    The power company had to disconnect my elderly neighbors power due to outdated and failing (it was going in and out on its own). Thankfully she didnt have a house fire. This was on a Saturday evening. Sunday I found Bowen Electric online and saw they had a 24/7 emergency service number. I called and got a response from Bennett in minutes. He went out of his way and got here Monday morning and began repairs that day. It wasnt an easy job but he and his partner finished it on Tuesday and were both very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Her house is up to code now and she can have peace of mind about not having an electrical fire. I would recommend Bowen Electric to anyone 100%.

    They came out to check the same day I called and installed a ground, they’re really fast. Had to call the next day due to my lights dimming. Instead of charging, they told us the exact issue and it was Oncor that had to fix it. I really appreciate not getting charged for things that we don’t need, they’re awesome.

    We contacted Bowen Electric to replace some fluorescent light bulbs in a complicated ballast. By the time they arrived we had three other issues to ask their help with. Greg and Cade, who showed up right on time, could not have been more friendly and helpful! Not only did they replace bulbs in TWO different fluorescent fixtures, but they replaced a motion detector light in a tall tree, capped off the electricity to another tree, and repaired lights lining a front entry. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very good humored about the extra tasks, which we very much appreciated. Thank you to Bowen Electric for a job well done at a reasonable price!

    They sent out an electrician that diagnosed the issue in about 10 minutes and had the replaced switch completed in another 10 minutes. The price was fair as well. Very satisfied.

    From the time with Crystal on the phone to set the appointment to the next day when it was time to pay for the service, I was satisfied with the professionalism, tech knowledge and customer service. My electrician saw something questionable and made a few phone calls to double check what he was doing, his journey man equally as professional. Basically the house was built in 1972 using wiring that is now outdated, after installing a complete HVAC system 2 years ago the house is starting to show its age and where it needs to be updated. They were able to supply power back to the heater and then were able to inform me of the upgrades I need. I will be using Bowen for those upgrades and all future electrical needs and when asked I will recommend Bowen.

    I used Bowen Electric last year, and again this year. They did an excellent job and GREAT customer service. These days when good customer service is rarely found, this place was great at making the appointment, letting me know when they were on the way, treating me with respect and politeness by the service men. And the job done was perfect.

    We have an old home and had some fuses start to go out and cause a burning smell to suddenly happen. It took no time for one of their experienced team members to come out and fix the issue! It was late and he worked quickly and was so kind to us as we were a bit shook that we almost had a house fire from the issue. He explained everything to us and got the job done well! So grateful for Bowen Electric!

    When my husband and I woke up this morning, our lights were flickering when we tried to make coffee, and the appliances in the kitchen weren’t operating correctly due to low power. After a scary google search result, we called the emergency line that Bowen has and left a message. We promptly received a return phone call (all of this before 6:00 am). The woman answered our questions, and gave us the option of waiting until 7:30 so the hourly rate would be less. She also recommended calling Oncor in the meantime, which we did. Bowen called back not long after 7:30 and sent three guys out right away. Ultimately it ended up being something Oncor would need to look into, but the technician placed the order for me and provided the local Oncor number in case they didn’t come out soon. He also offered to leave me the ticket so that I could call the Bowen office to arrange payment because he could see I had my hands full with my newborn. We will definitely call Bowen the next time we need an electrician!

    LOOK NO FURTHER!! Ive done the research for you. You can trust Bowen Electric to take care of your electrical needs in a professional, kind, timely manner at a great price. I currently live in Dallas but grew-up in Waco in a home where my parents continue to reside. I needed an electrician in Waco I could trust for an important job. Im in the process of remodeling my home in Dallas. I needed a light fixture, that has been located in my childhood bedroom, taken down so I could have it installed in my home in Dallas. This particular globe-pendant light fixture is fifty-one years old; as old as my parents home and is the original fixture in my childhood bedroom. I have an emotional connection to this beautiful light fixture. I knew I needed a company who would be cognoscente of the importance of this fixture and take extreme care in taking it down. After on-line researches of other Waco electricians, and taking my parents advice who have used Bowen for years, Bowen was exactly the company I needed. Casey and Dylan were everything I could wish for in electricians to complete a job so important to me. They took down my childhood light fixture with extreme care and wrapped it for safe travel to Dallas. The chandelier used as a replacement was installed quickly and efficiently. I understand, anytime an electrician is needed, its an important job. However, Casey and Dyland understood my emotional connection to the fixture and went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease as they removed it for relocation to my home in Dallas. They were respectful of my needs, patient and kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Without a doubt, I made the right choice to use Bowen. Give them a call for your electrical needs.     Great customer service. The young men were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and explaining to me what needed to be done to correct the problem. I am no longer having any electrical issues.

    I had several projects done if you want a job well done then this is the company you want you can be assure of a professional job I had the twins here for 2 days they are the nicest and most professional and curtious men I have ever met if Bowman’s workforce is the same which I’m sure they are then this who you want for your needs I can go one about the service but I’ll leave it as is and I can’t forget about Tom the estimator he spent time with us making sure we understood how and why what we needed In my opinion this is a top notch company

    I won’t use anyone else. Responsive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They upgraded our service in an older home to 200 amp. Installation was neat, professional and non destructive. I called them back to eliminate some circuits from a wall we are tearing down and the two young men who showed up were great, they did exactly what I needed and asked for, listened to my concerns and had the job completed in two hours. Prices on both jobs was very reasonable.
