    Have had Prestige Plumbing do a few plumbing projects for us and I have been so happy with everything. Theyā€™re quick. Efficient. Priced well. Ben was so easy to work with and did a really great job. Making sure throughout the project that it was looking and faucets were placed where I liked them. Would definitely recommend.

    Working with Prestige Plumbing was great! Derrick made sure we were well taken care of and knew all of our options. He even helped point out a few other existing issues we werenā€™t aware of and quickly gave us information on what it would take to remedy those.We worked with Prestige for a new water softener, three new toilets, and a drain repair. All were installed well and we have been enjoying them so far!Derrick was fantastic, and we will be returning to them for future projects!

    I had water leaking from the ceiling in my basement. I was referred to Prestige Plumbing by a friend. I am so glad I called them. They came out same day and were very reasonable on price. Derrick was the plumber and he was great! Very easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use Prestige plumbing in the future.

    I had a flood 2 years ago, Ben from Prestige Plumbing did multiple plumbing repairs replacements and such. He is friendly, knowledgeable and I was extremely pleased with his work. Have told many friends about Prestige. He Just replaced my disposal. I wonā€™t call any other plumbing facility. Thereā€™re great!

    We recently had to deal with our water heater failing unexpectedly, and needed to find a replacement quickly. After a couple of cost estimates from other plumbers, we found Prestige Plumbing, called them that morning, and Ben from Prestige came out that same afternoon. After assessing the issue, he was able to do the job of replacing the the old water heater quickly, as well as replacing water softener lines and installing brass fittings, too, and hauling away the old tank. The install was beautifully done, with real workmanship. And the cost - with labor and hardware included - was an amazing value compared to other plumbers we spoke to. Id be happy to recommend Ben and Prestige Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services done exceptionally well at a very fair price. As a matter of fact, Ive already sent a friend to them!

    Prestige Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company we have worked with. They were recommended to us from our countertop company and I get why! They are super friendly, reliable, efficient and had the best prices! Most cases they were able to come out within a day or two of contacting them (and I love that I can just text their front desk, so easy!) Derrick was really knowledgeable and fixed our issues right away. Then when we had another issue come up Ben promptly came out and he was just as friendly and helpful and efficient. I never felt like I was getting played, they were straight forward and worked with me to use what I already had to get me the best price. They also always went the extra mile, without charging for it. We had another company quote us the same project and they literally quoted ten times higher than what Prestige charged. I will absolutely be using Prestige from now on in all our homes plumbing needs!

    I couldnā€™t be more happy that I decided to support local (Iā€™m in Woods Cross too). I called this morning with issues of pipes shaking and knocking, and they gave me an arrival window between 3:00 and 5:00 or I could wait til Wednesday. I chose the prior. Derrick showed up at 3:03. He listed intently to what the issue was, how I had tried to trouble shoot it myself, and he got to work. He duplicated the issue, trouble shooted it and explained his thought process and diagnosed the problem as the Pressure Regulating Valve going bad. He was completely informative, upfront, and stayed true to the price he originally quoted verbally. Iā€™ll be using these guys again and recommend them to anyone whoā€™ll listen!

    I love Prestige plumbing! Derrick came and fixed our leaking bath tub faucet, and also our washing machine faucets. He was professional and competent.     This was the second time weā€™ve had Ben out to our home. The first time was to change out a water heater under warranty because we could not get a hold of the plumber that originally installed it. He did a great job and also ran some water line in our garage for us. Unfortunately, the second warranty water heater failed, so we decided to scrap that brand and go with a tankless. Their office manager rescheduled a number of appointments to get us moved up on their schedule so we wouldnā€™t have to go a week without hot water.Ben and his assistant (didnā€™t catch his name) showed up on time, answered all my questions, and gave me their recommendation for a new tankless based on the features we wanted. They got it put in and working in about 4 hours and it looks and works great.I wonā€™t say theyā€™re the cheapest, but theyā€™re also not the most expensive, and they do great work! We will definitely use them in the future when we need plumbing work done.

    Ben from Prestige Plumbing was fantastic! Fixed/cleaned up handyman/poor plumbing practices in our house and did so quickly and efficiently. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and passed along wisdom for plumbing maintenance.     Our experience with Prestige Plumbing was entirely positive. We received an immediate reply to our initial contact, the technician Ben came that day and gave us a detailed explanation without any pressure sales or fast talk. He returned the next day and did a great job on the repair, carefully cleaned up his work, and then took extra time to explain ways we might approach future plumbing updates. (He was also really nice to our dog.) We will definitely be calling Prestige for future plumbing needs.

    Prestige Plumbing was amazing. I received multiple quotes from companies to upgrade from two water heaters to a tankless. Prestige gave me a quote and was able to work with my schedule. Once I finally made up my mind, they were able to add me to their schedule the same week. Ben showed up on time and got the job done super fast. Great quality work at a fair price. Ben was fabulous and even took some extra time to help me with my water softener. My daughters are already putting it to great use.     Prestige plumbing and Derrick especially are awesome. We had a water heater leak which turned out to be a water heater at the end of its life. Derrick diagnosed and replaced it with a very short turnaround. We really liked that he took the time to actually understand what had happened and what needed to be done. I highly recommend Prestige, they have great work ethics and have never been late for an appointment.

    We called Prestige Plumbing, which was highly recommended by some contractors we knew, when our water heater wasnā€™t working. We called at 9 AM and by 11:30 Derrick was at our door. He was very professional and found the problem quickly. He took the time to discuss with us solutions to our problem, costs of repair and looked through our warranty for the best solutions. Our gas valve went out and because we have a disabled Senior in our home, who couldnā€™t wait for parts to come due to health, he told us he would be back with the part. He went locally and when the part wasnā€™t in stock he went into Salt Lake and picked up the part and came back and fixed it.Then he stayed long enough to make sure we had hot water again. When he left, we felt like he served the needs of our home, that he was professional and we actually felt like he was a friend when we left.     We had a couple toilets that needed to be reset after some tile work done in our bathrooms. Ben was our technician from Prestige Plumbing, and he did incredible work. Ben was very professional, clean, friendly, and efficient. He also made sure to double check that there were no leaks before leaving. When I inquired about resetting the pedestal sink as well, Ben was able to accommodate this additional work on the spot. Pricing was more than fair, and I can honestly say I wont be using anyone else. I really trust these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs. Five stars all the way for this company.

    Another business wanted to charge me $4500 for extra unneeded repairs. (I just learned many plumbers are paid on commission, Prestige isnt.) Im so glad I got a second opinion. Ben fixed my problems in less than an hour and he was a little EARLY! Im so happy! I paid less than 10% of the previous bid.I recommend Ben because he is honest and he feels like a friend.     I arranged to have Prestige Plumbing take care of an issue with my garbage disposal. They sent Ben to do the job. Not only did he replace the disposal but he replaced the mess of piping underneath my sink so that everything lined up correctly.     Prestige Plumbing was sent to our home by our home warranty company to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. Ben was the technician we worked with. He arrived within the 2 hour time frame we were given and was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and told us what our different options were. He also suggested we check the lower level of our home to ensure water had not run down the walls under the kitchen which fortunately it had not. We chose to replace our kitchen faucet with a new one which Ben installed. From the start with communication and getting appointment for requested estimate from Brittany, to Tech/ Ben arriving at the scheduled time, and going over the feasibility/cost of the plumbing requirements/changes we were seeking to get advise about before making a decision to go forward.     Ben with prestige plumbing has done awesome work every time he has come to our home. He is very knowledgeable and informative about all our plumbing needs.     When we found a leak in our basement, we did the same thing you are doing now- we googled plumbers. Prestige Plumbing has excellent reviews, so we called them. Ben came out right away and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He went above and beyond during his visit- he made sure that other plumbing components (installed by a different company) were installed correctly, and answered all of our plumbing questions. I hope that we donā€™t need a plumber for a long time- but when we do, I will absolutely be calling Prestige Plumbing. I am always skeptical when a company only has good reviews, but from my experience with their service, I think the 5 star reviews were legitimately earned. Good luck! If you are looking for a plumber, today likely isnā€™t your best day, so I hope things start looking up for you!

    Ben is AMAZING!! OUR PLUMBER FOR LIFE!!This is the 2nd time we have used Prestige plumbing, we KNOW our pipes were in good hands. Our main bathroom shower has been horrible with low water pressure for 6yrs, also the downstairs bathroom sink was slow to drain. Ben fixed both problems in a few hours, installed beautiful new fixtures and now we can wait to use the shower!Ive had disappointing repairs in the past and Im very picky who I trust... Trust me you cant go wrong with Ben or Prestige Plumbing!!!

    I have used other local plumbing companies.The last company I used, had to come back for a warranty repair and it cost me six hundred dollars. There was no cost with the warranty work but the plumber talked us into other work to add up the bill. The work was well done, but the plumber told me that he was on commission.I saw a Prestige Plumbing truck in my neighborhood at a neighbor home. Trevor told me that they didnt work on commission.Our water heater had been leaking and I told him I would probably call them sooner than later.Called and left a message over the weekend and got a return call Monday morning. They arranged to get the water heater replaced the same day. No extras, no hidden fees; just the work I needed at the price I was quoted. There was no emergency call-out fee.Prestige is our new plumber. Maybe, they should be yours.You should trust someone you let into your home, We trust Prestige, and so can you.

    This was by far the best experience Iā€™ve had with any home updates period. Brittney was incredible to coordinate with, both calling AND texting and she never made me feel dumb for not knowing the correct terminology or anything.     These guys do a great job. From taking care of scheduling with the short-time line I had given them, to a very personable and helpful plumber in Ben, to quickly resolving a minor leak, from the first appointment, that was in our reverse osmosis system. Finding a service company like this that you can trust and will treat you fairly is not always easy. Between knowing that they provided a great service at a fair price and also took care of any customer service related issues professionally and promptly, I would recommend them to anyone.

    In the past month i have had Prestige come over for several jobs, one included fixing the incorrect plumbing in my basement bathroom, this required jack-hammering into my foundation, re-routing and replacing pipe and getting infrastructure ready for bathroom remodel. Basically pretty serious stuff.They did a great job and also diagnosed that our house had way too high of pressure, which helps make sense why our dishwasher kept having to be replaced, helps save risk of flooding and cost to replace appliances.They know their stuff and will not only do what they are asked to do, they will go in there and tell you about things they see are wrong and fix those too, with permission from you.

    Orion and John came to my home because one of my laundry room draining pipes was leaking. They quickly identified what the issue was and explained it thoroughly and gave me the options moving forward of what needed to be done to fix it.
