    Tom Lamoureux was great. He was very helpful and explained everything. He made sure we understood what he and the team were doing. We had 2 fans installed, a bathroom vent, updated our wiring in the cellar and consolidated 2 breaker boxes into one. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. The work was completed in less than one day and all the old material was removed from our home. Loughlin Electric is my go-to for all my electric needs in the future.     Excellent company with expert service and fair pricing. We recently called Loughlin Electric based on their high rating and received top quality service. They installed a transfer switch and an additional line to the back of our house to allow us to run a generator in case of outages as well as a replacement breaker for a blown fuse. Unlike many services, Loughlin Electric was careful to use drop cloths to protect our floors and also provided a simple process from the initial call to payment. We were also pleased with their plan that includes a discount on future work, smoke alarm battery replacement and electrical inspection. Highly recommend this company!

    Highly recommend! Everyone has been a pleasure to work with from the technicians to the office staff. Ken came out to give us a quote on a few different projects, he was thorough, on time and professional. He took time to answer all of our questions and make sure all the details were covered. He provided quotes on the spot and we had his team come out recently to replace outlets and install gfci outlets and arc fault breakers. The work was done quickly and everything looks great! Will definitely work them again soon.

    The recent storm brought down a tree in my neighbors yard which took out my electrical service to the pole and tore the wiring off of my house. I called Loughlin and Ken responded immediately and was here to assess the damage. As soon soon as the wire was cut from the pole they were here within a half hour! They reattached the wiring to my house and had the inspector out immediately. They were professional and friendly and I highly recommend them for all your electrical needs. if I could give them 10 stars I would!

    Once again, outstanding service and craftwork from Loughlin Electric. This time, I needed fiber optic cables pulled from basement to second floor. Electricians arrived on-time, studied the job, and went right to work. Work was performed in perfect order and to professional standards. The electricians even asked how much and where I wanted the excess fiber to be coiled up. No electrician in the universe other than the professionals at Loughlin would even care enough to ask the question. Five stars for Loughlin Electric. Dont bother with anyone else.

    Cam was tech that served me.     I had many electrical issues all over my house with outlets and lights not working in multiple rooms and floors of my house. I had contacted other electrical companies and no one either responded or they lead me on then blew me off. I called Loughlin Electric and they answered right away. They had an electrician, Tom, out at my house in a few days and he had everything fixed in an hour. Tom showed up on time and did great work. He was extremely helpful, professional and personable. If anyone needs electrical work I would highly recommend Loughlin Electric, especially Tom.

    We called Loughlin Electric on a Saturday night because we had lost power in one of our rooms and a hallway and had exhausted everything we knew could be wrong. I reached a live person (unusual on a weekend) and they told me they would forward my message and someone would get back to me soon. I heard back within a couple of hours (if not less). They were able to come out on Monday morning which worked fine for us. They were scheduled to come out between 10-12 and I got a call that morning asking if they could come sooner which was perfect for us. I appreciated the fact that they called and asked if they could come sooner and didnt just show up. Paul, our electrician, was promptly there in about 15-20 minutes and he was friendly, professional, and he took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He went through and checked everything and found it was a loose connection inside one of the outlets. In addition to fixing that, he replaced a pull chain on one of our closet lights, checked our CO2/Smoke detectors, and cleaned our light fixture after he took it off to check it! He also knew that we were thinking about some future renovations and made recommendations of things we might want to do when that happens. We were VERY happy with the service and expertise that we got with Loughlin Electric and would definitely call them again with any electrical issues.

    The staff was great. Ken did a great job with the estimate. Tom the electrician and his team did a great job on adding ceiling fan and closet light to and older condo unit .     Every step in their service is outstanding. I have always had positive conversations with Katelyn about setting up appointments, even with weekend emergencies. The team comes out and gives you a fair estimate with clear documentation to help you with decisions making. The electricians we have met, Jerry, Tom, Paul and T.J., are always on time, concerned with maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and very friendly. All of the work is professional and up to code. The local inspector even said when they pull a permit that he knows he can count on exceptional work that exceeds his standard.     We had an unexpected need for an electrician to reattach the electrical service from the street to our home. A representative from Loughlin was at the house within two hours to assess our need and to consult with us about remedies. It was determined that we could upgrade our service at the same time so we decided to do that.Our entire experience with the pros at Loughlin was first rate. They impressed us as responsive, professional and knowledgeable, so we set up an appointment for the work to be done a few days later. On the appointed day, they arrived exactly when promised (even a little early) and completed their work very proficiently. Tom and Cam were talented, friendly, respectful and careful with all accepted COVID-related precautions.At day’s end, we are extremely satisfied and happy that we will have a new and reliable electrical contractor for work that we have already planned for the future.

    In the very early morning of July 4th, we had our electrical service ripped from our house by a traffic accident on our road. We called multiple electricians in the area and Loughlin Electric not only responded, but the owner Jim even came by to scope out the damage. They were there within an hour of calling with all of the materials needed to fix our service. They not only repaired the service but also worked collaboratively with our local inspector and National Grid to have us back up and running by mid-day. This level of service far exceeded our expectations, especially on a national holiday. We hadnt had the pleasure of working with Loughlin until this point, but now they are our go-to electrician.ETA- Jerry and Cam from Loughlin came Jan 2021 to install outdoor lighting and a new chandelier inside. They priced out recessed lighting in the basement and installed it same-day. They even updated our switches, installing two dimmers for existing lights. I am so pleased with the quality of the work. Jerry and Cam were both knowledgeable and personable too. Loughlin is a great company!

    My smoke and C02 detectors started chirping and even with battery changes the chirping still continued. This was the first time I called Loughlin ( it was 6:30 am) and I got their answering service and within 10 minutes I got a call back from Ken - He committed to sending a tech the same day between 10-2 pm. I received at call at 9:30 am from the office and they sent two techs who arrived at 10:15 am. They replaced all 6 of my detectors with a better upgraded model. Tom and Brian did a great job, they were neat, professional and explained the new device to me.Prices are very fair and the service is better then any electrical company I have used. I will not use anyone else ever. They earned a customer for life !!!

    I was very satisfied. Paul and Tom arrived on time and completed the installation. It was a challenge because the fan I replaced was installed in 1980. Techs were pleasant and accommodating and I was comfortable having them in my home. Clean-up was perfect and they demonstrated how to use the switches. AND I saved fifty bucks with the Family Club.

    We had wires ripped out in a storm. The team from Loughlin were here quickly to repair the damaged, and we requested they install an outside outlet for our generator. The team were friendly, professional and patient with all my questions. They tested everything before they left.     Can’t say enough great things about Paul from Loughlin Electric. He was punctual, professional and friendly. Not only was he respectful of my home (made sure to wear shoe booties and offered to use a side entrance in and out my house to prevent tracking all through the house) but he was knowledgeable and provided me with the education I needed to understand the electrical issue. He also was very patient with me as I explained the issue. Paul did an incredibly thorough job, checking additional outlets to ensure everything was functioning properly before he left the job site.     From start to finish, this service was easy and seamless! Bryan and his coworker were polite, knowledgeable, respectful of husband and kids on zoom calls and very efficient! Bryan quickly diagnosed the problems (a previous electrician was not able to do so). He explained the jobs to me, gave me an on the spot quote (very reasonable) and actually saved me money as he explained that I did not in fact need a new bathroom fan but that my duct work was the issue.     Great to work with and found everyone friendly, responsive, and professional. Had them install a sub panel and wiring for my hot tub. You may be able to get it done a little cheaper elsewhere but they’re very reasonably priced and you know it’ll be done right. Would definitely recommend.

    On 11/17/21 Loughlin Electric sent both Paul and Ryan to our home. They were on time, professional and ready to go to work. Paul reviewed the work that we wanted done. Then wrote out a work contract on exactly what was needed to complete the work First, they completed the home inspection we requested with all alarm batteries replaced, inspected all components in the circuit breaker boxes for wear and tear. Paul and Ryan then proceeded to install a ceiling bedroom light. A new ceiling box was installed with a new electrical line run from the attic. Work was impeccable.We highly recommend both Paul, Ryan and Loughlin Electric for any electrical work. You will never be disappointed. Thanks again guys, job well done.

    When my husband and I experienced a sudden loss of power in approximately 85% of our house, we immediately panicked. A local electrician was extremely helpful, but he informed us that he was booked two weeks out and did not have the bandwidth to diagnose and repair the issue same day. Two of Loughlin Electric’s technicians came out within an hour of us calling them, and despite the convoluted wiring in our old home, they were able to restore our power within a few hours. The technicians went above and beyond to help us, wearing shoe coverings inside our home and masks for safety. They were incredibly kind, professional, and affordable, and despite the stress of the issue, we are incredibly grateful to have found a reliable electrician for the future!

At that time I reviewed them on Yelp.I needed three outlets repaired or replaced. Jerry came to our home and was very friendly but very professional. I explained what needed to be done and left him to it. Unfortunately for Jerry my wife lives to shoot the breeze. Sure enough my wife roped him into a conversation while he fixed the outlet in her office.     Last week, I came home to find my pool wasnt running. I couldnt get the power back on so I called my pool company and they recommended Loughlin Electric. They came to my house the same day to evaluate the problem. It turned out that the breaker box was outdated and there were frayed wires. It could have been a lot worse than the power shutting off. The next day, they arrived first thing in the morning (in the pouring rain no less) to make all the repairs and get the pool up and running safely. Im extremely happy with their service.
