    I was very happy with Rocs service. He was able to quickly detect the issue with my mothers electric not working in her kitchen and bathrooms. It was a tripped gfi outlet. Not only did he correct the issue, but he also spent a few extra quality minutes explaining to my mother how to push the button on the outlet if it happens again. Well done, Roc!

    We have been working with this company for years, and I would highly recommend their work! Daniel and Roc have been super helpful, and I am so grateful for them. Recently we were in a bit of a pinch to get some old outdated wiring and breakers replaced and upgraded, and they were able to fit us in their schedule, coordinate with the electrical company, and get the job done well and under the initial estimate. They are thorough, efficient, and easy to work with. They helped make what could have been a stressful situation very manageable. We were very appreciative.

    We called numerous electricians to work on our new tankless hot water heater. Pattie was the first to respond and were at our house the next morning. Roc was professional, knowledgeable and fixed not only the hot water heater, but showed us where we needed a replacement breaker in another area of our home. The job was completed quickly.     I had a problem with my electricity coming on and going off in the back of my mobile home. Andy checked everything and said I might need a new meter at my power pole. Roc arrived today and analyzed the situation. He worked with Rick from Duke Energy to solve my problem. Both of these talented electricians were professional to the utmost degree. They worked together like professionals who really know their craft. They were informative about everything they were doing and explained everything along the way. I was extremely pleased with the work and manner in which it was performed.

    Had a whole list of things to do in our just bought older home from easy ie: fan replacement to more involved such as dimmer switch for 3 way light (tricky to deal with) and installation of an outside receptacle and some in between work. Response was quick, and the 2 electricians, Roc (thoroughly explained and answered any and all questions we had plus some we didn’t) and Andy, sent over 2 days were very knowledgeable and personable. $85 an hour minimum charge which my husband thought was a little high hence 4 stars. Our work took 5 hours all together which was a reasonable length of time for amount of work needed. After Andy left the second day, that night we found out the second switch for the 3 way dimmer didn’t work to turn lights on. Called next day and he returned early next morning to fix at no extra charge. Very happy with the work and would recommend.

    Your electrician came out and did a complete change out of our power pole, the drop from the top of the pole to the meter, the meter and the breaker box. He explained to us what was involved and answered all of our questions. Afterwards he asked if we wanted to see how the work came out and we said yes. It looked to our untrained eye that his work is of high quality because all the wires were neatly ran and everything was very professional looking. I would highly recommend Roc and Pattie Electric.

    My electrical panel was 27 years old and I had added several things over the years. Needing to add another line in the attic for a dehumidifier there was no room. The technician Roc was very professional and explained all the steps needed to get the box upgraded. He showed me the old box and all the damage that had occurred over time. I am So happy I had the repair done. I could have had a fire and that would have been horrible.Thank you Roc and Patties Electric for making my home safer.

    What do I say and how do I say it? I was blown away by their great service.     Having just moved into a new home we found that there were certain outlets not functioning. We called Pattie Electric and the very next day received a visit from their electrician Roc.If you ever need a skilled diagnostician who looks after every detail and can coherently explain his findings this guy is your guy.Through the years before owning this home several repairs/changes were done. In the process, among other items Roc discovered and pointed out the need for additional protection in the bathrooms and kitchen.He efficiently remediated the dangerous situations. It was a pleasure to have dealt with him.Highly recommend if need exists.

    We had an unexpected electrical problem that was discovered to be much more complicated once the work had started. Pattie Electric was responsive to the urgency of the issue. There was some miscommunication between us, but they worked hard to resolve that. They care about their customers. They ensured we moved from a bad situation to one where the issues were resolved and our customer satisfaction was achieved.

    I wanted to install a sub panel in the garage I told the counter man what I wanted he took my material list made a couple of suggestions. The price was fair and I got what I needed. My little project turned out amazing. I have purchased some AC parts in the past I got the right parts and saved some money in the process. And yes I will continue to do business with them.

    Our air conditioning stopped cooling in our 3-year-old house, so I called Pattie Electric because we pass by their business when we go to Zephyrhills so I knew they were close by. I was told I would get a phone call shortly from a technician once one was assigned. Within an hour I had a call from Gari (technician) that he was on his way. He identified himself when he got to my house and showed me his ID. After checking out the unit he determined the fan motor in the air handler was defective and located a replacement unit in Tampa. He left to pick it up and returned shortly to install. Gari was extremely pleasant and worked fast to get our house cooled down. I highly recommend using Pattie Electric.

    Okay so I had bars propane and AC out my house two times they charged me 800 dollars for nothing I own a diesel repair shop and had told them I thought it was low on Freon and both guys told me nope you need a new unit I had called Pattie’s electric and AC earlier in the week and they couldn’t get to me that day so I was force to use bars and wish I didn’t I wasted 800 dollars for nothing had Pattie’s come out today it was low on Freon unit is running great wish I would of just waited for them but it’s hot in Florida all I can say is great job Pattie’s electric and AC another good job at my place

    Roc, the electrician, was very efficient, very knowledgeable. We had frayed wires near the ground which electrified the soil. He was quick replacing the wires and returning our home to safety.I will request him next time I need an electrician.

    Extremely happy with the service we received at a reasonable price. Ceiling fan/light fixture works again and Roc knew exactly what was wrong before taking it apart which saved time and money. He was also very attentive to the new light fixtures and length of wire so that everything hangs evenly. He converted our old florescent light fixture to LED in no time at all and replaced a broken outdoor GFI. Will definitely use this company again.

    We called for service when we realized we had no heat. They came the same day. It was discovered that we needed a new unit. Their pricing was affordable for us with a limited income.
