    Always a 5 Star experience with Copley Construction. This company has done both small and large projects around my home for years now. I recently reached out about getting an exhaust fan replaced in a bathroom. Troy reached out immediately and gave me options of fans to choose from (he knows Im picky!) And then got his crew over to do the work that same day. Thank you to Troy and Brett for always coming through for us!

    They recently redid our bathroom, did repair work on the walls and painted. Put new toilet, tub, sink and lighting in. They are very professional, clean, and just nice people. We are very happy with our bathroom. We have since had them do various other things…ceiling fans, water heater, new indoor doors, fascia and soffit out front and back. We highly recommend this company.

    Troy and his team just finished a significant kitchen renovation for us, and I HIGHLY recommend them. They are reasonably priced and do good work.They were great to work with, friendly, and understanding; the project was supposed to start in the summer, but was delayed - although that was frustrating, it worked out, and Im grateful for that. I also know that things come up, and delays in construction happen.One of the details I really appreciated is their attention to cleaning up their workspaces. Ive worked with contractors in the past, and I know that things can get busy, so its easy for messes to accumulate. Every single day when the team left, the workspace was clean. They vacuumed, put things back in their place, etc. Even as they would work on something, they would be cleaning. I hate cleaning, so I really appreciate the effort they put into that.Angel was great painting the ceiling, etc. given how crowded our space was given construction.We now have new cabinets (from the Kitchen Place), new countertops (from Dayton Stone Center), and a beautiful view of the lake.MANY THANKS to Copley Construction.

    Copley Construction has completed many projects for us. They put up a privacy fence in our back yard, built us a gorgeous covered back patio, gave one of our bathrooms a complete renovation, and has done other odds and ends around our home. Ive gotten to where I dont even want to call another company. Copley can do it all and I know with certainty it will be done well and in a timely manner. This is a company that cares about the community and the people in it, has incredible integrity in their work, and someone you can rely on. Dont hesitate to give them a call.

    I’d had several friends use Copley Construction with all positive feedback. My bedroom was in desperate need of renovation, including new flooring, closet doors, total repaint and even a screen removal with my fireplace. From the beginning, totally professional, very accessible and informative on every detail. I was able to go to work every day with the employees texting me updates of their progress and inquiring should need be. I would highly recommend if your looking for quality work done right. Ten out of ten.

    I hired Copley Construction to do several things in my house and also to construct a wood fence in my back yard. They were pleasant, professional, and took pride in their work.     Adding additional review comments...June of 2022 - Privacy Picket Fence for both sides of back yard.The most efficient installation I have ever seen...two 130 runs with double 4 gates completed in one day, and it looks GREAT.Troy and crew came back in January 2023 for interior renovation, including drywall, finishing, heavy duty barn door fab and install, new kitchen island, painting of existing cabinets, framing and finishing a soffit over existing upper cabinets, header installation, removal and reframing of a large bedroom window and painting of several walls.The most impressive aspect of their work for us was that they made decisions on a few details while I was away/out of town for work (I work in construction) and they were all better than what we originally had in mind.These guys care about their work more than any other contractor I have ever hired or worked with in the past.Cant recommend them enough.

    We had the Gable Vents replaced. The crew was very responsible and accommodating. Due to weather we requested to postpone the work and sure enough they did. They cleaned up our yard after they have completed to remove anything left from the work. Any communication is promptly responded. We appreciate it very much.

They are trustworthy, true to their word, easy to work with, polite, clean up after their work, respectful. I am comfortable not being home and letting them to work inside my home.     From the 1st meeting to the end of the project Troys attn to detail was commendable. Troy and his crew replaced a portion of a broken sidewalk, steps and replaced 2 pillars on the side of our steps. The pillars were a challenge and the plans had to change when the old pieces were taken out and an issue was found. During the whole process, Troy kept us informed. I highly recommend Copley Construction and will definitely use them for all my future projects.
