    The Legacy Lakes HOA Board, which I was the Chairman at that time, in Aberdeen, NC, hired PCS to update the clubhouse parking lot. The job included cleaning the parking lot completely which included removing dirt and weeds, then filling the cracks, sealing the asphalt, and painting the parking space lines, cross walks and directional arrows.They completed the job on time, were professional, left the area better than they found it, and did it all within budget as quoted. The cost was 10% less than the lowest quote from 3 other contractors.Thank you Chad Taylor and staff for a job well done.

    We started working with PCS Summer of 2022 when we needed an estimate to include in our budget for 2023. Quick turnaround on the estimate and it was honored 8 months later when it was time to do the work. The work crew was professional, friendly and provided accurate answers to our questions.     We hired Pro Contracting to clean the exterior of our school. They did an amazing job! It was a big undertaking and the guys worked for days to get the school ready for the first day.     From an association management perspective, Ive had wonderful experiences with Chad at Pro Contracting since I first started using his company. The response times between the initial contact, proposal, and job completion are phenomenal and all of the jobs are satisfactorily completed. Additionally, on the preventive services, hes always on top of it and calling me to get these scheduled in advance so that our homeowners are notified with as much notice as possible. The pricing is competitive and fair and they always stand behind their work.

    We contacted Chad and Pro Contracting Services about cleaning out our gutters. Most businesses require you to agree to a contract, or charge you a significant amount for their service. Chad not only gave us the best price in the Sandhills area, but also had a crew out here to knock our job out the next day! The crew that showed up was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend PCS and will certainly be using them for future projects around our home.

    We had a huge pothole on our driveway. PCS Pavement was quick to call us to schedule a time to look at it, quick to get to our house, and quick to finish the job. I wish we could’ve done the entire driveway, but the part they did looks great.

    Pro Contracting Services did a super job on my 200 + foot driveway and parking area. They filled in the all the cracks and did a beautiful job seal-coating. Chad firmly stands behind his work. When the work was completed, it was bright and shinny outside with absolutely no rain in the forecast. An unexpected storm rolled in, washing away some of the seal coating in a few shady spots that had not yet fully dried. Called Chad and he personally came out and looked at those areas. Had his guys out the next morning to fix those areas. They did a terrific job blending the coating where you cant tell where the washed away areas were from the rest of the driveway. Five Stars and highly recommend Pro contracting services for all your asphalt and seal coating.

Several lackluster experiences with other paving contractors had me call PCS, and I couldnt have been more thrilled. They were able to find a slot to squeeze me in ASAP and they did an excellent job. They werent wildly overpriced like some of the others I used, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations!

My interactions have been with the owner Chad and his Crew Manager, Ray. Together, they helped me bring a large residential property in historic Pinehurst back up to par. Ray did an exceptional job at communicating and following up on every detail. They want to work, they show up when they are scheduled and it will be my pleasure to give them as much continued business as possible. I have a big asphalt project to tackle next fiscal year and I 100% feel more confident knowing it will be in skilled hands.     The two gentlemen who came out were so knowledgeable and guided us through the process of every service before they began.     PCS did an amazing job on my home, deck and driveway . I was able to deal with and speak to the owner Chad at all times to communicate my needs. No toxic chemicals, my house is 3 story so very tall, and he managed to get it done before my in-laws were scheduled to visit! Not only was the job done extremely well for a very fair price, but Chad promised $20 per referral. I referred 3 neighbors who were also very satisfied and he gave me a check for $60 and a hand written thank you letter the next week. I would give 6 stars if I could.
