It was great working with Brian from Window World to replace our entryway door. He was quick to respond, patient, and very professional. Our door arrived a few weeks earlier than expected, and the window world team offered to install it that same day, which I thought was excellent customer service and very accommodating! The installation crew arrived promptly as scheduled, worked efficiently, and were very professional as well. We love the new front door. Great quality product and more importantly, great customer service throughout the process of placing the order/shipment/delivery/install.

I have used Window World of the pines myself and recommended them to family members and friends.As a homebuilder, I have Worked with many window companies in the past.I only have this to say, if you need replacement windows and doors, there is no better than these guys.Bruce helped me with windows selection on the sales side, and Brian from the main office has always been courteous to respond and get people here on time.I would recommend nobody else if you have a need for Replacement windows and doors.Thanks guys, the next Referal is just around the corner.This time, I referred myself!

We went in looking for windows and a few other things we were needing and the owners and staff are AMAZING and so friendly. They showed us what they have in stock, what could get ordered, they were so upfront and honest with no hidden agenda. The workers that came to our home for installing were so friendly and great to work with. 10/10 would do business with them again.I have referred my parents to them and they are currently helping them plan their Carolina room.

I am so happy this location opened! It is an excellent addition to the Moore county area!The owners are so incredible. This location is family owned! We went in to look at a new front door and I was pleasantly reminded of what shopping used to be like before Covid! Competitive pricing, excellent products, and outstanding customer service. We will be purchasing many many more products from this location!
