My wife and I hired Schiebe Construction to remodel our family room after we discovered some moisture damage from condensation on the ceiling. This was probably decades in the making, and we figured we would upgrade the space as long as we were redoing the ceiling anyways.In the end, we replaced the ceiling with shiplap, new beams, chandelier, new can lights, spray foamed for insulation, replaced doors and converted old wood trim to a more classic white.Mariusz and his sons were outstanding. They completed faster than initially estimated and the finished product is incredible. Throughout I noted excellent communication, follow-through, and the entire team was respectful to the max. This included taking into account the needs of my family and our dog.The team started every day at a consistent time, checked in daily to see how we were liking progress, and were kind enough to lock up one day when we couldnt be home.I felt like the price was reasonable and I got a good value for the work performed. I appreciate all of their efforts and we love our new family room.

We recently hired Scheibe Construction to install French Doors to convert a small living room into a home office.Mariusz came out for a consultation and explained options and answered all our questions. He gave us several options to fit our budget. The results were great and they left the work area spotless.Communication about the job logistics are also well managed with timely responses.We will definitely work with Scheibe Construction in the future. Highly Recommended.

This business is the best one in the suburbs! I have been trying to get a quality company to get my whole bathroom completely redone and it hasn’t worked out until I got in touch with these guys. Other companies would up charge me significantly and one actually came out and did a very poor job, so I found these guys from recommendations and they absolutely killed it. My family and I are very happy with the work they’ve done for us and our friends in the past! They have great prices for the amazing quality they provide. They’re fast with their service and great friendly people all around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10

Great work done by Schiebe Construction! We have used him several times - vinyl flooring install, bathroom redo (tile, toilet, vanity) and several smaller projects. Always thorough, well done, attention to details, and making sure it is as we wish. Very responsive! Highly recommend him!
