    These men are great! The reviews dont lie. They were able to find the problem and was able to fix my pipe. There were 3 of them and all friendly and answered all the questions I asked and even went above and beyond of what was expected of them to do. Special mention to Saki, he was very helpful and honest and helped me ease my anxiety. Would definitely recommend!

    I wanted to install a new vanity in my bathroom, so I called Pipe Wizard to have someone come and give me an estimate. Talked to Christa in the office who was so customer friendly, and she was able to schedule a technician to come out. Saki and Mike were great, they gave me numbers on the spot, and I am now scheduled to have my new vanity installed next week. Thanks for the great work guys!

    Joe came over the same day to help me out with a completely clogged kitchen drain. I got text updates throughout the day about his arrival. He showed up on time about 8pm after working all day. He had my drain running and clear within an hour. He snaked the entire pipe from sink to septic outlet. Hes professional and hes a gentleman. He has a new customer for life. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Highly, highly recommended.

    No one wants to make an emergency call to a plumber…that being said - Pipe Wizard was immediately responsive and had Santino out within 2 hours. Our problem was a real puzzle, but Santino worked all angles until he diagnosed and then repaired the problem. He was mindful to minimize how and where he opened walls and cleaned up after his work was finished. I appreciated his friendly and professional demeanor and the fact that he was thoughtful about where to make holes. Emergency plumbing isn’t cheap, but neither is having a pipe burst (rather than leak).

    I was seeking a reliable plumber after discovering a leak coming through my basement ceiling.I saw positive reviews online for Pipe Wizard and I took a chance. I have no regrets! Turns out, the problem was more severe than expected and we needed an entire pipe replacement. Rich and his guys were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. The cost was fair, especially for the size of the job. Plus, they offer several payment options and arrangements. The two gentlemen who handled the job worked quickly and were very respectful of our time and our home. They really went above and beyond, especially when it came to working with my senior citizen parents.They even offered free cleaning service to handle the mess! Overall, my family and I were extremely pleased and will be choosing Pipe Wizard again in the future.

    Rich was great. He was extremely helpful, identified the problem quickly, and provided a clear solution without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. As a bonus he even through in some advice on keeping the pipes clean and clear, which wasn’t related to the job but I think he just wanted to help out a new homeowner take care of their home.     Where can i start? company was the best called them the first time for our heating issue for house that we fix where the original contractor did the worst job you could imagine tech rich P came in the first time we explain our issue and he told us the solution simple as that. had an estimate next day talk with joe the owner to work with our budget and he did just that , the techs started working on Wednesday and finish. the job on Thursday they didnt not leave till really late at night to make sure everything was working fine thanks god I find this company we finally have heat what 2 plumber couldnt do they did it in two days thanks again will use this company for all my plumbing issues best of the best

    Very happy with Joe, who arrived for tune up on a decades old boiler and inspection of broken hot tub. Boiler tune up was quick & relatively painless; no surprise charges. I wasn’t optimistic about the hot tub— had already watched youtube troubleshooting videos & had spent a week or so working on it. Joe got it up and running again immediately and gave me some troubleshooting tips to keep it running. He also provided me with some tips on my hot water heater and quickly fixed a dishwasher issue. I highly recommend Joe, he was honest & professional.

    Can’t say enough great things about this company. Joe was so helpful throughout the entire process- we were an insurance case which most people don’t want to deal with. Anything that could have gone wrong in our house was in fact going wrong- burst pipes, cracked joints, you name it, we had it! Joe spoke to our adjuster on our behalf and helped us sort everything out. He was very clear in sharing what was going on and was very good at communicating with us. While it’s been a long process, everything is finally done and looks great. We appreciate all Joe, Santino, and Pipe Wizard has done for us. If you need plumbing, you won’t be disappointed.

    Joe installed a water temp valve to help with our diminishing shower hot water supply, explained how it works, labelled everything with a sharpie for us, even fixed our shower handle which was not the reason for the visit.     I had bought the wrong piece for the shower valve when Joe came by and he explained a couple of issue I had with the piping. After I bought the correct piece Joe came back the same day and fixed everything in a couple of hours. He also explained everything in depth and set the pipes up correctly for the vanity to go in.     Richie came here to fix the handles in my bathtub. Hot water had been leaking from the faucet because the handle didn’t turn the water all the way off. He had to replace all the handles, stems and whatever else was there. I don’t know plumbing! 🤷‍♀️ It was a difficult job because it was hard taking the old hardware off.
