    Our water heater began leaking at 5:00 PM two days before we were leaving town for 5 weeks. Called after hours and left a message, hoping Sunland could help. Received a return phone call at 7:30 that night, saying they could be at our house the next day to replace leaking water heater. Service and installation were excellent! I thought the pricing very fair. I would highly recommend Sunland Plumbing!

    Great experience with Sunland Plumbing! They were quick to respond with a quote and the repair was done promptly. The actual work performed was less than what was quoted and they reduced our cost charging us for actual work completed! Will DEFINITELY use Sunland for future plumbing needs!!!

    Sunland AC customer service is amazing to work with. When I bought my house it needed an AC unit prior to closing I am glad the sellers chose Sunland. They have taken care of the units service and recently helped us clear algae from the drain.Thank you Sunland you are terrific!!

    Bought a new home and needed a water heater. Not being in the areas, did a wealth of research and reached out to five different companies. Decided on Sunland based on response time, courtesy, knowledge, information and the cooperation and confidence I quickly had when talking to Shay. Once we decided on the project and needs, scheduling was a breeze, quality was delightful and from beginning to end, Sunland was gracious. Very, very, very pleased with the work and would DEFINATELY RECOMMENDED them to others.

    My wife, Paula, and I are from Canada. We bought our Surprise, AZ condo in 2007. We decided to replace our 12 year old hot water heater this year. We contacted several businesses to complete our transaction. Our neighbours recently replaced their tank and highly recommended Sunland Plumbing. Upon our entrance to their office we noticed several indications that the business was strong in their Christian faith and not ashamed to promote it.We are Christian as well but would never make our choice of business to support solely based on their religious faith. We’ve interviewed several Christian based businesses in the past and been disappointed in their commitment to excellence. Not the case here. From our first meeting with them they were professional and committed to excellence. They listened to our needs and provided the best cost effective solution. Carlos was our technician and he too fulfilled all our expectations on the delivery and installation of our tank.We highly recommend this business. Their commitment to executing good business fundamentals and their Christian faith is extraordinary.

    I am impressed and thankful. We have 2 young children so things need to be in running order 24/7. Our sink faucet started to lose pressure out of no where. This made cleaning sippy cups and bottles take 3x as much time as before! We called Sunland and asked for estimates. The kind woman that answered gave us some tips for what to look out for and try.That alone saved us money and time. You dont come across honesty anymore these days. I know for sure if I had called Trident they wouldve charged us $200 or more to fix it.Thank you Sunland!!

    We rarely write 5-star reviews but Sunland Heating and A/C is one very deserving. Purchased a min-split a/c system for the garage 2 years ago. The product is great and the customer service is even greater. I called Andrea a few days ago asking about self maintenance for the system and help in locating filters. Andrea had immediate answers and filters located the next day. She also dispatched Nick for a quick 2-year PM (preventative maintenance) appointment. Nick was so patient and gave a quick maintenance-101 and then a primer on A/C in general. Rare to see service like this, thanks again Sunland !     Our water heater went out, so I went to Home Depot and bought a new one and called Sunland to have it installed. Contacted them on a Monday and they came that same day to do the install in a few hours. We had a good experience and didnt have to go without hot water for long. Id recommend them.

    I came into contact with two Sunland employees. One was from the office and the other the on-site plumber. Both were incredibly professional, timely and they simply just knew what they were doing. The office personnel communicated with me multiple times, always in a very timely and courteous manner. The on-site plumber allowed me to make some tweaks on the fly with what I was asking him to do. He rolled with it without any concerns at all. The cost of the work was very reasonable. The quality of the work is outstanding. My experience could not have been better.

In the scope of all their customers, mine was a minor home AC part replacement, yet I was treated fairly and fully like my needs were the most important. And they took care of the warranty claim.     Nick and Ryan are who I see most. They are amazing. They are courteous, efficient, friendly, on time, and reliable. Andrea and Kim are the same and work hard to schedule the work to be done when you need it. Most important, they show up and actually do the job, a rarity these days. My church has used them for used them over 13 years and they have worked in my home as well. I very highly recommend Sunland. This is NOT a paid advertisement, its really true!

    Sunland did an amazing job of repairing a plumbing problem created by Rebath. They did the repairs for a fraction of the cost of other Plumbers.Sunland was Prompt and Professional. Very honest company, and they really care about people. They took their time and documented all repairs and gave accurate estimates on their work. Strongly recommend Sunland.

    We had a water leak under the sink in the master bath. Turned out to be a hot water leak under the slab. David located the leak in the hallway wall, capped it off until service men could arrive. They arrived 3 days later, ran pipes overhead & to the hot water heater in the garage rather than in the slab, also running another pipe next to it, just in case the cold water sprang a leak. Drywall men came the next day and repaired drywall doing a beautiful job achieving the same texture as the existing paint job. Three days later (Monday) the painters came ...youd never know the walls had been cut! All the workmen covered the floors and any furniture in danger of getting stuff on them. They moved furniture & wall hangings and what one workman couldnt do the next one did. They were all VERY respectful, considerate and left the condo neat and clean each afternoon.Weve used Sunland Plumbing ever since we moved here almost 21 years ago. Weve never had a concern or a problem. We highly recommend the company.

    This company is the best. The tech Nick was on time and very professional. He took his shoes off to enter my home. Very informative and honest with what needed to be done to the A/C. I was told last summer by another company that no one can even spell, that my unit would need replacing in 2 years maybe sooner. Nick made it clear that it was in perfect working condition with no issues. I will be a long time customer. Thanks Sunland.

    Compass Bible Church has used Sunland for years and love their service. They are prompt, professional, and courteous.     What an incredible experience to work with such an outstanding and professional company.I am a resident of Sun City (over 55 community) and have seen many businesses take advantage of older citizens. NOT SUNLAND. TRUST them as they stand behind their work and want the customer to be totally happy.We had 2 rooms that did not have air/heat. They recommended putting in a ductless system / a mini split. PERFECT solution. Impeccably installed.We also replaced our existing roof unit with a brand new unit that is much more energy efficient. And another perfect installation.And what an INCREDIBLE staff. I ALWAYS felt that they had my best interest as their highest priority.

    Plumbing repair in multiple spots for our home. Repaired disposal, and two toilets, and shower. Ethan was extremely professional and efficient. Kim was super helpful and just nice. We recently had terrible service from two other companies so to receive such professional service was refreshing!

    It was great seeing Ethan again after a long 3 yr. absence. I sold my previous condo in 2019, however, Shay? did not change the old address and phone no. so when Ethan was to arrive today, he went to the wrong address & could not call me. I called because I thought he was late and found out Shay(Shane) had not changed anything. This was a waste of gas, time and energy better spent on confirming correct customer information. I will use Ethan again, and I know he will remember where I live. Just a service call this time to tell me about my pipes. Ms. Whitfield

    Having just had a bad experience with Mr Rooter, I was skeptical about the fairness of plumbers in the Valley. Well, Sunland Plumbing is legit. Honest, quick, and fair. (I feel like Ive just found that quality+affordable auto mechanic that Im going to take all of my cars to from now on). A very experienced plumber came out, (Sho, is what his shirt said) took a look at the problem, diagnosed it quickly- put a cap on the line. And now my backyard is leak free and I can sleep well tonight- (seriously, as a new homeowner, I totally underestimated how stressful dealing with plumbing could be). If youre looking for a plumber, go with Sunland, they are legit and fair. The plumber told me that Epcor calls them out- I mean, when youre the go-to plumber for the Utility Company, youre doing it right.
