We called Kingdom to replace a ceiling fan. An appointment was quickly established and the tech appeared on time. He did a superb job removing the old fan, assembling and installing the new one with great proficiency. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Scott is a legend. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He troubleshooted our electrical problems and presented us with options before proceeding with the work. He communicated well and we were extremely pleased with his work. The bill was fairly priced. We will only be using kingdom and Scott as they are people we can trust. This is the second time we have had Kingdom come out for round 2 of our electrical projects. They were already knowledgeable about what needed to be complete but obviously we took a stroll around the property. They didn’t hesitate to ask questions during the process to make sure we were satisfied. Great company. Also, when you call, you get a PERSON not a phone tree:)

Everett helped us with a project that involved coordinating with several other services (countertops, plumbing) and was extremely adaptable and professional. He was patient and helpful in our decision making for where to place outlets and lighting fixtures, and took time in answering all of our questions. Through the process of updating our breaker boxes and bringing our house up to code and upgrading everything I dealt with 3 different employees of Kingdom Electric. I was very happy with all 3 guys that I met. All were polite, cool dudes and very knowledgeable about my project. They showed up on time and knocked my job out rather quickly and I was really impressed with the work. It was neat, tidy and well organized. I would definitely use Kingdom again in the future.

Very responsive to initial call. The process and cost of upgrading my breaker box was well explained. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I think Im waiting for the City of Abilene to contact me and come over to inspect... It would be nice to know when I can expect the next step in the process to happen.

Exceptional service. I wish I had the option to give a MILLION stars. I have been recommending Kingdom to my clients for years, and recently used them to replace a panel on my personal residence. They explained the process clearly from the very beginning, so I knew exactly what to expect. They have never let myself or my clients down. Every single professional who works for this company is on their A-game at all times. I have seen multiple instances where more than one electrician provided quotes for a service, and Kingdom was the most reasonably priced. Our home warranty company hooked us up with Kingdom Electric and they came out as soon as they could. They called before arrival and were on time. The two men who came to the house were so nice and they solved our problem very quickly while educating us on how to remedy the same issue in the future if the same circuit gets tripped.

My friends Mom called them(an elderly lady)Lost electricity when the electric company told her it was her box outside.She wasnt worried thought the electric company would fix it.They explained no you need an electrician.She started to cry cause she had no extra money to fix it.She lives off $773 SSthe ELECTRICITY man gave her a 100 bill his act of kindness still has her crying as she remembers that day..SHE had no idea who to call she said she opened the phone book and Kingdom just stood out so she called them she had lil money(from the electric man) she was upset and very hot when they arrived they fixed her electric problem KINGDOM ELECTRIC DID NOT CHARGE HER A DIME! She told Kingdom the (electric man)gave me 100 bill to pay I must give it to you.Kigdom Electric Company refused the money told her to keep it go out to eat spend it on herself. Like they KNEW she needed HELP in the worst way Cant wait to use Kingdom electric to install a new ceiling fan.I will use them always for any and all electrical needs!They have a heart of gold!

We bought a remodeled home last year and have been having electrical issues in our master bedroom since we bought the house. Kingdom Electric has been more than helpful and accommodating with trying to resolve the problem (the previous owners did a lot of DIY remodeling and left us unknown issues with the power in the remodeled master bedroom, among other things). Both times they have been out the electricians have been very professional and polite, and we greatly appreciate the effort in their service to us!

Called Kingdom electric at 12:45 pm on Wednesday 11-8-2018. Informed Mike of my issue after assessing my tenants call in of electricity out in most of home. Kitchen was part of that issue. Tenant was stressed since may lose her food in fridge. Mike called Russell and staff to come over to assess. They arrived at property a little after 1:00 pm. Lightening speed and was surprised so fast. Russell went inside and told him had turned off breakers 3 times already. So checked breaker boxes and noticed home wasnt getting full load so he called AEP whom services power lines and grid and James with AEP arrived about 30 minutes and assessed situation with Kingdoms assistance and determined AEP main service line to home was burned at service pole in alley a house away. James with AEP rolled out about 150 foot of new overhead service line and cable to home and around 2:30 pm power was 100% and my tenant and myself were extremely pleased to say the least. If not for Kingdom, Mike, Russell and staff team coming out then would not have gotten AEP out so fast since they assessed and insured AEP it was on their end. I hardly ever take time for reviews but these guys deserve it. They may get so busy in the future and cant match this service call experience but Ive been leasing out properties since 1984 and this was right up there at the top of plumbers, hvac and electric calls combined.
