Diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly! They came out to fix the issue the same day I called. Happy with the price.I first called another company in town to fix the issue. They weren’t able to. The bill was almost double what drain dr charged probably because they were trying to fix it for multiple hours. Drain doctor diagnosed it in a few minutes.

We had a toilet that was continually running so I called a few plumbers in town. All them assured me that they could get to me in a day or two but the drain doctor is the only one that kept their word and followed through. They came, diagnosed the problem, went and bought and installed the new part and finished in a timely manner.The cost was reasonable and fair and the work was done professionally and accurately. We were very impressed!

I highly recommend The Drain Doctor for plumbing needs. They responded quickly to my emergency in Vermillion, arriving within 45 minutes of my call. They were upfront about the price and did a thorough job. Cleanup was excellent, leaving no mess behind. They provided a permanent solution, not just a temporary fix. I really can’t say enough good things about, Jason. He was very upfront and honest about the situation I was having - what ended up being broken pipes in my yard (not just clogs like prior plumbers had told me).
