    We had 14 old windows replaced yesterday, 9/9/2024 and my husband and I were more than Happy with the quality, appearance and efficiency of our new windows. We could immediately see the difference in the temperature and sound reduction in the house. Jason, Collin and Chris did a phenomenal job, all 14 windows in one day. They were professional, courteous and showed attention to detail along with excellent clean up during and afterwards. Also, Kyle Karvis was always prompt in returning my calls. From initial sale with Matthew thru the entire installation process everything was perfect, such a great experience with a company you can trust. Needless to say we will refer friends and family to Quality Exteriors for a JOB WELL DONE.

    We purchased an investment property and it needed updated along with new windows. My mom moved into the property, she is elderly and has severe health problems. She has to keep the temp at 72-75 to prevent her body from hurting and locking down. Her heater has constantly been running. Kyle came over, measured the windows and got them ordered. They came in and his crew started working on installing. They are so experienced and professional they did one window at a time so my mother wouldn’t be in any discomfort. The installed 19 windows in 1 day. And came back the next to finish wrapping. By the time they left on day 1 within 20 minutes my mom had to turn down the heat. It was keeping warm and holding the temperature. I’ve always heard new windows would help with energy bills but I fully believe it now. It’s an investment into our investment property. Will add immediate value as well as save hundreds on electric and gas bills. 100% recommend Kyle and David and the whole crew at Quality Exteriors. Make a smart choice and get new windows!!!

    Very pleasant experience!!! They did an excellent job at installing new fascia on my home. Quality workmanship and timely installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacement on any exterior project. Whether it be siding, windows, painting, or general repair, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them. I will add that they have done a great job taking care of the rest of my family. Their window installation is top notch!

    We used Quality Exteriors for a roof repair due to hail. They were able to work within the amount that the insurance paid which was a relief. So we decided to use them for several windows and a garage entry door too. I worked with both David and Kyle and both were extremely professional, responsive, and straight-forward. Their crews were always friendly and easy to communicate with. There were no surprises and both installations happened in the time frame expected. The window crew was respectful of our new carpet and the roof crew cleaned up all roofing material like it never happened. I dreaded the process of getting these projects done because of bad experiences with other types of contractors. But I was pleasantly surprised and we are happy with the work done. I recommend to anyone needing roofing, windows, or other exterior work!

    Quality Exteriors put in all new windows in our house on 4-28-20. My wife and I absolutely love the new windows. The process was painless, the guys were awesome, and they did all the work in one day. The windows are great quality windows that look amazing and we got it all done for a very reasonable price, especially compared to the other quotes we got. You can tell they take pride in their work. All the windows are tightly fit and sealed, every little detail is perfect, and our house was as clean when they left as when they got here. They even took down and put back up the blinds and window dressings for us when they were done. Honestly turned out better than what we were even expecting, and this was well worth the money.

    Excellent product, sales process, and easy, fast installation! We only had to wait about 1 month for the windows to be custom manufactured and installed, and theyre beautiful and the installers did a great job, and had all of the windows in my house and front storm door installed in 1 day! They took the time to answer all of my questions and were very friendly! I would definitely recommend Quality for your windows!Quality sells the NT Window, a manufacturer out of the DFW area. I conducted extensive research on windows before buying, and found the NT Window to be the highest quality of window sold in the Lubbock area. The wait time from start to finish was short, and we got the best bang for the buck from Quality Exteriors!

    I am a disabled vet and I just had two double windows replaced for one big picture window. The sales staff, office staff, and installing crew were professional and friendly, and answered all of my questions. They were wonderful—moving the furniture away from the window because I could not do it due to my disabilities. They cleaned up the job site. You can’t even tell someone was here other than I have a gorgeous new big picture window! Recommend this company for quality work and cost – – you won’t be disappointed!

    I met Kyle and David at the annual Lubbock home and garden show. They came out gave me a detailed and professional estimate to replace a defective window with a 3 panel sliding glass door. Excellent job!!!! Looks as if door was always there both on inside and outside. I am so glad I was able to see their work at the home and garden show to feel confident with my choice.

    I was looking for replacement windows and had Woodbridge come out and do a bid. It was way above my budget and they were very pushy, wanting a decision right away. I called Quality Exteriors and had them do the same bid. What a difference! No pressure, thorough explanation of the different window types, options, benefits, etc. I was able to get the same triple-pane windows Woodbridge was pushing for 1/3 the price Woodbridge said was their best price.I ended up getting siding, windows and a patio door for less than that 1st bid. Its been a year and I am still pleased with the job. My windows have saved me money on utilities and sanity because of the noise reduction.David is professional and honest. I highly recommend Quality Exteriors for their quality products, exceptional pricing and quick turn around time. Use them, you wont be disappointed.

    We had a leaking roof/ and our windows were in disrepair when we moved to Lubbock. We tried many other companies but, could never get them to come out. Called Quality exterior and not only did they come out they had a new roof and windows within two weeks when every other business told us months.
