    I want to give a major shout out to Elite Roofing! I needed a new roof on my house and they knocked the job out in one day. This included removing the old roof, replacing rotten sections of wood they came across, installing the new roof and cleaning up. This is pretty impressive considering the size of the roof. They covered all of the bushes around the house and protected all of the windows. They were professional, efficient and simply just awesome. The entire process, from the quote to clean up, went way better than I could have imagined and I am truly appreciative for such great work. I would definitely recommend Elite Roofing to anyone who has a roofing need.

    Can’t say enough wonderful things about Tony, Margaret and the hard workers at Elite! They rock! My materials were delivered in days (thank you Margaret and Tony for helping me pick out a color that I loved and was in stock!), and they had to wait on me for the install! My neighbors were even happy because the guys started early one morning and were done by lunch! Very very happy! Love to do business with people who enjoy working with repeat Moore County customers!     Phenomenal customer service, professional work and great follow up. Our preliminary consultation with Tony Sr. was thorough and painless. With our entire roof being replaced, we were impressed by the speed of the crew working on our house.We did run into a small problem with our vinyl siding not being put back correctly after the job was done. We addressed this in an email and we heard back from them the next business day. They sent out a follow up crew to come and repair the siding.Would definitely recommend this company for any roof repair or replacement.

    Antonios crew was in a word AMAZING.They arrived right on time with a crew of about 20. It was like a swarm of worker bees, they went right to work, removed our old roof, replaced with new in about 8 hrs. When they left, you could not tell they had been there. The price was very competitive and they have a nice showroom where you can go to select the perfect shingle and color. Tony was great there. HIGHLY recommend.

    Elite roofing is the best! Dont even think about using anyone else. Very professional, from the senior owner (who helped me pick out the best shingles and color for my house - left to my own it would not have been as good), to office staff, and all workers. My roof was quite large and peaked. They showed up start day with a swarm of at least 10 roofers and hit the ground running. The job was supervised by Marcello and Adam, who were great to work with. They were genuinely interested in my preferences, and we had some changes/ surprises during the job, but they handled it all with professionalism and ease. Highly recommended!

    Elite installed my new roof a few years ago. They showed up when they said they would, did an awesome job and were very professional. Did an excellent job cleaning up, if it weren’t for the beautiful new roof, you’d never know they were there. Tony Jr. was extremely helpful and worked hard to give me the best service and pricing possible. Big big plus is that in some recent heavy windstorms, I had an issue with my fireplace vent coming loose because when the house was built in 1983, they didn’t use any masonry screws to attach the vent. I called Tony Jr. and the very next day he sent Mike out and they took care of it quickly.I had other quotes, they were the most affordable and using the same quality materials I would have gotten for more money elsewhere.

    The team at Elite roofing went above and beyond to make my roof replacement project low stress from beginning to end. The end result was top notch.     We are so thankful for Elite Roofing! We had a leak pop up on a weekend right before a storm. On Monday morning Mike came by, immediately found the problem, gave us an estimate and despite not being on the schedule...had people here in 3 hours. They responded so quickly and made sure that everything was taken care of. They even called the next day (storm day) to make sure it was no longer leaking. We appreciate the hometown feel and the dedication to taking care of their customers. It gives us peace of mind that there are still companies that look out for and take care of their neighbors.

    Professional right from the start. Elite Roofing came out and measured took photos and put together a professional proposal to re roof our home. They were super efficient and very neat. They made my husband and I life so stress free .     Elite Roofing LLC is true to its name! The word elite is defined as a select group that is superior in terms of ability or qualities to the rest of a group or society. That definition started with Adam, who came out to give an estimate on repairs/replacement for my 96 year old moms roof. He wasnt gloom and doom. He presented options/recommendations. She decided to get a new roof. Next was Tony Sr.. He was her low key salesman. He answered both my questions and my moms. He was patient when asked to clarify information. Enter the Office Manager Margaret. She is kind and caring. From start to finish, when I called Margaret, she never sounded like my calls were interrupting her day. I know she is very busy. Then there is the Office Assistant Audrey. She called to let my mom know the roofers where ready to start the job and suggested to move vehicles before they got there. Good idea. Thank you!The roofing crew were great. When I told the foreman I was going to park my car at my neighbors the next morning, he told me not to. To go ahead and park it in the garage. Then, when I had to leave, he would have their vehicles move. Im sorry to say, I didnt get his name.After the work was complete, the manager Mike and his assistant Justin came out to inspect the work. Justine walked the roof to look at the work. I had questions about an area on the roof. All was good. Both men were polite, friendly and helped educate me on what goes on with a new roof.Thank you everyone.     From the initial quote until job completion the entire Elite Roofing staff were very professional, courteous and helpful in every aspect. We were impressed with their showroom’s organization, cleanliness and the selection of roofing products available. Elite’s staff explained in detail the quality of the manufacture’s product, how why and where each would be used on our home. We will definitely recommend Elite Roofing to anyone who needs roof repair/replacement or the like.We will post before and after pictures at a later time, our roof was an aging 25+year old 3 tab shingled roof and we decided to go with architectural shingles and the difference in appearance is incredible. Elite called earlier than we had scheduled to re-roof our home which was welcomed, they arrived mid morning and had removed the old shingles replaced with the new architectural and were done before we got home from work.     Im very pleased with the work that Elite Roofing did on my house. Tony Jr and Tony Sr were very pleasant to work with. I felt like a fish out of water dealing with this at first, seeing this is my first home. They made it very easy, and I spent less money than I expected, plus I got 50 years shingles too! I have nothing but praises when it comes to this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone else in the area that needs a new roof or roof repairs.     I’m so impressed by Tony Sr and his team! We had a simple job, replace two skylights. We have just remodeled two bathrooms and each needed a new skylight. We were scheduled to have them done and rain was forecasted for that day and we called to reschedule as we were concerned about replacing the skylights during the rain. We were completely surprised that two team members from Elite showed up this morning and quickly replaced the two skylights! My wife was ecstatic. What professionalism these two workers displayed!     I came to Elite Roofing to get the roof replaced on my home. I had been told they were very reliable and unlike most roofers, they had a showroom and were licensed and bonded. Then I meet Tony senior, it was at that point I wanted them to replace my roof. COVID-19 complicated the entire process because the plant that manufactures the shingles shut down for two weeks and then reopened at fifty percent strength. Both Tony junior and Tony senior told me not to worry. The day the crew showed up they had the old roof off in a couple hours and the new roof was finished by 3:30pm that evening. They did an amazing job. I was also surprised but how much light the light tunnels bring in to the living room. I highly recommend both the sky tunnels as well as Elite Roofing.

    The first week of December our 2nd floor gas hot water heater broke, leaking through the attic into our master bedroom and bathroom ceilings. The day prior to that I was exposed to COVID and was symptomatic the next day - the same day as the leak. Of course we could not get anyone to come in until I was cleared from isolation and quarantine. However once that happened Elite Roofing LLC was extremely responsive and adaptive. They willingly flexed their schedule around the plumbing company’s to ensure they were both onsite to coordinate repairs and installation. Tony Jr must have called me close to a dozen times over two days to make sure that everything was properly coordinated and we would have hot water before Christmas. Margaret, their office manager, was totally on top of things as well making sure We were being taken care of. The entire Elite Roofing team has our gratitude, respect and strongest possible endorsement. They were and are simply awesome. Great people make companies great and this is a great company.

    I used Creed and Garner to install my brand new roof. 2 months later, it started leaking, and they refuse to fix it- even though they promise their work. I called Tony Jr with Elite and just asked for advice. He sent an inspector over to take pics of the top of my roof so I could see what happened. Tony said, Ill do this for free because people should be treated right. He sent his son over and they took pics of the faulty workmanship then explained, in detail, why the roof leaked. They didnt charge me one dime. Should have used them instead.

    I realized I needed to replace my roof and the skylight. I had a couple friends recommend Elite Roofing and when others at church or the food bank (where I volunteer) ask who I had decided to go with, I said Elite Roofing. All agreed it was an excellent decision. The materials they use are top of the line and professionalism is beyond question at all levels. While I contracted them in January for a March 15 date for installation, they showed up at 7:15 and were finished by 5 PM on March 15th. While it was windy and cold in the morning, they pushed on. They protected my EZ-breeze sunroom panels with sheets of plywood and several windows. All the plantings near the house were covered with tarps. The workman ship was excellent and the whole process was painless. The word elite fits this company well. You would not go wrong with Elite Roofing of Aberdeen!

    Ive been dealing with years of problems with my roof, through multiple hurricanes, from poor initial construction. After having the original roofing company replace nearly my entire roof and still having issues, Ive grown to distrust them. High winds the other night yanked a few shingles off my roof yet again, so I gave Elite Roofing a call. Margaret was so warm and personable and spoke to the manager right away about my plight! Jaun was on my roof within the hour to access my problem. He quickly replaced the few shingles that I lost in the storm and determined that the rest of the roof looked to be in good shape. Not only did Elite Roofing provide quick, reliable and reasonably priced services, but they helped ease my mind about my roof. I will certainly call them in the future with any other roofing concerns!

    As a retired law enforcement officer from this area, I am very hesitant to give reviews unless they are truly deserving. After such a pleasant experience and superb customer service, I would definitely recommend Elite Roofing. When my roof first developed a leak and I was on vacation 3 hours away, I called them and they made it a priority to come out to inspect, locate, and seal the leak. Juan kept me informed while also making me aware of previous hail damage. Juan even came out and met with my insurance company representative.When I met with Margaret and Mike at their office, they were both very helpful and knowledgeable which streamlined the process from shingle selection to explaining the installation process.On the installation date, the employees showed up early and laid large tarps all around the perimeter of the house, even covering the windows and screen door with plywood to protect them during the removal process. Within 8 hours, they had completed installing the shingles and removing all the debris.Afterwards, I did have some minor damage to a gutter rain deflector and some sections of aluminum fascia and I made Adam aware of it. He promptly made sure they were all replaced and that I was completely satisfied with their work.Throughout the entire process everyone I encountered at Elite Roofing went above and beyond to make this a positive experience.
