    I couldnt be more happy with the fence Frank and his crew installed in one day! The process started out with Bill from Sales coming on a Sunday because we were available. He gave us an estimate, and even with COVID jobs backed up and their busy schedule, I was able to get installation done within a month. They did everything in a very courteous and customer friendly manner, especially the owner Frank, who gets in the dirt and works along with the rest of the crew. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company. I chose a beautiful vinyl fence and the bottom is steel reinforced so no sagging will occur.

    Frank and his team did a good job on the fence at my backyard. Even during this pandemic, they tried their best to have it done on time. I was home when they installed the fence and able to walk-through with them on what we wanted. They will cater you on some changes/modifications along the way. We do like the outcome of their work and surely recommend their business...Kudos Frank!

    Once the material was in, they got right to work. They showed up on time and were very professional. What I asked for is exactly what I got. The aluminum fence looks great and Ive gotten so many compliments already. The guys installed a new vinyl gate and its beautiful. The chain link installed at the back is perfect as well. Highly recommend.

    Cannot say enough about Loyal Fence and how great they were to work with. Frank is a hands on owner that knows the details of each project he and his team are working on. He is very responsive and does all he can to ensure the customer is happy before they pay. His sales team was also fantastic as they didn’t look to sell me the most expensive fence in their catalog but rather the one that would fit our needs and wants without breaking the bank. I highly suggest Loyal Fence as they will do all they can to ensure their customers are satisfied.

    Frank and the whole crew at Loyal fence were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! They were prompt, professional, friendly, respectful, communicative and reliable.     We have had two sections of fence and gates put up by Frank, and I recommended him to my Mom and he enclosed her entire yard also. We are VERY happy with the work that was done, the black chain link & vinyl that we had put up look beautiful! The team of guys that Frank has are so friendly and accommodating, from what I understand most of them are brothers, and they are a great family! I would 100% recommend Loyal Fence again, they are local, lowest price around (I got 6 quotes), friendly, top notch craftsmanship and, and timely!

    Frank and his guys did a great job on our fence!     My husband and I had 6 companies come to the house for discussion and quotes on a new wood fence. Bill Joyce came to represent Loyal Fence and he was a pleasure. He was honest, knowledgable, and forthcoming with any information I needed to know. Not only that, but he was the ONLY one out of SIX companies to call me back and respond to any of my additional questions or concerns. The price was fair, and with his added great customer service we decided to go with this company. The installation team arrived when they said they would, worked hard all day, and installed a beautiful fence. Weve gotten so many compliments already by people on our street. Thanks so much!

    When the sales rep Bill came out, he was friendly and personable, great with the kids who were running around like crazy, and very informative and helpful. They were able to beat a competitive quote, sent out an awesome team that answered all of our questions (and we had a ton). We now have a fenced in yard with impeccable customer service and couldnt be happier. Frank, Tony, and Bill are the best to work with. I cant thank them enough.

    We had done a section of fencing with this company last year and they did a great job. The section of fence held up through many of wind storms with no issue. I waited for them to open back up after covid calmed down to do another section of fencing. They guys did a great job again!!! They finished the job with in hours.     I just had a lovely fence put in and despite all the troubles of supply chain shortages, Frank and his team at Loyal Fence Company came through. When it looked like my materials would not arrive until much later in November, he worked a miracle and found what I needed and had it installed. The guys who put it in were terrific--swift, efficient and hardworking.

    Absolutely fantastic customer service and quality work. Frank and his team made me feel like I was the only customer on Earth which is how I want to feel when I am making a financial investment! Here are the reasons I would hands down recommend the Loyal Fence Company:1. Company is family run (run by wife, sister in law, husband etc.) Which gave me a very homey and warm feeling as apposed to an automated factory, robot type feeling from massive company,2. Frank was kind, compassionate, easy to talk to, and never make me feel like I was a dollar sign. He was also at my house for an estimate within 24 hours of my call.3. Frank went above and beyond to meet our needs by ripping out part of an old fence at no extra charge and adding a few extra posts to connect old fence to new fence, again at no extra charge. This saved my husband and I a lot of hassle and labor! We cannot express enough appreciation for the extra help.4. Frank and his team saw my vision and finished out the job quickly. I was told my install fence would be installed by June 1, but they squeezed in some weekend and afternoon work hours when other jobs finished early and my fence was up a week BEFORE my date. It doesnt get any better than that!5. Franks team is hard working, family oriented, and produce excellent work. Call them for your fencing needs!

    My experience with the Loyal Fence Company of Wolcott Connecticut was very positive from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with at the company was courteous and professional. They were right on time for my appraisal appointment. I wanted to get a new aluminum fence to enclose my pool. There were a few tricky areas that I was concerned about, but Javi helped me plan the project. I hired the company and they began work at my house about 3 or 4 weeks later. I thought that to be reasonable. I also found their price to be fair and reasonable. Frank, the owner of the company, checked with me throughout the progress of the installation to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with everything. I was very satisfied and very happy. Javi and his crew were extremely hard-working. They paid great detail to their work and they were very careful and respectful of my plants and landscaping. I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this company and I plan on using them again for future projects.
