    Overall I had an exceptional experience with Newpro demolishing an old Ozzie and Harriet tile shower.The new acrylic shower enclosure was installed by Kelton who is a perfectionist. The project manager Josh and sales rep Connor were both very attentive as well.The helpfulness & professionalism extended to finance manager Kristen. I can’t say enough about how delightful it was working with her and how patient she was with my application.There are cheaper companies that go right over the tile but eventually only caulking stands between this shoddy approach and leakage. Avoid them!

    Antonio and his crew were exceptional. Anytime we had an issue it was resolved instantly. As for the final inspection the guy did not show 3 times. I finally told him not to bother. The products are superior and have changed our home.

    My mother had a Newpro tub to shower conversion completed this week in her condo. The whole process was a positive experience. Mark our sales rep was great to work with and kept open communication from our first meeting to completion. Ken did the install and Andy was our plumber. Both were fantastic to work with. They are true pros with what they do and represent Newpro very well. Professional, on time, cleaned up thoroughly each day, were friendly, knew how to speak to their clients, explained each step and whats to come next. We had the pleasure of having Ken for 2 days. He was never intrusive, always had a smile, very impressed with every aspect of how he did the install. Great caution was taken to not damage walls or ceilings through her condo as he moved materials in and out. She hasnt used the shower yet as shes waiting for the sealant to dry but the finished product looks fabulous and Ken gave thorough instructions upon completion (which was only 2 days). We highly recommend Newpro and this team!

    Felix, the installer, and Rick, the plumber, were both on time, professional and very efficient! Felix was on site all 3 days; Rick was only needed on Day 1. Felix got right to work at 8am after laying down tarps on the floor and didn’t stop until he was finished around 4:30pm. Except for the light film from the concrete/tile removal (understandable!), he made sure all was in shape and equipment was stored away before leaving for the day. Felix answered all questions and was extremely pleasant to work with. I am really looking forward to using my new shower as soon as the last of the sealant dries!

    Thank you to the NEWPRO team for an excellent installation of our new roof (color Midnight Plum - beautiful). Everyone we worked with from the sales and installation teams were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual. The process from pre-sale to installation was smooth and near effortless for the consumer. The installation craftsmanship, speed of demo/install, and tidiness of cleanup is truly excellent. It is clear that NEWPRO’s ownership and management cares about its employees - the employees have the resources they need and access to management when appropriate - and the employees all were genuinely happy to be with the company. The products used are top quality and backed up by amazing warranties. We were so thrilled with our roof that we just signed up to have our siding, gutters, windows and a couple doors replaced as soon as possible. Can’t wait to see the final look once these are installed.

    Newpro was pricier than the 3 other companies we received quotes from. After analyzing and comparing the information we received, we decided on Newpro. We just felt more confident in the product and in the knowledge of the salesperson. No regrets here. We love our new shower! The install team was great. They know their stuff. We highly recommend Newpro and definitely use them again!

    Al Romano was amazingArrived on time and called me to tell me that he would arrive in 20Minutes. Caulked the entire shower, cleaned the drain and a few other things. Went above and beyond.     Larry was very knowledgeable, professional, and beyond courteous, and demonstrated a high level of service excellence..     I have one of the complete transformation user cases. I worked with Newpro on a exterior overhaul project at my residence and am very pleased with the results. The communication between the sales and install crews could have been better, but Im not in a position to complain as I actually benefited from it. I would try to interface with the installers more if I did another project to close the gaps. The install lead was very good with following up and addressed my post install concerns, I feel supported if anything is amiss going forward.

    Our tub to shower conversion was completed from A to Z by Mike who did a fabulous job. We wanted to keep the window and it was a non issue. Trimming is beautiful. My husband always looks for flaws when any project is completed and he couldn’t find any. Mike covered everything with cloth. Broke apart our old claw tub since it wouldn’t fit through doorway. Did all the carpentry and plumbing by himself. Cleaned everything spotless. Shower came out beautifully. Not one flaw.

    We had a great experience with our Newpro contractors Peter and Bobby. We got a new bathroom and floors. The wait was only a few weeks and once started, the job was done in 2 days as promised. They were fast, friendly and finished on time. Work quality is excellent. We highly recommend recommend.

    All moved in & the job is perfect. Ken couldn’t have been more professional and courteous, best part he was friendly. It was just as quoted a three day job but it was actually two & 1/2 days or a little less. Ken worked very efficiently, he had complete respect for my entire condo & went to great lengths to make sure all the floors and surrounding areas were protected. At the end of days one & two Ken cleaned up & made sure nothing was in my way. On day three Ken meticulously cleaned the entire bathroom making sure there wasn’t any dust left from the job. Ken took the job a step further when the building inspector said he couldn’t inspect until the following week, Ken paid the inspector a personal visit & explained that I was in a one bathroom condo & needed the shower much sooner, the inspector came out that same day. I would say Ken is a major asset to NEWPRO, they’re lucky to have him. I should also thank the plumber Bobby, he was great.

    I am thrilled with my new walk in shower! I feel so much safer with the bench seat, adjustable shower head and grab bars. Darrell and Jeff were amazing! They were very professional and personable. Darrell explained how everything works, how to keep it maintained, and even cleaned up!     Great experience! The workers that came to do the installation were really nice and professional. My new picture window is gorgeous and I also had an entry door replaced which is airtight and looks great. Cant say enough. Use Newpro if you want a quality product professionally installed.

    I had a large second floor window in my home replaced by Newpro.The installation team was very knowledgeable, thorough, and very clean throughout the whole installation.After having many different contractors work on my home over the years I felt very comfortable that these guys knew what they were doing, I had some damage going beyond the basic window installation and the workmanship was first rate.They wore disposable booties when walking through my house, blew out and cleaned my driveway where they were setup, and even raked the mulch bed where they had setup their staging.My crew consisted of Ron, Paul, and Paulie, all great guys to work with.I also want to give some kudos to your support representative Heaven, she was courteous and professional all though the scheduling process and updates.The window is beautiful and my wife and I are very happy with the way it looks and operates.

    The installation took a long time. But it was determined what the salesman sold for the picture window, wasnt feasible. They had to order and make a different style window. The job was started by a contract team and finished by the house team.There was some damage around the windows on the weather side of the house. They (house team) cleaned and repaired the damage included in the quoted price. Outside cleanup wasnt the best by the contract team. I found glass, aluminum nails and screws. Inside was great. They made new trim to boot. I would have given 5 stars, but for the time to complete and outside cleanup. The house team was better than the contracted team. But the contract team was good too, just not as good.

    Reliable & do great work. They replaced a tub/shower for us. Came out great. Salesperson was great about managing expectations, timing and budget. Installer was very professional- cleaned up after himself better than any other contractor I have hired. Would definitely hire them again.

    High pressure sales call. Excellent work team for getting a job done quickly and correctly and with Quality. Issues by installers are taken care of immediately.. If you need a big project done and want it done in a week this is the company to use . You will pay more than a normal local crew. But you have absolute peace of mind.

    This is the second time I have used NEWPRO. This company is amazing and very professional from start to finish. Both times I have had Rich for the consultation and each time he was easy to talk to and professional. He answered all of our questions and explained everything we needed to know and was easy to get in contact with any time I had a question about the process. The install crew was also amazing! Very professional and courteous. I was home with my kids during install and they worked around us. They did an amazing job and kept everything clean.     NewPro completed shower installation today. Overall I am very happy with the look of the shower and the final product. I had them install their manufactured stone around my current tub and then install a new shower. I ran into a mold problem that required mitigation and extended how long it took to complete the project by several months. Lucas did my installation and he was meticulous and detailed in making everything come together beautifully. He also was patient and resolved all my concerns when they came up. What I didnt like was that when a problem came up the company would take up to 6 weeks for rescheduled installation appointments. I would recommend this company because of the quality of the completed installation which required extensive customization in my situation.

    Highly recommend! The crew did an amazing transformation on my house by installing new vinyl siding. Olver was a hardworking and friendly manager. The crew was on time and worked diligently to finish quickly while also providing quality work. They were neat, clean and very industrious. Todd, the project manager, was available to answer all questions.

    I had a new walk-in shower put in and a bathtub removed. The installer Darrell was professional, neat with clean up and informative. He did a great job especially with the finished work, making the shower look beautiful. The only issue I had was the price for the product but the convenience of them doing everything made it well worth it.

    Excellent job with my bathroom remodel. Pete got right to work on the first day with the demolition. He laid out runner mats between the bathroom and the back door to keep the debris off of my kitchen and hallway floors. Pete did an excellent clean up at the end of each day. He continuously explained what he was doing and what he was finding as the renovation was ongoing. Pete even ensured that the toilet was swapped out during the same day that the floor was replaced, so that it was never out of service overnight. I highly recommend Newpro if you are considering a bathroom remodel.

    Wow, wow, wow! All I can say when it comes to my install. Kevin, arrived in a timely fashion both days. Not only was he pleasant, he was also very professional. On day one he promised to have my shower installed so that I would be able to use it by Friday, since it’s the only full bath in the home, and he definitely kept his promise! On day two, Kevin worked nine hours straight, nonstop and completed my shower. The inspector who came to view, the job was also amazed as to how beautiful everything was coming out.I cannot thank Kevin, enough for the beautiful job he did with my bathroom!Very please!

    The double-pane windows I received are gorgeous. They definitely updated and added value to my 1960s ranch. The installers did a beautiful job with the outside trim. My only problem - the sales rep, Jake, kept messing up my specifications, like casement vs double hung. I corrected that twice - thank goodness! . I included one “before” and 2 “after” photos.

    I recently had 21 windows replaced. I am very pleased with the outcome of the job and would recommend them to others. Trevor and Drew came in to fix a few issues and did an amazing job! I would say if you want the best guys doing the job ask for Trevor and Drew. Even the Neighbors comment on how clean efficient and polite they both were. Brian was very helpful as was Josh the GMs. I posted a few before and after photos.I also had my house resided and new gutters installed! I will first say that Todd Hosford, the project manager for the siding was The best! He was always responsive and helpful. Im not sure the project would be as awesome as it is if it wasnt for him. Misael and his crew had a rough job ahead of them . They jumped in and even though there were a few bumps along the way, In the end i couldnt be happier with the finished job. Again a shout out to Todd ,Brian ,Josh, Trevor, Drew ,and Misael ! Thank You all for my beautiful house

    What an amazing experience is the first thing I will say!!! Who knew this work could be completed in one day. Mike arrived right on time, bright and early to start the job. I was quite surprised to see only a one man show but was definitely not disappointed. He worked efficiently and was so professional. Since I worked from home that day he communicated and asked questions directly to me regarding all the items that I needed to make decisions for regarding placement and height of fixtures which I loved. He even offered some recommendations when I needed some advice. Fantastic guy and workmanship!! Mike made sure when he left as well that everything was cleaned and as he left it. If you ever need work like this done make sure to ask for him because you will not be disappointed.

    Larry Urban, the NEWPRO technician, called ahead and arrived on time. He did a very good job of replacing the three affected windows. He went over and above, by helping me reinstalling the shades. Larry made sure that the windows were cleaned both inside and outside. Overall Larry did an outstanding job. I highly recommend NEWPRO.

The representative ( Al Romano) was extremely professional, called prior to his visit to ensure someone would be home.He had me look over his completed installation to ensure my satisfaction.     Larry arrived on time and worked quickly, effectively and efficiently to identify the problem with each of the six windows I was having trouble getting to close properly. Each window, I believe had something a little different as I watched him replace chain mechanisms, spray the chains with a lubricant rather than the “ dish liquid” another technician recommended 10 plus years ago! He also took time to show me how best get the top window down and pulled in so I can wash the outside more easily! I paid a lot of money 30 plus years ago for 18 windows! This is the first time I was not able clean them all as easily as previously! Still struggle getting screens in and out for cleaning so have resorted to leaving them in and using a brush and special spray bottle to remove dust and dirt!

    Ken D came in and converted our bath to a shower. He was very polite and professional. He put down drop cloths to keep the house clean and left the area spotless when he left.It can be difficult to have workpeople in the house, but we were very comfortable with Ken and were able to come and go during the day.He finished sooner than we expected and we are left with a beautiful new shower.

    We had all our windows and sliding doors replaced and from getting the quote to the installation team, NEWPRO was the best!They answered all our questions, helped us take advantage of a great financing program, and have even checked back in with us to make sure everything was perfect.The installation went great and the team was so nice. They did have one problem, where a windows was the wrong size from the manufacturer but they resolved the problem and scheduled a follow up as soon as they recieved the correct window. It shows how much they care to make it right when something unexpected happens.As for the quality, we could tell the difference in our houses insulation almost immediately. The doors and windows are holding up great. We would highly recommend NEWPRO to anyone looking to update their home.

    Ken D. installed our new handicapped shower in just two days. We couldnt be happier with the results. My husband is handicapped, so that was the reason we decided to update our shower. He is now able to sit in the shower and not worry about falling - which has happened several times. Ken was absolutely wonderful to work with. He answered any questions we had and offered suggestions that we didnt even think about. My house was clean when left and the shower was is beautiful. We love it and we love the job Ken did.

The materials were excellent and the crew were the most professional, cordial and responsive that we have ever seen. Matt was incredibly responsive and always helpful. The crew always made sure we were happy with the results. If we ever need work done again in any area of or house - we will only consider calling NEWPRO.

    The guys worked hard and had my new windows in , in a day. The leader even found and removed a wasp nest (above and beyond) to continue instillation. One window was damaged in transit and they replaced that as soon as new window arrived. A good quality window, my only issue is the covering used wood look finish on the inside. I believe these windows will save on heat and air as they are sturdy and well sealed. Anxious to see my new electric bill 😄

    …In the end I was pleased with the long production of the tub-shower change. I had the shower/tub removed and just a shower installed. Initially, there were numerous issues, but I was made whole by the time it had all been completed. In the end, apologies were forthcoming concerning the erroneous info that was given to me concerning my additional installation request (the salesman unintentionally, conveyed some erroneous info that was unable to be followed through on). The salesman was extremely personable, attentive, and informative. He even bought dinner since our meeting inched into the dinner hour. He made an amazing first impression of NEWPRO! He spent so much quality time with me that he made me feel as though I was part of the NEWPRO “family” by the time he departed!The first installers were extremely personable and pleasant, though not adequately trained. But, as I mentioned, the company fixed the issues and definitely made me whole!This is a very reputable company, and even though there were headaches, I’d hire them again. A company that stands behind their word is so important to me, and in the end, they really did. They are absolutely a trustworthy company and worthy of lots and lots of customers… repeat, as well as new!For sure, hire them, and just speak up if something doesn’t meet your expectations. Mistakes sometimes happen, and this company doesn’t pretend they don’t! If one does occur, NEWPRO will resolve to make the customer completely happy by making things right.In the end I was truly impressed with NEWPRO’s all-around determination at total customer satisfaction.

    Today Newpro representative : Al Romano came on a service call to recaulk our shower enclosure . He arrived at the onset of the time given and promptly began the job. He removed grab bars, cleaned and sealed them, cleaned the drain, caulked the entire enclosure and cleaned up. Looks brand new. Very happy with the results.

He moved heaven and earth to get us the most for our money! Very pleased with Newpro so far, will post update after install.Update 9/24: Mike just finished up the install. He was wonderful. He was very neat and efficient, were very pleased with the end product. Mike was friendly and accommodating and made it a painless process!Update 9/27: Pete stopped by to address some minor issues. He quickly fixed what he could and said someone would return with the necessary materials to finish up in a few days. Pete was just as nice and professional as everyone else weve dealt with at Newpro. Everyone has been really wonderful!Update 10/4: Pete returned and fixed some of our issues and said he would return when the rest of the necessary materials arrive. He was very professional and friendly as usual.Update 10/23: Josh came over today to further assess our issues. He was very kind and considerate, taking extra care wiping his shoes and taking them off while in the shower. He offered further assistance with our problems and told us he would have his superior contact us.Update 12/6: Well, two weeks became two months for parts to arrive ( still missing one )! Still waiting on a return call from upper management. This is very frustrating and will cost a star.This is in no way a reflection on any of installers that have been here! They have been stellar!!After two last minute cancelled appointments, Darrell was here yesterday, right on time despite the snow storm and he was wonderful! He changed all the caulking to a color we liked better, replaced the broken drain cover and actually made a trip to Home Depot to get us a radiator cover that should have been given to him. He was friendly, clean and efficient.So, ten stars for Darrell, considerably less for management.

    Im so happy with my new shower! My installer Darrell Interbartolo was amazing. He was on time and very professional. He was very respectful of my home and made sure everything was clean when he left. He did an absolute perfect job. The plumber they sent to update the pipes, Paul Moon, was really nice and he also did a great job. If I could give my experience from start to finish 6 stars I would!

    A 1920 dated tub was removed and a shower was installed in its place. There was one complication that was no ones fault because the tub had two water connections, one on each side of the tub. Installation of the shower was complete and unknowingly, a pipe in the wall was screwed into and no one was aware. Everything was fine until the next day when water was dripping from that pipe in the wall. But NewPro people did a wonderful job of fixing the problem and left everything better than when it started. The people working in my house were very nice, very efficient and took a hard job in stride and I am very grateful to them. The shower is beautiful and well worth having it installed.

    From the beginning of the process the Newpro team communicated everything very well and there were no surprises along the way. Enver worked with us to find the right siding that fit our house and budget and was very available for questions. Peke (Klever) and his on site crew were meticulous and thorough, they are all hard workers with excellent skills.     Ugh, the dreaded roof leak. Yup, we had one in our 40 year old cottage roof. My wife called several local roofing companies for estimates which took up to two weeks to even get a response from some companies. We went with NEWPRO initially because of their quick and professional response to our estimate request. Our designer Joshua showed up to our cabin, went through our options and got everything rolling in one visit. He answered our questions, explained the systems/materials to be used and provided details about the warranty. Five stars right there for respecting our time!!In just under two weeks, the install team, lead by Luis, was onsite and working on our roof. The crew was extremely professional, courteous, and could not have been more pleasant to have around. As is expected with a 4 decades old roof, there were challenges and surprises; but Luis and Team rose above each challenge and provided us with a finished product that is a vast improvement in quality and is now quite aesthetically pleasing. We could not be happier with our NEWPRO experience and highly recommend them if you want superior quality work and high quality materials.

    We are beyond impressed with the service we received from NEWPRO. From the initial call to schedule time with a Design Consultant to the crew who did the work, they were all great. Our Design Consultant, Joshua Moss is absolutely fantastic and is an asset to this company. He took the time to explain everything and answered all our questions. He is super nice and made the experience a lot of fun. They were able to start the job a couple of weeks early and came on a Saturday, which was a pleasant surprise. The most amazing surprise was the whole crew showing up and they finished the job in one day. It is perfect and looks awesome. Everyone was extremely professional, including the electrician they use. I highly recommend using NEWPRO. They are the best!

    I recently bought a house that had 30 year old NewPro replacement windows. Some of them were extremely hard to open and close, to the point that the handles were tearing off. I figured I’d have to buy new ones but called NewPro just to see what they would say. They weren’t under warranty because of house ownership changes, but for a $150 service call they would come check them out. They showed up on time, Larry the service tech was very friendly and competent. He fixed all the windows, including free replacement parts. Windows operate like new; best $150 I ever spent!

    The sales person and installers were lovely, I am very happy with my shower, but scheduling was a mess.They should have been familiar with my town inspector’s schedule so I would not be left with an unusable, demolished bathroom for nearly a week before they could close up the wall and proceed. I was assured this was aberrant and rarely occur, but for the high price I paid I was pretty grumpy.In the end, it’s a huge improvement to my bathroom and apartment.

    We were very satisfied with the NewPro crew and their attention to detail when completing the siding project at our residence. Although NewPro was not a cheap option, it’s a turn key all in service so financing / material storage & removal / clean up was all set up through them. The PM also made multiple follow ups with us to ensure any issues we saw were dealt with quickly and held their crew to the standard they have set. All in all it may be a more expensive option but really it was pretty stream lined, and the crews doing the install was top notch.

    FINAL UPDATE!! Today was the day of install. The men who came to install were once again fantastic! Our window fits and looks beautiful! They took the time to tell us how to properly maintain and clean the window. The window feels like great quality material. Here are the updated pictures of final product.UPDATE! So Id like to take a moment to update my review. Brad reached out from customer support and acknowledged our issue. That was our biggest frustration with our problem was lack of communication. After Brad took the time to listen to my concerns and issues I feel relieved. All I wanted to know was that someone was aware there was an issue and let us know what to expect next. Im hoping once our window is installed Ill be back to update this with new pictures and a 5 star review!Id like to start by saying our sales rep Bruno has been nothing short of fantastic!! We went through the process of ordering a replacement picture window. Bruno answered every single question I had thoroughly and I had lots of them. We decided to move forward and order the window. We were told about 12 weeks so they could make the window. That was fine with us. We assumed the quality would be worth the wait. Someone came out to measure in a timely fashion. This is where everything has gone down the toilet! The person who came to measure was at my house less then 5 min. It should have been a huge red flag for me I guess. Anyway we were told our window was in the process of being made. Finally the day came for the install. I was super excited. The 2 installers were fabulous! Here comes the fun part...the window did NOT fit! We were told that the person who came to measure has been making incorrect measurements frequently. Apparently he now has a different area of work he does for newpro. I understand problems happen! What I am not ok with is that no one besides our sales rep has even acknowledged that this has even happened. Bruno reached out to his manager who was supposed to get back to him or us. Still crickets weeks later. We are still weeks out from our original install date with absolutely ZERO information or even an apology. No answers. Nothing. Who knows if we will even get a new window since no one seems to even acknowledge that we have an issue. Our trim inside was removed then reattached with broken pieces while we wait for a supposed new correctly measured window. Use newpro at your own risk because if something goes wrong you are on your own with zero help from the company! Im thanking the gods that we didnt decide to do my siding with them as well!

    I chose NewPro to remodel my old fiberglass tub/shower into a beautiful walk-i sower. I chose the Kohler Lux shower with a brushed nickel finish on all of the fixtures and trim. The design we chose is a little pricey but the outcome is just beautiful. The double glass doors with the barn door function really finishes the total look.

    We had a one day shower install in Sept 2022. What made it work were two things: first we could fit my husbands shower chair (medline, arms, back, plastic - could get toally wet)...because we had a curtain rather than a glass door; second, we had a 5 shelf piece put in (inside wall) which made soap, shampoo etc reachable. All the things that used to be on the tub corners fit on the shelves in the walk in. I see other ads for glass doors and little corner pieces that would not have worked for my husband, disabled, or us now. We like or newpeo walk in shower. One day was fantastic because my husband was coming home from rehab in a week!

    We used Newpro for a tub and shower replacement, and the experience was fantastic!We have a very small house with ONE BATHROOM, and put off renovating the bathroom for years b/c we couldnt figure out how to do it and actually live here at the same time.Then I found out that Newpro does an actual RENOVATION of the whole tub/shower area (like real, to-the-studs renovation) and replacement in ONE DAY. It took me a while to believe it, but the reviews looked great so we decided to do it.And they really did it! The guys got here at 7:00 and finished at 6:00 PM, and they gutted the whole area, including one whole wall of the bathroom, BUILT A NEW WALL between the tub/shower and sink, and put in the new tub/shower. Both the tub and shower are HIGH-QUALITY ACRYLIC, solid as a rock--nothing flexible or flimsy. We also have a window in the shower, and they have a special kit for that, so that all of the wood around the window is now gone and replaced by the same beautiful waterproof material. When they were done, there was NO MESS or any trace that theyd ever been there--except for the great results!The guys who did ours were Claude and Harold, who were incredible. With bathrooms, there are always a few things you hadnt planned for, or werent sure about until you started the work. Claude was able to make adjustments as we went along to make sure that it came out exactly right. It kind of reminds me of how people say Belicheck is better than all the other coaches not because his plan is always perfect, but because hes an expert at making changes mid-game based on what happens. Anyway, they could not have been more professional, and made sure everything was perfect before they left--even after 11 hours of work, there was no rush at the end for confirming that everything was right.I also want to mention the business side of things. The representative that first came to our house was Jon, who was very knowledgeable and took his time to walk us through the whole job. He was able to give us an EXACT PRICE right on the spot, and it didnt change by a penny after that. Well, it actually did end up going down a bit. Because of one of the adjustments we decided to make (not installing toilet and vanity that day), Newpro took those things off the price. Fair enough, but they were able to make the adjustment while the guys were still working THAT DAY, so that when I signed off on the job, the price was already accurate--no hassling with refunds or credits (thanks to Kayla and Nick at the office for their help on this). The whole system for planning, performing jobs, payment, etc. seems to be a well-oiled machine.Bottom line: if you have 7 bathrooms and want to renovate one thats 500 sq ft with marble statues and his/hers soaking tubs, and you want to give up that bathroom for a month, call someone else. But if you want a real renovation of the tub/shower area of your bathroom in ONE DAY with high-quality results, call Newpro and dont bother calling anyone else. Not only does no one else do what they do, but if other people did it, I cant imagine theyd even come close in terms of service or quality.P.S. Newpro offers this great option of replacing your toilet, vanity, and medicine cabinet while theyre there that day (you buy those items yourself and have them waiting for them), so absolutely do this UNLESS youre doing a new floor. If youre doing the floor, just let Newpro do the tub/shower (which is the hard part anyway) and then get the toilet/vanity changed when you do the floor. Our flooring guy has a plumber he coordinates with so they can do it all same-day. Then you just have someone do whatever other finish work you want--refinishing/painting walls and ceiling, installing cabinets, etc. and you can have a whole renovation done in a total of 3-4 working days (as long as you can skip gutting all of the walls, which we gladly did). This is especially good for those of us who only have ONE BATHROOM IN THE HOUSE.

    I live in Southern New Hampshire and hired NewPro, INSTEAD of working with the contractors that we had been referred to and met through HomeDepot, OR the two bathroom/shower local contractors we met with and found by word of mouth.We definitely made the right choice for us. To start we met with our sales people. Nelson R. and his team were amazing at helping to educate us, providing us with choices and recommendations, and maintaining great communication with us. Nelson is a seasoned NewPro staff and it was obvious. With exceptional support, we were able to design the shower we always wanted.When it came time to do the installation of the shower, Anthony M. was friendly, efficient, and flexible about us having pets and some of our own scheduling needs. Anthony had support from two other NewPro members, and I just want to also share that the electrician that assisted Anthony including installing our bathroom light/fan was also very kind and helped me to understand how to pick the right fan for my space. I ended up purchasing, and then they installed a light/fan that helps to eliminate potential bacteria and mold growth through optional ultraviolet light.We are very happy and strongly recommend that you consider NewPro to meet your bathroom remodel needs. I had to call to confirm my appointment that was a disaster and my windows never arrived $20,000 for windows and the wood they used was cheap pine knots showing through all my woodwork. I never had this before with the old windows. This company did credit me $1000 for all the trouble I should have received $2000 for all the aggravation. I am sorry that I used this company at all. No change in my heating bill at all . The very first workers who came to my house were super nice. Even he said to me that he was going to leave this company because he measured the window himself and they screwed it up again. The owner said he would make this right he then sent a young kid 24-25 years old to do my last window 1 1/2 years later . I just wanted them out of my house forever. I should have called window world . I will call them for my second floor windows. After I am finished paying and fixing these. The salesman who I called when I had an issue with the company tried to ignore me . This is the worst company ever I would never recommend them to anyone at all. As you can see I have a new window falling out of its frame . I just called them for service to be continued.

    I purchased NewPro windows for my house nearly 30 years ago and they stand by their product. The seal on a few of my double paned windows began to show moisture/fog and they came out and replaced them with triple paned windows free of cost, Ive got a 50-year warranty on all of the windows.     Finally got the walk in shower Ive always wanted . I cant believe the difference. The workmanship is one of best Ive seen.     We had our full bathroom redone in September 2024 and are so pleased with the results and how good it feels to use this room daily. We cant say enough good things about the staff at NEWPRO. Our first encounter was with Lucino who was very personable and professional. Lucino took the time to explain to us our options pros/cons and provide options. There was no pushy salesman approach what so ever. After deciding to go with NEWPRO Lucino and other staff were easily accessible to answer any questions whenever we asked always on the same day. Leo was the the installation technician. Leo did a Wonderful job! Leo was also very professional showed up and completed the job as scheduled, cleaned up after himself and he too was very personable. The products NEWPRO uses are top quality. We cant say enough good things about our experience with NEWPRO. Our only regret is not doing it sooner.

    New pro was great to work with. They came right over and had plenty of options for us to choose from, for our bath remodel. Hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to have Jordan has your installer. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He had drop clothes leading from the bathroom to the door and he did a thorough cleanup after every night. The plumbers came in and cleaned up some work that wasn’t up to code. Was very happy with the end product.

He made pricing easy to understand , so easy we were able to add gutters . They tore down the old roof , repaired the bad stuff and put up a new one all before 3pm .     Hello! I used my new shower for the first time and I loved it!     Had an issue with my storm door. Called newpro. Newpro person, Al, came over promptly at the appointed time. Listened carefully to my description of my issue. Looked over the door carefully, made measurements and determined what was wrong. Explained to me what seems to be the problem and the need to bring someone else in to complete the repair. Courteous.
