    Had a great experience with this company. Installation went well, received all paperwork, excellent communication, and the unit works great. Another thing to point out is the companys integrity. For example, when the manufacturer accidently sent the wrong unit, which was an upgrade from what we ordered, the company did not try to upcharge us for the upgraded unit. They were happy to install it for us at the same price that we originally paid. Would recommend!

    Empire was without doubt the optimal option for a furnace replacement. The Service was outstanding. The employees were respectful of my house when moving in and out of the building. They stayed late in order to finish the replacement so I did not have to go another night without heat. 10/10 would recommend.

    My husband and I are older in addition to my husband being legally blind. Our breaker in the circuit box failed leaving us with no water. After searching the web and calling 3 separate companies which could not help or could not send anyone out for several days I called Empire Electric. They were at our house within half an hour fixed the electrical issue and even cleaned out our circuit box. I was totally impressed with their service in responsiveness, quality of work, and pricing. We will definitely use them again and I totally recommend them. They even put up patiently with mu husbands story telling before they left. Thank you guys so much!

    I wanted to share my experience with this company. It was beyond fantastic. I had an incident where my water heater decided it was tired and didnt want to heat the water anymore. They came out and looked it over, showed me the piece that would need replaced and it was crumbling. My water heater was 14 years old. I decided to just go ahead and replace it and they had it done within a couple of hours. I would recommend their services to anyone. All of them were professional and polite. No pressure. Keeping it local!!!!
