It was a blessing to our family to get connected with Mead Renovations. Our 90+ year old home needed major renovations and significant additions. All work performed was quality craftmanship. Everyone involved; carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, floor installers, were 1st class professional tradesmen. When Mr. Mead was finished, my family ended up with an amazing new home and a great new friend.

My older ranch style house doesn’t look the same! In addition to completely gutting the kitchen and knocking out a wall between two living areas, they fixed several problems that were existing. We had foundation issues that had been handled with a foundation company but still needed the cosmetic fixes. The house needed to be re-wired and we had can lights installed throughout. They were able to fix things inside and out. Eric worked with me to get the look I wanted and correct so problems - some I didn’t even know I had - like termite damage (old damage) throughout the house. Even replacing outside walls that had significant damage. While the cosmetic fixes are wonderful, it is so nice to know my house is now in good shape as well. It’s like having a new house. The quality of work is top notch and they are great to work with. The cost was very reasonable considering all they did. I’m a real bargain hunter so it’s tough to impress me. I wanted quality work but at the best price available. Mead hit it out of the park. I would recommend Mead to anyone in need of renovation.

Our experience with Mead Renovations has been an absolute pleasure. When I deal with companies, the most important aspect is trustworthiness and integrity. Check and check. These guys are amazing! When doing a major renovation like ours (down to the bones), there will certainly be hiccups, but it’s how they respond to them that matters. If you use Mead, you will get a quality reno. We moved to Texas about 3 years ago into a home that was in good condition but totally outdated. Time and money was not on our side at the time so as most families do, we dealt with it and dreamed of remodeling in the future. The day and the money to do it finally came and we called Mead Renovation Solutions. From the first time I meet Eric and his crew I know they were it. It was suppose to be a kitchen and master bathroom remodel but turned into a almost whole house update. These guys are the real deal. They listen to what you want and compliment your vision with out of the box/get it done thinking. No one likes living through a bathroom and kitchen remodel but they made it manageable by tidying up after themselves everyday especially during demo and making sure we didn’t have to live totally inconvenienced. We were so impressed with them that we kept adding on projects and before you knew it we had a beautiful home inside and out. Yes, they did the outside of our home too. Painted the entire house including the roof and driveway. Remodeled the front porch with new cedar beams, cedar ceiling, tile flooring, custom built shutters, mailbox and swinging daybed just to name a few. They are awesome. I call them Rockstar Renovations and as long as we live here there will be no other contractor we will call. Oh forget to mention the best part; they are honest, fair, timely and reasonably priced. We are so pleased with our new bathroom and the service these guys provided throughout the renovation. They were on time and on budget, and the work is beautiful. On top of that, Eric and Anthony were so easy to work with. From answering my toddler’s daily 20 questions, to helping make those small decisions like grout color and drawer pulls that I really didn’t have time to think about, it really was a smooth and painless process. They are great people to have working in and on your home!

Not only did you bring our visions to life, but you kept us in the loop every step of the way. Getting picture updates, phone calls, and texts was not only exciting but very reassuring. You also took the time to bring in our mail as well as keep an eye on other projects going on at the house and property that weren’t even your responsibility. You gave great advice and we knew from the moment we met you that we were in good hands. Planning a move from out of state is hard enough, let alone coordinating moving 10 animals and managing renovation projects while not even living in the same state. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and highly recommend your services to anyone who needs a contractor. We now not only have a reliable contractor who we will use for the rest of our lives for any project we need, but a friend as well.

We bought our house in Woodway in December 2019. Beautiful house, huge corner lot with lots of trees. The inside was very 1972 and in desperate need of updating. Our realtors recommended Mead Renovations. We met with Eric (owner) and had a really great feeling about him right away. Renovations began 2 weeks before the entire country was shut down due to COVID. We were worried to say the least! We didn’t need to be. Renovation on our home kept going despite the shutdown. Not only that, there were very few delays during the entire process. Only the windows (manufacturing shut down) and a couple extra days on our flooring which was shipping related, we’re delayed. Pretty amazing considering the circumstances with COVID. Not only was our house done on time, it turned out beautiful!!! We absolutely LOVE how it turned out!! It was really a stress free renovation for us. Nothing like the nightmares you hear about remodeling. It was actually fun to come and see the changes and our vision come to life! The tile guys were great and did such a great job! Eric has a great sense of humor and kept us laughing. When it’s time to remodel our second bathroom and decide on a patio/sunroom we will be using Mead Renovations for sure! You know your contractor is good and honest when he lives in walking distance of many of his renovations!! Highest of recommendations for Mead Renovations!!
