I would absolutely recommend Baker’s Waterproofing. My job was completed a few weeks ago, so I can’t comment on the durability of their work yet but I can say that my basement has been dry for several heavy rain events so far. They were all responsive and friendly throughout the entire process from obtaining the quote to completion of the project. The installation team went above and beyond for me accommodating my weird schedule and also offering to take insulation that was being delivered inside to the basement for me since I wouldn’t be home. Special shoutout to the installation team (Ricky M, Darius D, Scott W Jr) and the gentleman who provided my quote and answered my many questions, whose name a regretfully forget (for anyone at Baker’s reading this, look him up because he deserves a bonus!). -

We live in a 70+ year old home that had leaking through the walls in our garage/carriage house. We called Baker’s Waterproofing to get a quote on the project. We met with John, the sales person who came out and explained everything to us in great detail and presented our quote right then and there. We ended going with Baker’s and are not disappointed. Eric, Bruce and Jarrod were the installers. They were one of the most courteous and polite group of guys. A lot of times there’re is a lead guy and the others are worker bees. Not these three. All were great. Did the job, cleaned up after themselves, explained how everything work and had everything done in one day like promised. Very pleased with their work and everyone we dealt with. The work crew from Bakers Waterproofing was outstanding. I dragged my feet on my basement waterproofing project for a long time because I knew it would be expensive and a ton of work.Kyle Carr, Jondular Kondas, and Darius Durham spent 3 days doing a giant (to me) job at my house. They were always on time, always polite, and always working hard. They always seemed happy to show me the progress and answer any of my questions. They were also good at preemptive questions for me before digging anywhere.This is an impressive work crew. Erik the sales guy was also friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, even after I ignored him for months after his first visit. -

Chris Trcuitz removed an existing hot water radiator so that a line could be put in my basement for waterproofing.Chris called me several times to report his progress with his other jobs; and to tell me when he would be arriving.Chris was polite; and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the area nicely. Chris even arranged all of the heating pieces into a neat pile so my neighbor had no problem carrying the away.It was a pleasure to have Chris in my home as a professional , polite, and very capable worker. -

Chris Snyder worked very hard for three days to install a new drain / sump/ waterproofing project at our house. His assistants Henry and Darius also worked hard staying the third night of the project until after 9:00 p.m. and working in the dark to finish up the outside portion in our yard. They went above and beyond to complete the project. -

Amazing work!! They stabilized and pushed my leaning chimney back against my house with no damage to the chimney or the foundation. When faced with major delaying obstacles the team (Lukas Selleck, Jason Shaeffer, and Dean Hollenbach) came up with creative solutions that saved the day. Would recommend these guys to anyone. -
