I called Olympus and Danjel (cool name) responded. He was courteous and he responded quickly. He came in and checked my breakers and outlets, found that was all good to go there, then with Danjels help we found the tripped GFCI outlet. Turns out one of the master bath outlets, that I dont use, was tripped. Thought I checked them all, but of course, not that one. LOL! Thanks Olympus for the help!
