    Fernando from FA Painting has done a lot of work in our community, so he came highly recommended. When I contacted him for a repair and paint job, he responded immediately and we were able to set up a meeting to review the job and get a quote within a couple of days. We scheduled the work for a few days later. He and his worker showed up on time, and did excellent work! Everything looks professional, they cleaned everything up, and I will definitely be contracting with them for some more work very soon. Highly recommended!

    Fernando and his team do amazing work! They have been servicing our neighborhood for many years and came highly recommended, and after working with them I can see why. The team took out all of the homes rotting trim, put in moisture barriers and fitted new PVC trim while matching the homes paint perfectly.They went above and beyond making sure to do it right the first time. Knowledgeable, amiable, and hard working, Ill make sure to use them again in the future, and recommend them to others who need quality home repairs.

    FA Paint did a great job replacaing our outside home trim with pvc board, painting our house, and resurfacing our front porch with Trex. They show up on time everyday, keep the work area clean and Fernando does whatever he can to make sure you are satisfied with the work. I highly recommend and will continue to use FA painting for future home paint jobs.

    These guys replaced all our wood trim with PVC and did some extensive exterior painting. Everything came out great and their price was fair. They showed up on time and completed the work on time. Fernando was always helpful and professional.

    Fernando did a fabulous job cleaning my deck, patio, walk-up and front side walk and porch. There was a lot of build up on my patio, front walk-way and porch and after Fernando completed power washing, all areas were so clean and restored back to their original look.     FA Painting did an awesome job! The workers are very nice and friendly.They left the place so clean after painting that with the exception of the new paint you could not tell that they had even been there. The price was very reasonable and fair. I will always check with them if I have any painting done in the future.

    We used FA to repaire rotten wood on our house trim, paint the trim and shutters and stain the wood on the screened in porch. They also painted the foundation. The work FA did was excellent. They included little extras like power washing my driveway when they did the house. They were diligent with cleaning up. And they wanted to get it right the first time. FA sent many workers so they were done in a couple days. The supervisor on site was excellent. She matched the shutter pain. She is an expert at what she does. Price was competitive and with the little extras it was best value. I will use them again and recommend them.

    They did much more than painting. The completely remodeled two bathrooms and a kitchen, installing new tile, new fixtures, new cabinets. I was extremely pleased with their work. They did a quality job and were very respectful of the other residents in the condo building. They were clean and as quiet as they could be during the demolition phase. They are also nice people and easy to deal with.

    We had the pleasure of hiring FA Painting for our exterior project. They repaired our deck and retaining wall as well as painting our home’s exterior. Fernando is a true professional and went above and beyond to ensure our prior leaning fence would be secure by replacing damaged posts and securing with concrete. I’ve never seen such a hardworking crew that worked quickly despite the extreme 100 degree heat. Fernando Jr. did a fantastic job communicating throughout the project.     I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Fernando and his FA Painting team. He came highly recommended from our neighbors who have also used his services over the years. In evaluating other possible contractors, we were most comfortable with Fernando from start to finish.His team started on time as he projected, even a little early. They explained everything along the way. His team was very friendly, and true professionals. The craftsmanship and attention to details are qualities you don’t see much these days.His costs were reasonable and up front. Unlike other contractors with squishy estimates and hidden costs, we felt Fernando was communicative and forthright every step of the process. He’s not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. Then again, cheap usually means you risk something like quality and/or dependability. Fernando was just right in terms of labor given the high quality attention his crew provided and material costs were essentially pass-through. They are hard working and efficient, and the project concluded ahead of schedule.We had a lot of exterior work done from power washing the entire house to replacing much of the wood trim with PVC board. Then everything was painted outside from top to bottom. We also had Fernando rebuild our patio deck and stairs, which he did a fantastic job. We also had a significant ceiling drywall repair needed inside, which now you can’t tell it was ever there.The carpentry aspect of their trim work and elaborate/ornate details with our craftsman style home were spot on. We definitely plan to use his services again for future projects inside and out. My husband is bit of a perfectionist so he always has high expectations for contractors for work he can’t do himself. That said, he was impressed with the workmanship and very pleased with the outcome.Fernando checks in throughout the process to ensure we’re happy, which is his number one priority. Needless to say we’re happy and FA painting should be your go-to contractor for these services. We can’t recommend Fernando enough!
