    Josh and Austin where awesome very friendly and helpful with all the questions I asked them. They diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes and had the unit working perfectly within 25 minutes.     The guys who came out to install my heat pump were fantastic. Did a phenomenal job and made sure everything was sealed up right and they even cleaned up after themselves. I have dealt with Ridgeview for a couple of years niw and they never disappoint. Never will I use anyone else. Josh you have a great team!

    I have had to call this company several times in the last few months. The response has always been quick and very professional. Josh has done excellent work. Recently it became necessary to replace a heat pump from 1989. The crew who installed the new unit was professional and very efficient. Highly recommend this company for their skill level as well as their fast and friendly service.

    Came home on a Sunday evening to find our upstairs 82 degrees. Called Ridgeview and Aaron showed up less than an hour later! WOW! I’m still amazed someone showed up that quickly! Aaron was super nice, polite and very professional. He explained everything as he waited to assure the system was repaired!Very reasonable price for the service call and repair, especially on a Sunday evening.     We have 3 kids and our house was not heating up, we called heating places close by and could not get anyone to come help, we found Ridgeview HVAC, we called on a weekend and someone answered automatically and got someone to us right away, they fixed the issue and even made sure nothing else was wrong before leaving! They’re also very friendly! We will be going through them from now on and recommending them to everyone!

    On a Friday night our heat pump made a strange noise and smell. We called Ridgeview the following Saturday morning. We were expecting them not to be able to do any repairs until Monday, but they were able to come right over and had everything up and going very quickly.Their pricing and service were phenomenal!     I live in Tennessee and called multiple places which either did not answer or were overpriced. I called Ridgeview and they answered immediately, found them to fit me in and fixed my heat so well that I’m now sweating. They did a wonderful and professional job. I would recommend to anyone, they were also willing to drive almost 2 hours to work on my unit. Hire these guys, they’ll do a better job than most.

    Retrofitted an existing 2.5 ton heat pump with an American Standard outdoor unit and air handler. The finished installation came in at less than the low end units quoted, and removal of the old equipment and installation of the new was completed in one day during far less than hospitable weather. We couldn’t be happier with the performance of the new installation, the heat is right here, right now, and it’s so much quieter than what it replaced. Josh and crew are highly recommended!

    We have used them twice, both times they arrived when said and both times fixed leaks in our heat pump, give them credit for coming out to brave the cold weather.
