    After having a different repair guy try to fix my hot water heater and it still wasn’t working, Zachary plumbing traveled out of their normal repair range and came to look at why I was still having problems. They replaced the thermostat and element and it’s been working fine since then. They didn’t try to push a new heater on me even though Im past due to replace it. They gave me a deadline for when I should replace it and told me to start saving for when that time comes. They also looked at an issue I’m having with some electrical wires on the back of my house to see if that might be one of the reasons my breakers are throwing themselves off when I try to use different appliances in my house. I appreciated them making an exception for me and coming all the way over here to fix my heater and going above their normal duties as a plumber and try to give me some general repair advice. I definitely recommend this company after dealing with so many different companies for issues I’ve had in my home, and not getting good service, they were a breath of fresh air.

    We had the pleasure of Greg Holt coming to our home and fixing all of our drainage issues. He was super polite and interacted with our 2 year old who wanted to speak to him any time he walked through the house. There was more issues than we originally expected which resulted in a messier job, however, he remained optimistic, communicated well, and made two trips to make sure everything was repaired. We are so grateful for his services and happy we found a plumber we can trust!

    Jacob was fantastic. He definitely went the extra mile. I felt the price of the faucet they quoted was a little high, so I decided to buy my own. He drove over to Home Depot and met me there to help me shop and choose a faucet. Saved $400.His level of taking care of people is rare these days. Zachary Plumbing should hold onto him.
