    I’ve been very happy with every interaction with the folks whom I’ve encountered at Jackson. Dylan showed up today for the first annual servicing. On time (on a 23° morning!), polite, professional, explained the details of the service, and turns out gave the generator a good wipe down. Didn’t ask, didn’t expect that these days. Great experience. Generac unit has worked flawlessly over the past year.

    We purchased our Generac from Jackson Superior a little over a year ago. It was a Turn Key installation. The installation was top notch as it was well thought through. The technicians were well trained and at expert level. Today they performed the first annual maintenance. The technician Dylan expertly performed the annual service which required changing the Spark plugs, oil and air filter. He also cleaned the outside generator enclosure which I thought was a nice part of the maintenance. Lastly he performed a power change over to verify the generator would work in the event of a power loss.These folks at Jackson Superior are expert and conscientious about doing good . I would HIGHLY recommend purchase installation and service of Generac products.John D. K

    Dylan Jordan arrived on time for our annual generator service. He was very courteous and made sure to alert us before he had to cut the power in order to test the generator. When he finished, he explained what he had done and also made sure to close the gates when he was finished to ensure our dogs would not wander away when we let them out in the yard

    I contacted Superior Electric midweek to schedule the installation of an EV charger. They were very polite and professional on the phone, scheduled the install for the following week and sent me follow-up details. Shortly after, they called back and told me there was an opening in their schedule and asked if they could come at the end of the current week. They communicated well, arrived promptly, did an excellent job, and set up the proper permits and inspections. It was less than a week from my initial call to inspection being completed and everything wrapped up. The installers left no mess and cleaned up after themselves. I wish all service experiences could be this great! Thanks!

    We were desperate with the generator not rolling over and a hurricane in Florida headed towards us in NC. Jackson responded quickly, showing up just a few hours after we called, a rainstorm in between. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, tested it, and we were good to go. Great job!

    We replaced an older Generac and Jackson fixed several issues from the previous install. That included locating the Generac in a better spot and installing the proper sized propane supply line.     If I could give these guys 10 stars I would, they installed a new Generac generator my for house, did a fantastic job, walked me through the entire process and were friendly and professional, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a whole house generator.

    I had a need for a new circuit. I contacted local electricians (7 total) for an estimate. Of the 7, only 3 responded to my request. Jackson Superior Electric was the first to call me on a Thursday, arrived at my house at 8 AM on Monday morning and gave me a quote within 10 minutes. A second company arrived 3 days later but took 10 days to deliver a quote which was nearly double the price Jackson Superior Electric quoted. A third company quoted a price site unseen which was also nearly double. Needless to say Jackson Superior Electric got the job, arrived at the scheduled time, and completed the job in less than 1 hour. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up every area they worked. I would definitely use them again if the need arises. They are more than fair with their cost. Dont waste your time contacting anyone else, it will only prolong your project at a greater cost.

    Jackson Superior Electric, Inc. is a well established family business, friendly, responsible, knowledgeable, and eager to deliver their superior service. We had a 22kw Generac whole house generator installed and the peace of mind that brings far outweighs the reasonable cost of the unit and intricate electrical and natural gas connections that were required. Believe me, this is not a DIY project. It was great to have Jackson Superior Electric, Inc. coordinate with all the utilities and inspectors to complete this job. We are pleased with the site location as well. We were provided with excellent detailed instructions and the mobile phone app. will allow remote access for any future troubleshooting.
