    I now recommend them to all of my friends. They were punctual, able to do the job much quicker and cheaper than I was expected. I thought they might have to cut into the walls to find the leak but technician came in. Took a look at it, figured out the problem and fixed it in no time.     Stambaugh was recommended to me from neighbor and I was not disappointed. Called one day, they were out the next morning and all work done well before lunch the same day. Seth was friendly, courteous and professional. He called to tell me when he’d arrive and true to his word he was there. I chose to go with new unit and he went out to retrieve it and was back also when he said. No guessing no worrying. Work done in very reasonable time.     We have been in our new home for less than a month, and discovered we had a leak in our well pump expansion tank. Turns out, the small leak started to get larger and we had called Stambaugh‘s for an emergency call. They were able to come out during a snowstorm when no one else could, and was also able to replace the tank all in one day for us. They were timely, friendly, professional, and most importantly reasonable prices. I cannot express how satisfied and thankful I am for Kris and Kyle getting our water back on, especially with having two small children under the age of two years old. Highly recommend!!

    Stambaugh helped us get our new construction connected to the sewer system. They were flexible about our schedule and worked with us to get everything ready for them. They had the job done in one day and arranged for the required inspections when they were done. They also made sure everything matched the required plumbing code.

    New review 2023 - Stambaugh. Techs Kyle and Jules just fixed pinhole leak in an old copper pipe in a matter of minutes. I found in after lunch, and the Service Manager was kind enough to send the team out before they ended their day to help me! Terrific company and people who are there for their customers!Two years ago - Stambaugh really cares about their customers. They have both rebuilt pipes for me an unclogged them - large and small (older home). Todays service visit was above and beyond! The drain in the basement that removes sink water and washer water was clogged and coming up and out of my basement sink. I phoned in the afternoon when it occurred, and one tech returning from morning jobs chose to take my job, rather than go home! I was so grateful! His work was fast and efficient, and he emailed me a copy of my paid bill before he left. He wore his mask the entire time, and was very professional. This is a testimony to both the serviceman and the service manager who trained him! Top notch company and people!

    Weve been using Stambaughs services for the past 3 years and have always been pleased with their work. From an entire home HVAC system to other jobs, theyve provided prompt and professional service. When Kyle and Seth recently completed a bathroom shower/tub faucet install, they did excellent work, going out of their way to answer all my questions and provide good insight into other needs, as well.     The Stambaugh Crew of Isaac, LT, & Evan were on time for the installation of our furnace, A/C, and Expansion Tank. Each introduced themselves and explained what exactly was to happen. They laid down carpet protectors and wore shoe coverings. They were respectful, courteous and took the time from their work to answer questions and explain procedures. They removed our old furnace and A/C, cleaned the basement and swept the hallway after removing the coverings. Isaac then explained and demonstrated replacing filters and the new thermostat. He reviewed warranties, payment, and rebates. In the end they were in no rush to leave rather making sure we were happy with their work and that we understood use and maintenance of our new equipment. They left no trace of their work other than what they came to do. Very pleased with their work ethic. I will continue to use Stambaugh for my plumbing, heating and A/C needs.

    Once again, excellent service and a fair price. My heat stopped working. SP&H had a technician out in less than 24 hours. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. I had a similar experience 7 months ago when my basement bathroom required a new pump. Its nice to have a company you can trust when things go wrong.

    These people are the best. I am an older senior citizen and they explain everything that I understand and make sure I do. Theyjust installed an air conditioning unit and they were amazing.You would never know they were here, the way they clean up when they are done. I have had them for other repairs and will never change, just wish I had know about them before. I highly recommend them.

    Im not sure why the other people complained so much??? Ive had nothing but great experiences with Stambaugh - I bought my furnace from them 9 years ago and they are the ONLY people I call for service. Today Ian came out to check out my humidifier.     During the covid pandemic they were able to come out within an hour of calling. Tech wore a mask the whole time and fixed my issue in minutes. Only charged me for the service call and a very very modest fee for the work. Very reasonable. Verified the work several times before he left and also showed me how to turn off the water at the location rather than at the main.

    We had our A/C unit hit by lightning and called around looking for someone to come same day since we have seniors living with us and one with breathing issues. Stambaughs came out same day and was able to get it repaired.While here my father started to fall and the tech jumped in and helped get my father into a chair. He went above and beyond.
